Inside Out- woo woo goes mainstream and kicks mega ass!!! Xxx

I recently watched 'Inside Out' the Disney-Pixar film and OMG was it a good un! I highly recommend it if you're into all of this woo woo stuff!

It's basically looking into the mind of a child and briefly her parents. The main emotions are all personified as they vie for the main place of controlling the thoughts, memories and emotional state of the main character. It's very funny and shows the angst of growing up.

They explore complex concepts such as: dream states, memory storage, retrieval, abstract thought and much more!

The main character Joy is always happy, happy and encouraging everyone to be so. She introduces the other emotions- amongst them being: fear- this keeps us safe and disgust- this keeps us from eating potentially dangerous foods (in her case-broccoli!). It takes the whole film for joy to value the role of sadness.

One of the takeaway points is that each of the emotions has their time and place. The so called negative ones are there to keep us safe, to keep us in check.

The film concludes with a full integration, activation and meditation on the phases of growing up.

When they were developing the film, the teams behind it thought it might not be very popular with the general public due to the intricacy of the notions explored. But they tested it and found it sky rocketed in popularity. It has smashed the box office worldwide and continues to do so!

It's wonderful to see something like this hit a larger audience. It highlighted to me that with the right material and presented in a fun way, woo woo can be a mainstay in the public consciousness.

Such fun!!!

Happy Inside Out-ing!!!

Oh what the most perfect end to this week. Another lovely, funny, kind and supportive group who came along tonight. As always, I am just loving it so much!

This has been the most tremendous week! I've had the joy of teaching and exploring: Edinburgh, Glasgow and Newcastle. All individual cities with their own unique characteristics and all with absolutely amazing, fabulous people. Thank you for coming along and sharing the best of who you are!!! Wonderful, wonderful!!!

Some points from tonight:

Abundance- we had a very altruistic group! Helping other people with their infinite abundance. And that's quite important- when you have enough health, well being, money, energy, then you can help those around you. As Doreen Virtue said 'No one inspired anyone by being broke!' Have enough for yourself, then go out into the world.

Positive aspects- about a person, place or thing. List all things you love about it. This is a great everyday technique that you can work on to get your vibes up to speed. As you set your tone, then allow the law of attraction bring things to you which match that!

Focus on what you enjoy doing! As a child, now and what you hope to do more of. This is so key to your well being.

Health- find things which help relax you. A lot of illness is just negative emotion gone too far. Catch it in its early emotional stages.

Write your life as you want it to be! If you had a magic pen, then write your ideal life. And it's true- you get to decide!

All is so very well! Thank you all again for the most amazing week! Y'all rock that freaking shizzle!!!

Love you all!!!

Happy Newcastle-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

WOOHOOOOOO!!! Kicking major ass in Glasgow!!! Thank you all soooo much!!! Lovin ya!!! Xxx

Wow!!! What a fantastic city Glasgow is! I am just loving all this new adventure! It is soooooo good!!! As always, to be in a room packed with leading edge beings is soooo fabulous! Love you all tons!!! Thank you for being so warm, friendly and supportive of each other!!!

We covered:

Abundance- allowing yourself to receive huge amounts of money, whilst working within the framework of your beliefs. It really highlights to me the myriad of ways people can choose to be. Some are happy to share with others and loved ones and that's what makes them happy. Others prefer to treat themselves. Doing their dream businesses and continuing to work whilst others are happy to give up work relax.

These are all good and valid ways of being. No one gets to choose for you. It's all wonderful. You are worthy and capable to all the abundance that you desire. Just enjoy it!

Positive aspects on relationships- pick a person and write at least one thing you purely (pure being the word!) love about them. That makes you thrive and soar with love. As you do this and make this your most dominant point of attraction then watch what happens!

Career/job- first, identify what you love! Next make a commitment to do more of that! Oprah knew she wasn't in the right place when she did news casting. But when she was put on the stage on her talk show, then BOOM! Not only did she love it, she helped people AND she got her billions of dollars! A win-win!

Health- when you're ill or feeling less than, then take a moment out. Do things which relax you and bring you back to '0.' Meditation, music, movies- whatever it takes to help distract you and allow your vibration to rise.

Wow!!! I just loved being in a room with people who are positively focused and hearing all the leading edge conversations going on. To be loved and supported with positive people- life doesn't get much better than this!

LOVE YOU GLASGOW!!!

