I recently watched 'Inside Out' the Disney-Pixar film and OMG was it a good un! I highly recommend it if you're into all of this woo woo stuff!
It's basically looking into the mind of a child and briefly her parents. The main emotions are all personified as they vie for the main place of controlling the thoughts, memories and emotional state of the main character. It's very funny and shows the angst of growing up.
They explore complex concepts such as: dream states, memory storage, retrieval, abstract thought and much more!
The main character Joy is always happy, happy and encouraging everyone to be so. She introduces the other emotions- amongst them being: fear- this keeps us safe and disgust- this keeps us from eating potentially dangerous foods (in her case-broccoli!). It takes the whole film for joy to value the role of sadness.
One of the takeaway points is that each of the emotions has their time and place. The so called negative ones are there to keep us safe, to keep us in check.
The film concludes with a full integration, activation and meditation on the phases of growing up.
When they were developing the film, the teams behind it thought it might not be very popular with the general public due to the intricacy of the notions explored. But they tested it and found it sky rocketed in popularity. It has smashed the box office worldwide and continues to do so!
It's wonderful to see something like this hit a larger audience. It highlighted to me that with the right material and presented in a fun way, woo woo can be a mainstay in the public consciousness.
Such fun!!!
Happy Inside Out-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Oh what the most perfect end to this week. Another lovely, funny, kind and supportive group who came along tonight. As always, I am just loving it so much! Some points from tonight:
Wow!!! What a fantastic city Glasgow is! I am just loving all this new adventure! It is soooooo good!!! As always, to be in a room packed with leading edge beings is soooo fabulous! Love you all tons!!! Thank you for being so warm, friendly and supportive of each other!!! It was quite funny- the other day I was trying to engross myself in my Financial Times newspaper (which can be a bit difficult to get into as it's quite technical!), when my attention got distracted by the conversation between two people. The more I tried to not listen to them, the more I found I actually was! WOW!!! What an incredibly beautiful place Edinburgh is! Everyone told me it was, but to be here and see it in the physical is lovely. So much lush greenness and beautiful buildings. I worked you guys very hard tonight as I wanted to give you as much as I could! We started with listing your goals for the evening and for the future. We then moved on to my fave cheque exercise. Write yourself a magical cheque for 'x' amount and then vibrationally spend/save/invest/charity it! Expand your consciousness and know that you don't need any amount of money to be happy- it's just fun! We then did some positive aspecting- list things you love about something/someone- the more you do it, the easier it gets. Then you will start to see manifestational changes as you shift your internal vibration. We ended with looking at career and things which make you happy. What did you enjoy doing as a kid, what do you like doing now and what more could you do if you had the time. We ended with a beautiful clip from Oprah and Cheryl Richardson talking about her post it note technique- write somethings you'd like on a post it- keep it in sight or tuck it away. And see what happens! So, thank you again for a most wonderful evening and welcome to your gorgeous city! Glasgow next! Happy Edinburgh-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx Be with those who bring out the best in you!!! The change in Amy Winehouse was amazing!!! Xxx26/7/2015 The other day I watched the Amy Winehouse film. It was quite amazing! According to her she was quite the happy child until the age of 8/9 when her parents split then things went downhill. Ooh, I'm on my Scotland tour tomorrow, very, very excited to work in new places, connecting with new like minded beings!!! So this morning I checked my mail and I received a letter from a company called Slingshot and something or rather. I wasn't sure what it was about. But then my memory kicked in! It was for a fun zombie run evening in Bristol I had booked in for September! As Alicia Keys said so beautifulIy in her Master Class interview with Oprah (some of what I think are the greatest bunch of interviews ever!), 'You know when you know! We just convince ourselves otherwise.' When you find something good, just milk it and milk it!!! Tis the stuff of a life well lived!!! Xxx23/7/2015 So the basic tenet of all of this philosophy is to try to feel good/better. To reach more for those things which make you happy and help generate that wonderful feeling of life flowing through you. A while ago Abe used an analogy of laying of pipes in terms of vibration and focus, as Esther was fixing a pool or something and she was having a big set up of the water pipes. Well, I certainly have an inkling of that at the moment! There was a BBC documentary filmed a while ago, about this lady (17 years old) who won the lottery. She decided to go public as she hadn't seen a story about a young person who had been a winner. So she let the cameras follow her life for a while. Holy Moly!!! Thank yaaaaaa London!!! Rocking and kicking that ass!!! And eating that cake!!! Xxx20/7/2015 Thank you all soooooo much London for coming along and sharing the best of who you are! I could fly so high I could touch the sky. I have so much appreciation for all of you who make the time and effort to come along. Trust me- I