But what I do love is film music. Huge sweeping, relaxing scores- especially from Hans Zimmer or John Williams, James Newton Howard and many others make up the bulk of my meditation music. It takes me to a new place mentally and emotionally, I just love it so much!
For those who can’t sit still and meditate, then try mindfulness when you’re dancing, watching a movie (what I call a movie meditation), cooking, eating. Just because you’re not in full lotus going ‘oohmmmmm’ doesn’t mean you’re not gaining the same benefits. Whatever it takes to raise your vibration and only you know what works for you!