Happy Glasgow-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Where is your focus being pulled??? Be deliberate if you can!!! Xxx

It was quite funny- the other day I was trying to engross myself in my Financial Times newspaper (which can be a bit difficult to get into as it's quite technical!), when my attention got distracted by the conversation between two people. The more I tried to not listen to them, the more I found I actually was!

A few minutes later and they suddenly started talking about what was playing on the radio. And then, I found I could listen to nothing else but the songs! I just thought that was rather interesting considering that when I was focusing on their conversation I had completely drowned out the radio. Now I was listening to the radio I couldn't hear anything else!

So you see, there are a million things vying for your attention at any one point in time! But over the years of evolution and such which, the mind has trained itself to filter out a lot of the background stuff.

However, that does leave you with some choice as to what you are giving your attention to. Is it the myriad of positive things which are going on in any situation or is it the negative? In every situation there is that which is wanted and that which is unwanted.

Your goal is to deliberately focus on what you do want, the best in a situation. As you do this, you will draw more and more good towards you- the very basic tenet of law of attraction!

It's easy to look at good things and feel good and bad things and feel bad. True mastery is being able to focus on the great stuff happening no matter what, and that is the work- just keep practising!!!

Happy focus pull-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Thank you beautiful Edinburgh!!! What a beautiful place and what beautiful people!!! Xxx

WOW!!! What an incredibly beautiful place Edinburgh is! Everyone told me it was, but to be here and see it in the physical is lovely. So much lush greenness and beautiful buildings.

And what a most incredible evening! A whole load of new beautiful faces to me and beings all willing to be open and learn new shizzle! LOVE IT!!! Thank you so much for being open and willing and leading edge. I had the bestest evening!

I worked you guys very hard tonight as I wanted to give you as much as I could! We started with listing your goals for the evening and for the future. We then moved on to my fave cheque exercise. Write yourself a magical cheque for 'x' amount and then vibrationally spend/save/invest/charity it! Expand your consciousness and know that you don't need any amount of money to be happy- it's just fun!

We then did some positive aspecting- list things you love about something/someone- the more you do it, the easier it gets. Then you will start to see manifestational changes as you shift your internal vibration.

We ended with looking at career and things which make you happy. What did you enjoy doing as a kid, what do you like doing now and what more could you do if you had the time.

We ended with a beautiful clip from Oprah and Cheryl Richardson talking about her post it note technique- write somethings you'd like on a post it- keep it in sight or tuck it away. And see what happens!

So, thank you again for a most wonderful evening and welcome to your gorgeous city! Glasgow next!

Happy Edinburgh-ing!!!

Be with those who bring out the best in you!!! The change in Amy Winehouse was amazing!!! Xxx

26/7/2015

The other day I watched the Amy Winehouse film. It was quite amazing! According to her she was quite the happy child until the age of 8/9 when her parents split then things went downhill.

She had quite the time with drink and drugs (a bit more about that in another blog!). Amy was quite the talent and definitely not afraid to speak her mind! If she didn't like something, especially to do with her music, then she had no hesitation to let you know. Clearly showing her boredom in some interviews and openly criticising the name of Justin Timberlake's record 'What Goes Around' whilst the Grammy award nominations were being read out!

She had quite the attitude! But there was a clip of her working with her idol- Tony Bennett. And she was rather star struck, she was gentle, meek and just really wanted to give him her best when they were taping a duet. The transformation was incredible. He was very gentle towards her, offering his conditional support and kind words. And it was all harmonious!

Mark Ronson had recorded with her whilst she was going through a tough spot, but she only gave him the best of herself. He questioned where was this notorious girl everyone had warned him about?!

You can activate the best in anyone as long as you can focus sharply. Be with those you respect and enjoy the company of and allow the best of yourself to be activated. The change can be tremendous!!!

Happy Amy-ing!!!

Ooh, I'm on my Scotland tour tomorrow, very, very excited to work in new places, connecting with new like minded beings!!!

Oh the Sling(shot) and arrows of outrageous fortune!!! Saved by 54p!!! The Universe ALWAYS has you covered!!! Xxx

So this morning I checked my mail and I received a letter from a company called Slingshot and something or rather. I wasn't sure what it was about. But then my memory kicked in! It was for a fun zombie run evening in Bristol I had booked in for September!

Good Golly Miss Molly- the company had gone bankrupt!!! So obviously the event was cancelled. I haven't encountered this type of thing before, so I had no idea if the tickets I'd paid for would be refunded- quite possibly not!