know how easy it is to think 'I'll skip it tonight, I'd rather be in bed/drinking/partying' or whatever it is for you. So to spend an evening in a room full of leading edge beings is just the best. Just as good as cake (see today's photo lol). As always, an incredibly powerful mingling of souls. I really hope to create a safe space where you can be the best of who you are. You are always loved and perfection itself. Trust me- there's enough people, things, adverts telling you that you are not good enough and/or you need to change in some because they think something is defective about yourself. But here you can be you! All is well! Love it so much!!! Xxx Some points: - Do it for the feeling not to get the stuff! Some wonderful relationships stories tonight. If you can do anything for the joy and pleasure of it and not to get your stuff, then not only do you have fun but when it comes you can be doubly happy! - Do the processes/don't do it! It don't matter that much! What I would say, is that be conscious. Sometimes you'll just wanna kick back with a movie and good meal and not write a list of positive aspects- and that's fine! Just be deliberate- I'm going to dance/eat/movie watch as a way to feel good and centre myself. And when you can do this about anything and everything, then it's all effortless! - Be open. When you're open to good stuff- as Louise Hay affirms 'Only good lies ahead', so whatever happens doesn't matter as it will be good- then your solution can come to you in infinite ways. The Universe is ready and wanting and waiting to please you, just allow it in! - As always, feeling good/better is the work. Do your best to tune into self and follow/guide your emotions to better places and see what happens. As always, thank you for being part of my life. Your kind words, support and loving sentiments to me means the world! I love y'all lots and lots!!! This time next week I'll have completed my very first Scottish workshop in Edinburgh. I couldn't have done it without ya!!! Happy group-ing!!! Lots and lots of love, Nick Xxx So, I was fortunate to have met Tracy Causley on the Abraham Canaries cruise a while ago and what a blessing it was! If memory serves me correctly, I had caught wind of her from some friends who had had angel readings with her. They said I simply must go! She very kindly told me to come along for a 1-2-1 session, now considering that we hadn't really spoken and only crossed paths briefly on the dance floor, I thought that was very kind and generous of her! I am just loving the new series Up In The Air currently on ITV (UK). It follows Virgin Atlantic and their fortunes. I've only watched the first half of the first episode but it is fascinating. So much to appreciate and learn! I wrote about it a few months ago but I just saw it again and I loved it! Insurgent is the second part of the Divergent series (another Hunger Games style movie quadrilogy). Triss (Shailene Woodley) plays a divergent- someone who doesn't fit into the Faction systems- societal groups based upon your personal characteristics. Throughout the movies the Divergents are made to feel outcasts, like they are the problem with society, as they do not fit into the system like most others. They are persecuted and hunted down to no end! One of my friends was organising a group purchase as a gift for another friend. So we had to transfer some money over to her and all that jazz. She was already saved to my regular payees so I just tapped into my banking app but when I tried to transfer the money, it kept on failing. Woohoo!!! And yes yes!!! A massive thank you to all the brilliant, kind souls who came along tonight to that which is Liverpool! OMG! I just love it so much. Being in a room full of oldbies and newbies all focusing on wanting to feel better! I just love it so much!!! Thank you!!! Y'all kick big butts and I cannot lie!
Yay!!!!!!! As always another beautiful evening!!! I just love love love being in a room full of amazing people! OMG, it was SOOOOOO leading edge as always! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Wow, another summer of Wimbledon tennis to the max! It has been quite a smooth weather ride for the most part, which was nice. Whilst I don't like to tell anyone to do anything (nor do I usually like to be told what to do!), it's hard for me not to prosthelytize about the goodness of just keeping it regular. I was watching a programme on Iplayer (don't cha just love it!), about the young generation of Welsh people in the Valleys and how they are spending their entire financial and mental well being on looking good- tattoos, personal training sessions, eye brows waxed, hair removal, chest wax (and all those are just the men, lol!!!). Don't ya just loves/thrives in a crisis... Because it focuses you!!! For the most part... Xxx10/7/2015 Abraham has said that Esther loves/thrives in a crisis (I think it's thrives more than loves, but hey- same difference lol!). Why? Because it causes her to focus in a more powerful way! We are already approaching the end of Wimbledon season and I was just reading the match synopsis between Serena Williams and Brit hopeful Heather Watson. Apparently the young lady came within a whisker of beating the world number 1. What an amazing match it sounded like. Wow! We were looking at the length of terms for various investments and somewhat surprisingly (or at least to me it was), shares are generally considered to be long term investments- i.e. held for 10 years or more. I love learning and exploring and discovering. Trying new things and knowing more things. I just love it all! But I can be either the best in the class or the very worst in the class (I'm talking like- the teacher being like WTF is this kid on?! awful lol!). |
