Some points for the evening:
- What you believe will come true for you. If you think life sucks and things don't work out, then you'll find evidence to support that. If you think life works out for you, that all is so very well, then you'll look for things that support that too! Life is what you make it, just relax and be conscious of where you're putting your energy.
- Allow it in, let it go and don't keep reassessing it if it feels stressful! When you've set things into motion, forget about it and let it go. Trust that the Universe has your back and is working on it!
- Be kind to yourself. Is it an upstream or downstream thought? If it's a kind, loving, well being thought then keep focusing on it and bring more of it to you. You want to have a more joyful, kind experience in life, so go out there and be the best you you can be- for the fun of it!