After some Google-ing, it seems as though, as long as you paid by credit card then you can claim back for events such as insolvency. (Don't ya just LOVE Google and credit cards!). To be honest, I wasn't over fussed about getting my money back, it's just one of those things you have to write off. And as a semi freelancer, I can only imagine the heartbreak of having to call it quits on your own business, so I would imagine the owners have a lot more to deal with at present.

The interesting kicker out of all of this, is that to claim your money back via the credit card route, under Section 75, the purchase you make has to be over £100. Check this out- my tickets cost £100 and 54 pence!!! So 55p less and I would've been screwed for sure lol.

Like I said, I'm not overly fussed if I lose the money and I've still yet to find out if my case is actually claimable but I just think that is wildly hysterical!

So lessons of they day:

- It's good to pay via credit card on things which cost £100-£30,000 as you're covered if it goes bust!

- Get over it! If you have it or lose it, it's ok. It's not like anyone died of broke a limb or anything in this instance, so all is well.

- The Universe ALWAYS has you covered- down to the last dime!

- Have fun anyway! I'm still booked to go Bristol, I'm probably going to teach there and if not, it's still a fun day out!

Happy bust-ing!!!

All my love, Nick Xxx

You know when you know!!! A predicted lottery win!!! Xxx

24/7/2015

As Alicia Keys said so beautifulIy in her Master Class interview with Oprah (some of what I think are the greatest bunch of interviews ever!), 'You know when you know! We just convince ourselves otherwise.'

When she heard that phrase for the first times, she incredulously exclaimed 'What's that about?!' But when she met her hubby, she just knew it was meant to be!

One of my friends was playing the lottery and she just kept harping on that she would win 'in week 11.' She had been playing for 10 weeks and so was convinced that she'd win then. Lo and behold she won (and it was on the 11th of the month too!), a grand, life changing sum of £3.30! Still, it was quite amazing to see it fall into line in perfect timing.

It's hard to describe to someone who hasn't had that before, but there is a locked on, unflappable, gut feeling certainty when you just know something. It's an inner confidence that no one can tell you otherwise.

Now, there have been times that for some reason, you think you are certain about something happening but for whatever reason it doesn't come to fruition. In such cases, don't dwell too much on on the negative but know that something better is coming along the way. It is far more downstream than to try to over analyse how why things went so poopy when you were convinced otherwise.

Try it and play with the energy. Try lining things up with great certainty, if it happens as you knew it would, then great! If not, then keep a positive mindset anyway.

These days, instead of reaching for certainty (it brings out the control freak in me!), I try to go with the mindset- 'Well I think this will happen but let's sit back and see how it unfolds.'

It's all fun of the game. Play with your intuition, gut feeling and see what happens. You're constantly learning.

All is well!

Happy know-ing!!!

When you find something good, just milk it and milk it!!! Tis the stuff of a life well lived!!! Xxx

So the basic tenet of all of this philosophy is to try to feel good/better. To reach more for those things which make you happy and help generate that wonderful feeling of life flowing through you.

And that's what I urge you to do. Spend more time doing things you enjoy. Those pastimes which ignite that amazing feeling of 'OMG, I just love it so much!' There are so many things you can do with your time: groups, sports, art, music, socialising, reading, dancing, list goes on! In this modern world it has never been easier or cheaper to connect with those things that bring you joy.

If you find people who you feel safe, comfortable and you can be yourself around, then milk, milk, milk it!!! With so many others and things telling you to be different than that which you are, it's refreshing to be in the company of those who love you for who you are.

I just love the atmosphere of the groups. It's always a loving environment  with some wonderful people, where you can be where you are and there is no judgement, only love.

I loved the investment course I was on a while ago. With an excellent teacher, a willing student can thrive. I always felt I could ask any question and receive an excellent answer (trust me, over my years I have been met with many 'WTF are you on?!' responses as I can come from quite left-field with my views on things!)

So seek and ye shall find. Keep a mind out for good feeling things to you, and work, werk, twerk it!!!

Happy milk-ing!!!

Laying those toilet pipes, appreciate all that is around you!!! Xxx

22/7/2015

A while ago Abe used an analogy of laying of pipes in terms of vibration and focus, as Esther was fixing a pool or something and she was having a big set up of the water pipes. Well, I certainly have an inkling of that at the moment!

My toilet is having minor issues, so we got someone to look at it. When he took the ledge thing off to reveal the mechanics and complex pipes that took water and waste to and away, it really made me appreciate the magnificence of it all! I couldn't even begin to think about all the planning and manual labour which was needed to connect something as mundane but pivotal such as a toilet!

It really made me appreciate it all. At every location there are a load of mini miracles surrounding us, which we take for granted! Until they break that is!

My ledge is still off and my toiletries are scattered everywhere, so something else to appreciate- a ledge to hold all my crap lol.

So there you have it. Take a minute to look around you and you can find infinite things to appreciate. The water, electricity, your phone, your health, your magnificent body, the warmth, a roof over your head, a chair to sit on!

We live in an amazing mind blowing world. Just open your eyes and drink it in.

Happy toilet-ing!!!

There was a BBC documentary filmed a while ago, about this lady (17 years old) who won the lottery. She decided to go public as she hadn't seen a story about a young person who had been a winner. So she let the cameras follow her life for a while.

She was quite smart with her money and very open about it all. She went on a couple of holidays, spent it with friends and family, bought her own house, moved out and then moved back in with her mum as she was getting quite lonely!

She was on This Morning, somewhat older and wiser. And had been subject to some trolling. They also interviewed her about her spending choices and such which.

Whilst she wouldn't go back and change it for the world. It definitely wasn't quite the easy, dream experience that we could've assumed it would be!

This is because it was just too big for her consciousness at that point in time. She was still growing up and not used to that type of money.

So the point I'm making, is that you want to pre pave and get ready for that which is to come. Both, to enjoy the expectation of it and also to get your energy and consciousness prepped. So, if it happens or not, you're still having fun. And also, when it does occur, you're set and ready to go. It's not this bumpy, uncomfortable ride that you're not sure what to do and you need others' approval to know yourself.

Expand your consciousness! Let it go to places that you haven't yet been. Play with the energy. Mould it in your mind. So you can be happy whether it happens or not. And then it will draw it to you faster!

Happy millions-ing!!!

Holy Moly!!! Thank yaaaaaa London!!! Rocking and kicking that ass!!! And eating that cake!!! Xxx

20/7/2015

Thank you all soooooo much London for coming along and sharing the best of who you are! I could fly so high I could touch the sky. I have so much appreciation for all of you who make the time and effort to come along. Trust me- I know how easy it is to think 'I'll skip it tonight, I'd rather be in bed/drinking/partying' or whatever it is for you. So to spend an evening in a room full of leading edge beings is just the best. Just as good as cake (see today's photo lol).

As always, an incredibly powerful mingling of souls. I really hope to create a safe space where you can be the best of who you are. You are always loved and perfection itself. Trust me- there's enough people, things, adverts telling you that you are not good enough and/or you need to change in some because they think something is defective about yourself. But here you can be you! All is well! Love it so much!!! Xxx

Some points:

- Do it for the feeling not to get the stuff! Some wonderful relationships stories tonight. If you can do anything for the joy and pleasure of it and not to get your stuff, then not only do you have fun but when it comes you can be doubly happy!

- Do the processes/don't do it! It don't matter that much! What I would say, is that be conscious. Sometimes you'll just wanna kick back with a movie and good meal and not write a list of positive aspects- and that's fine! Just be deliberate- I'm going to dance/eat/movie watch as a way to feel good and centre myself. And when you can do this about anything and everything, then it's all effortless!

- Be open. When you're open to good stuff- as Louise Hay affirms 'Only good lies ahead', so whatever happens doesn't matter as it will be good- then your solution can come to you in infinite ways. The Universe is ready and wanting and waiting to please you, just allow it in!

- As always, feeling good/better is the work. Do your best to tune into self and follow/guide your emotions to better places and see what happens.

As always, thank you for being part of my life. Your kind words, support and loving sentiments to me means the world! I love y'all lots and lots!!!

This time next week I'll have completed my very first Scottish workshop in Edinburgh. I couldn't have done it without ya!!!

Happy group-ing!!!

Lots and lots of love, Nick Xxx

It's good to know good people!!! Thank you Tracy for the wonderful readings!!! Xxx

19/7/2015

So, I was fortunate to have met Tracy Causley on the Abraham Canaries cruise a while ago and what a blessing it was! If memory serves me correctly, I had caught wind of her from some friends who had had angel readings with her. They said I simply must go! She very kindly told me to come along for a 1-2-1 session, now considering that we hadn't really spoken and only crossed paths briefly on the dance floor, I thought that was very kind and generous of her!

And it was excellent- I loved it so much! We did an online radio show ages ago and life has just taken over with my schedule. I am very pleased to say we reconnected and today we did a show. And boy did we work her hard! Lol.

Now, who doesn't just love a good reading?! And when it's grounded in positivity- Abraham, Louise Hay, Angels and all that good stuff, the messages are sure to uplift and inspire. And that's what we aim to do with all that we do! Just hold that belief of wellness so you can hopefully join us there too!

We had a varied session with everything including: messages from the Angels and those who had passed over, career, relationships, pregnancy, abundance etc.

Some key points:

- Love and appreciate yourself, those with you and those who have departed! It doesn't matter what happened when you were 7 years old, it doesn't matter how you were viewed, or what happened to a loved one. Appreciate yourself, them and all that was, from your NOW powerful perspective. See the miracle and perfection that is you NOW, focus on the pleasing parts of those you love (and hate!) from your NOW loving point of view and to those who are on the other side, connect with how they are NOW- that pure love and energy radiating forth.

- At the end of the day- it's your choice. Whatever anyone says- predictions or otherwise, you get to choose! No one can dictate to you how your life unfolds.

- Let go of that self doubt and fear. Especially if you're a freelancer or just putting yourself out there. Even if you just sell one of whatever it is you're doing, you don't know in what positive and potentially life changing way, that one customer will implement it. Don't deprive the world of your gifts and talents, for you are truly unique and special.

- 'That maybe true for you but it's not true for me!' As Louise Hay says, if someone says to you something which doesn't resonate (e.g. 'You'll never do it, money doesn't come to you easily, life is crap!)' then in your mind (or out loud if you're particularly brave!), just say that phrase- 'That might be true for you, but it's not true for me.' It's not your reality and does not need to be- it is theirs!

So there you go! Thank you to Tracy for your time and energy, how magnificent you are and to all those who are willing to participate!

There is great love here for you!!!

All is so very well!!!

Happy Angel-ing!!!

All our love, Nick Xxx

Even if you lose £51 million you just gotta keep believing and flying across the (Virgin) Atlantic!!! And as always, appreciate, appreciate, appreciate!!! Xxx

18/7/2015

I am just loving the new series Up In The Air currently on ITV (UK). It follows Virgin Atlantic and their fortunes. I've only watched the first half of the first episode but it is fascinating. So much to appreciate and learn!

It opened by saying that they recently lost £51,000,000 in one year but they will continue to keep believing and trying! I've loosely followed the airline as I am quite the fan and will usually fly with them if they are heading to my destination. And they've had to cull a number of their destinations across the globe and scrap their Little Red UK service. But with what seems to be a successful merger with Delta air, they seem to be comfortably into profit at long last!

The amount of work the air staff have to do in terms of training (and beauty upkeep) is incredible. And all for a meagre starting salary of £12,500- it truly is for the passion (and travel) that they work.

They then cut to the design and delivery of the seats. Again, the amount of work that goes into it is tremendous! I think they said the Upper Class seat was something like £300,00 each! The stitching, exact colouring and all that stuff takes so much thought and design, it's incredible. It's interesting, it's really easy to think 'OMG, £5k (or whatever) for a flight in Upper Class, what a waste/I'd never pay that!' But when you see what goes into it, it gives you an insight into why it's priced the way it is! And it is SOOO worth it!!!

They follow the new recruits on their first flight and wow, they really have to work! I have new sympathy for them and will do my best to be patient and non complainy (not that I did too much!).

So yeah, just keep going, keep believing in your journey and dream. Give the best of yourself, paying attention to all the details and ya never know- you could be making millions in profit too!

Happy Virgin Atlantic-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

You are divergent... (Again)!!! You are what mankind has been waiting for... You are the hope beyond the wall... Xxx

17/7/2015

I wrote about it a few months ago but I just saw it again and I loved it! Insurgent is the second part of the Divergent series (another Hunger Games style movie quadrilogy). Triss (Shailene Woodley) plays a divergent- someone who doesn't fit into the Faction systems- societal groups based upon your personal characteristics. Throughout the movies the Divergents are made to feel outcasts, like they are the problem with society, as they do not fit into the system like most others. They are persecuted and hunted down to no end!

She has lost her parents and other loved ones along the way during this fight and obviously starts to feel like it would be better if she didn't exist!

In a series of tests that only someone like her can pass (one of which is self forgiveness/love), she manages to open Kate Winslet's (the antagonist's) box- oh la la! Instead of having something Kate can use to squash the Divergents, it has a message from the founders- that the Divergents are to be hailed! That they are the hope beyond the wall!

I just loved it so much! It has that same ol, same ol message- do not listen to anyone who tells you that your being different is a bad thing. No matter what your colour, sexuality, spirituality, physicality, personality, gender etc etc etc it does not matter. You are all perfection unto itself.

You really must do your best to ignore anyone who tells you that you should be different to anything that you are. You have to trust that inner voice of love, safety and self empowerment. (Not easy I know! But that is the work).

Now that inside voice of compassion and love may have been drowneded out by years of whatever, from whoever, but you can reignite it! That is the work that we do- to remind you of who you really are. That unlimited being who can be, do or have anything. Just let your mind, feelings and energy be focused more upon what you want. And then let the rest unfold.

All is so very well with you. Just do a little bit more to be kinder to yourself.

Happy Insurgent-ing!!!

Lots and lots of love, Nick Xxx

Try not to force it if you can!!! The Universe has a grander (banking) plan and really knows all!!! Xxx

16/7/2015

One of my friends was organising a group purchase as a gift for another friend. So we had to transfer some money over to her and all that jazz. She was already saved to my regular payees so I just tapped into my banking app but when I tried to transfer the money, it kept on failing.

Now I've had it before that the app has frozen or is just playing up a bit, so I thought it was that. So erm... me being impatient control freak that I am, keep trying to make the transfer via the app and then my computer. But it's still not working. I really don't like things hanging over my head, so I keep on trying (oops!).

It then occurs to me that she did mention something about changing banks! So I message her and lo and behold, she has new bank account details.

So... The message here, my fine feathered friends, is not to force it too much! The Universe (or in this case the bank), knows what's going on and will protect and guide you in the right direction if you let it. It was only a very small amount of money but I could've easily transferred it to some account which didn't exist- but thankfully it was fine (quite an amazing system if you ask me!).

So if something isn't quite looking as though it's going to plan then ease off- either in an emotional way and tell yourself it'll all work out and you'll just take it easy and/or in an action sense. Don't keep trying to hammer the situation in place, even if you get mega impatient like me!

Play with the energy and see how it all goes and flows. You know best for you, at the end of the day does any of it really matter?! Try relaxing, try controlling and see what works and when. We what you to train yourself in such self awareness that it doesn't matter what anyone else says or does.

Just have fun, chill out, reach for ease when you can. And trust!

All is well!

Happy bank-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Woohoo!!! And yes yes!!! A massive thank you to all the brilliant, kind souls who came along tonight to that which is Liverpool! OMG! I just love it so much. Being in a room full of oldbies and newbies all focusing on wanting to feel better! I just love it so much!!! Thank you!!! Y'all kick big butts and I cannot lie!

Some good points from tonight:

- The Universe just loves da speed. When the timing and positive impulse is right- just go with it! When your energy and focus are in alignment with what is to come your way, then kapow, act on it and work it. The key point is to make sure your energy is behind it. If you're feeling doubt (from mega fear) or it's too overwhelming, then perhaps chillout a bit around the subject. Again, you know best for you, so work within your comfortable boundaries. With the right teacher and loving support from friends (presuming you have them- if not, find a group near you!), then you can fly!

- Vision boards- these are fun boards that you can do to keep you focused on your goals. Stick a bunch of pics on a board of what you would like to happen in your life- holidays, partner(s), abundance etc and when you look at it, feel how great it would be when you do it. It 'should' feel good and exciting. If not, then it's just something to be aware of and keep at it or try another technique.

- Affirmations are a great tool. It may not feel real at first but as time goes and you repeat it more and more, your belief shifts. If it's too far to believe then just do statements that you do believe. Simple! Kinda...

Be easy about it, chillout, know your perfection. It is not your job to be perfect for anyone, it is your job to accept you exactly as you are!

All is so very well.

Happy sun-ning!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Yay!!!!!!! As always another beautiful evening!!! I just love love love being in a room full of amazing people! OMG, it was SOOOOOO leading edge as always! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Some points covered today:

-Let it go, let it go...

Sometimes, it can all get too much. So just release the situation with love. You can write a letter to/about that person/situation. And you don't need to send it (especially if it's rude! Haha), you can burn it, or put it away. It's for your benefit and to release it, so that you're letting it go from your system! It's got nothing to do with them, just you.

- Change your perception...

The same situation can be viewed from completely diametrically different viewpoints. One can be focused on the good, the other on the not so good. It's easy to feel good when it's all rosy, and it's easy to feel poopy when it's not going your way. True mastery is being able to focus in a way that pleases you, wherever you are.

- You are perfect as you are...

Unto the Universe you are perfection. You really are. But also, you are where you are! If you're feeling sad/mad/bad claim it! And know that in time it will pass and you'll be back before you know it. Just keep working it!

So chillout, all is well and keep being fab!

Love you all!!!

Happy amazingness!!!

Another summer, another Serena Slam, another Djokovic Dunk and another Hingis (double doubles) Hit!!! Xxx

Wow, another summer of Wimbledon tennis to the max! It has been quite a smooth weather ride for the most part, which was nice.

I can only imagine Serena Williams' intense joy at winning yet another Grand Slam and being another step closer to rewriting history.

I did wonder though, how long does the joy last? And when does it begin to fade as she and the other competitors turn their attention to their next slams...

Much like the highly coveted multi million pound prizes of the lottery- the happiness begins to fade after a wee while and then the next stage of life kicks in.

And that's not a bad thing at all. I think it's just something to be mindful of- what you think you need to be happy (usually- more money, a soulmate, a good job etc) you don't need as much as you think. Or at least, it usually won't give you thrills everlasting...

Happiness is an inside job! The accolade, the trophy, the goal you really seek is joy. To feel as good as you can wherever you stand. If you can truly get your head round that, then life become a lot easier.

You're not meant to spend your whole life striving for something outside of yourself. But by all means use all that as your goal to focus, to have that life flow through you.

What is the Wimbledon title after all- being the best person to hit a ball back and forth over a net! But it's so much more than that- it's the sense of achievement of being focused and skilled enough to outplay the very best in the world! The admiration of your fans and not to mention the princely financial reward!

So go forth, in this game that we call life. Doing your best to rise to the challenges- sometimes you'll crash out in the first round, others you'll make the semi-finals and once in a while, ya never know- it could be you walking away with that coveted trophy!

P.S. Don't let anything stand in the way of your dream! Hingis' mixed doubles partner Leander Paes is the oldest man to win a grand slam- a grand age of 42! And he looks good for many years to come. Incidentally Serena and Roger Federer are pretty 'old' too, but are still kickin' ass!

Happy tennis-ing!!!

Whilst I don't like to tell anyone to do anything (nor do I usually like to be told what to do!), it's hard for me not to prosthelytize about the goodness of just keeping it regular.

I'm quite blessed and have my groups on a regular basis, so it keeps my head in the game for sure. I also have my daily processes in check (meditation, rampages, lists o' positive aspects). But still! It can be easy to fall off the wagon.

It just depends to what extent you want it to have it. I play volleyball recreationally now and then, but I have no desire to be a professional player, I am also loving my investment studies- and there's way too much for me to absorb- OEICS, derivatives, futures, equities, ETFs- the list is endless! But I just skim off the top that which serves my life for this moment in time.

So, just keep trying a variety of different things. Follow your gut and see what happens! A myriad of things will speak to you at different points in your life, just make the best of it! And keep your mind open to it.

Happy commit-ing!!!

Young, Welsh, Pretty Skint... And trying to feel better!!! Xxx

11/7/2015

I was watching a programme on Iplayer (don't cha just love it!), about the young generation of Welsh people in the Valleys and how they are spending their entire financial and mental well being on looking good- tattoos, personal training sessions, eye brows waxed, hair removal, chest wax (and all those are just the men, lol!!!).

It is quite the obsession! The beauty pageants, dresses for the young girls costing upwards of a thousand pounds and what not, absolutely incredible.

What really struck me, is the common thread of everyone was basically to feel better...

One particularly buffed and coiffed young gent recounted the times when he was a shrimpy nobody at school. Some time later, he gymmed up and ka splat, he got a lot of welcome attention. He admitted that a lot of those people were indeed reaching for more confidence and that was their way of dealing with it. Same with the pageant queens, same everywhere else.

But that's it though! Everyone in some way or another is just trying to feel better. The thing is... If you can reach for the feeling better before you go doing that external thing to try and fix it, things are likely to go way smoother for you.

Because you'll never get it done! There'll always be more wrinkles, hair in unwanted places and what endlessness to criticise yourself about.

If you can do your best to love and accept yourself exactly as you are now- warts and all, and you can look inside for that feeling better, now you're living an infinitely easier, enjoyable life.

You'll exude self confidence, brilliance and you'll be infinitely more attractive (bushy eyebrows or not!). And the Universe will bring you things that are a perfect match to that.

So that's the key- feel better and then...

Happy pretty-ing!!!

Don't ya just loves/thrives in a crisis... Because it focuses you!!! For the most part... Xxx

Abraham has said that Esther loves/thrives in a crisis (I think it's thrives more than loves, but hey- same difference lol!). Why? Because it causes her to focus in a more powerful way!

That's why some people love the drama. That's why some people love to push themselves and that's why some people love death defying stunts and such which.

It's that rush of exhilaration, that flowing of life through you that can be quite addictive.

Whilst we don't necessarily recommend you live all your life this way (sometimes ease and flow is nice too!), we don't want you to crumple and crumble either!

We want it to give you that Major Lazer beam focus (who run the world?!). We don't want you going through life all limp and flaccid (oh la la!).

There can be a powerful internal shift when your shizzle hits the fan. It's a rush of 'You know what! I'm going for rock this shit and it will be fabulous.' Reminiscent of those heroes and heroines in the movies where they get some gumption and rock out.

So just do your best to manage your vibrational gap, if it all goes squiffy then dust yourself off, if it goes well then pat yourself on the back.

All is so very well with you (even when it ain't!).

Happy crisis-ing!!!

You want to play the number 1 in the world for the challenge of it!!! You came to this life to do the same... Kinda... Xxx

We are already approaching the end of Wimbledon season and I was just reading the match synopsis between Serena Williams and Brit hopeful Heather Watson. Apparently the young lady came within a whisker of beating the world number 1. What an amazing match it sounded like. Wow!

Heather must've really had to dig deep within herself as she came close to causing one of the biggest upsets in Wimbledon. I can only imagine the powerful focus both players had during the match. Heather- for the fact she was against the world's best, and Serena- to overcome a close loss to a strong underdog. 'Tis the stuff legends is made of!

Some people question why they were born into challenging circumstances and/or why there is so much turbulence in their life. Part of the reason (and not always, nor every time, as you really can live an easy life if you can shift your attention to that), is that you came here to have the best drawn from you.

You knew that this life could be an exhilarating journey, so you came through guns a-blazing. Determined to experience all that this physical beingness had on offer.

If life was always easy and you got everything you wanted in the instant you wanted it, you would get mega bored, mega quick!

Why do the entrepreneurs continue to create more businesses, when they have more than enough to live on for several lifetimes? Because they love the feeling of life flowing through them.

So go forth, with the knowledge that you came to play your best match ever. Knowing that you are continually improving and who knows, you can be the world's best!

PS. Since writing this I watched the Serena vs Heather game and WOW, it was truly mega- Ms Watson came excruciatingly close to winning! Serena's mental experience really came into play as she pulled the game back after the brink! And after having seen the highlights of the Sharapova vs Williams game, I'm guessing Sharapova had more friends who could play like Serena and she can therefore get her practise in. All is well!

Happy tennis-ing!!!

Could you hold the faith for 10 years+??? It could serve you well... Xxx

8/7/2015

We were looking at the length of terms for various investments and somewhat surprisingly (or at least to me it was), shares are generally considered to be long term investments- i.e. held for 10 years or more.

Why? Because you have to weather out the highs and the lows. The recessions and the booms. Because much like life, there will be the highs and the lows, it's just keeping the faith (whilst also doing annual reviews of what's working and what's not!).

But you can reap tremendous rewards. It's all about reinvesting and keeping the good work going than withdrawing if you can. For example if you invested £30,000 for ten years and the market increases by 15% on average you will have £121,366 by year ten, if you do better by 10% you would have £279,397! The magic of compounding interest.

So the vibrational/non mathematical lesson is to just keep on reinvesting in your wellbeing and keep at it! Over the years you would barely begin to recognise yourself and how far you've come. And boom you could be a thousand-aire!!!

Happy faith-ing!!!

Make the most of those good teachers, appreciate em and milk em... Cos ya never know when they be gone!!! Xxx

I love learning and exploring and discovering. Trying new things and knowing more things. I just love it all! But I can be either the best in the class or the very worst in the class (I'm talking like- the teacher being like WTF is this kid on?! awful lol!).

So, I always love a good teacher. For me they are someone who is patient and can break things down and explain it in a clear way. They are seriously worth their weight in gold!

I was mega upset to learn my volleyball teacher is leaving the UK to go back to the USA! Booooooo!!! She is fantastic, patient enough to be able to explain how to play, but strict enough to push you comfortably to the next level. Under a good teacher, the student will thrive!

Like anything else in life, appreciate, appreciate and milk, milk, milk!!! And not to instil shortage consciousness, but you really want to make the most of the good that's in your life. I go to my investment course (which has now finished sob sob!) ready, eager to learn making diligent notes and prepped with questions that have come since the last session!

So enjoy all the good in your life NOW!

Happy student-ing!!!
