Well actually, you can eat yellow fruit, it's just yellow snow that you should be wary of! Lol.
I have thoroughly been enjoying discussions with my leading edge friends about that which is nutrition. It is quite the minefield, as if you Google pretty much any food there's a plethora of arguments why it's good for you and an equal number of notions why it isn't that great. I think you need to find out what works for you as everyone is so individual!
Anyhoo, as Louise Hay says, you can hear one teacher say something and be like 'Nonsense!' And another teacher says the same thing but in a different way and you react 'Genius! Never heard that before!' That's why I believe it is important to explore as much as you can in this world. Get out there and mix it up, you'll love some things, you'll hate others but you'll always be clearer on what you know. Such is the nature of life!
One of my smart smart friends said 'It isn't the best thing to eat fruit after a meal. This is because meat takes 4 hours to digest and so the fruit sits on the top, ferments and becomes gassy'. I have heard this nugget of info years and years ago in school, but it was just the way my friend presented it just then, that it clicked with me. I thought it was very interesting that just hearing something in a slightly different way made such an impact. How wonderful!
So just get out there and be openly selective about what you listen to and see which clicks. That sense of knowingness within you that- 'Yeah, that makes sense to me!'
Happy click-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx

So not too long ago, I was chatting to my friend about the money game. There are many incarnations of this, but the simplest one is to ask 'What would you do if you had £1,000,000 to spend?' Well, we ended up taking it to the next level and somehow ended up talking about spending £150 million! Now that was a little bit beyond my consciousness and my eyes bugged out as I heard how free and easily she spent it! But she did. And with the greatest of ease! She concluded with my favourite phrase 'This is fun.' I was chatting to some friends in a cafe and I've always been quite conscious of service people. I've always been involved in some sort of customer-dealing role so appreciate the kind of work that goes into it and how awful it can be to have a shitty customer. I was pottering about with friends and we passed a funfair and there was one of those things where the kid straps themselves in and jumps up and down on a trampoline type base. There was this adorable kid and he was doing double and triple somersault thingys in the air! Ok, just for those who could make neither head nor tail of the title, it's just a reference to The Hollies song 'He's not heavy, he's my brother...' Whilst most all of us would like to ride the wave of continual goodness, well beingness and high flying exhilaration, it is more a case of up and down, in and out of those states. Why?! Because we are human, we came here to focus in this physicality. In every particle of the Universe there is that which is wanted and that which is unwanted. Which gives rise to the fact that there will always be things out there which can make us happy and exhilarated and that which can help us feel hopeless and depressed. What a good quote! (I heard it from Abe, but when I Googled it, it is unclear who originally said it). A little while ago I was with some peoples and the conversation somehow turned to views on life and stuff. One of the chaps believed life was random and a bit of a crapshoot! Ok, so there is lots to drink but it makes for a catchier title! Today, before I headed out I saw a few minutes of Britain's Got Talent (amazing- that show is still going!). I caught a group of tenors- absolutely talented, they looked and sounded the part. The audience and other judges loved them but Simon Cowell was ever so hesitant for a millisecond.
I was in Natwest just now paying in a wee bit o cash and as I was on my way to work I wanted to use the amazing pay in machines (they take coins and notes and cheques, oh my!). But, there was a chap already using it and he had three HUGE bags coins, poor thing, I can see it was taking him a long long time to do it, and those machines usually spit out a few coins, so he had quite a task ahead of him! That's Jo-incidence... The small but fantastic signs of alignment, especially after a group!!! Xxx22/5/2015 As is usually the case after a wonderful group I had some lovely signs of alignment! I found some money on my way home from Manchester on Wednesday- 20p and 5p no less- how wonderful lol! A few days ago, I was regaling with tales of my adventure to Asia to one of my peoples (he incidentally is from the Far East). I told him how I made a dash to Macau as I wanted to see how it compares to Vegas and how on earth did it manage to outstrip Nevada of the title of 'biggest gambling revenues' (answer: £50-100 minimum bets might do it! Lol) He seemed quite impressed at how 'brave' I was especially going to Macau on my own! To me it wasn't anything particularly special or out of the ordinary. I love my adventures with me and me! Anyhoo, he recounted how apparently Macau can be quite dangerous (people opening gun fire in public and what not...mafia influences?!), and how he said even people from Hong Kong can sometimes be scared to go over. I thought this was wildly interesting as I never felt anything but safe out there. The buildings are well lit and the area oozes of luxuriousness and I was more than happy to wonder out and about at 3am without a care in the world! Interesting though, had I been told that before I went there, then I probably would have been far more apprehensive and might not even have gone! I guess the message here is to go out into the world and make your own conclusions. There is so much well being on this planet that it can be very easily forgotten if you flick through the news and see all the destruction and disaster going on. Set your tone of well being and do what you're inspired to do! All is so very well in your world! Happy exploring! Lots of love, Nick Xxx Wowwwwwaaaaaahhh! What an amazing session as always!!! So much goodness and wonderfulness! Another leading edge group as fricking always! Lots covered! - Sometimes ya just need to keep it to yourself! Abe said that Jerry (Hicks) used to keep his goals and visions to himself until they were solidified. As if he heard the naysayers, it would draw his energy downwards. Not always, not every time but wait until you are completely confident in self, then go out into the world with your vision! All is well, no matter what! - Afformations! Affirmations are statements which are stating things as you want them to be. It helps to be some of the 3x Ps- PERSONAL (Start it with 'I'- it's more powerful if you make it personal to you). PRESENT (So they are in the now, not in the future- I AM NOW ABUNDANT, not 'I will be abundant'). POSTIVE (State them in the good sense, no 'nots', I AM EARLY, not I am not late). Anyhoo, afformations are questions that you ask yourself, e.g. 'Why am I so rich?' 'Why am I so beautiful?' The reasoning behind this is that when asked questions, the brain automatically seeks an answer. So it would answer 'Because you have a roof over your head, because you have a good job etc - That's why you're rich! - Trace the feeling. When something happens see how you feel about it, and trace it back to where you've felt it before. Odds are it's an old emotional pattern- quite an advanced technique but very effective in identifying and clearing old patterns! - Surround yourself with 'believing eyes.' As Sonia Choquette (or someone of that ilk) said surround yourself with the people who believe in you! Thanks as always! The sharing, caring and pairing tonight was magnificent as always! Love you guys!!! Happy supporting!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx OMG, I was updating my videos on my site and I came across this. ABSOLUTELY FOOKING HYSTERICAL!!! We just love to laugh- humour raises us to God and I am feeling heavenly after this haha!!! Xxx The other day I had a flashback to secondary school. It was quite funny as one of my best friends told quite a lot of lies to us! He would allegedly go to these celeb events and get their autographs. I had to question it when I saw that famous actress Jerry Hall signed her name as 'Jerry Halls' and didn't Alanis Morisette spell her name with 2 't's? Lol There were many other lies too! Nothing harmful though, especially looking back. Now let's face it, school is one of the times you really want to fit in. I used to watch X Files (omg remember that show!) to try to fit in, as it was one of the shows that was really 'in' at the time, even though I didn't like it that much! I like Abraham's unconditional love spin on why people lie. It's just to keep things in alignment. Do you really want to be told that you look like a hippo and your bum looks big in those jeans?! Lol Everyone is doing the best that they can at any point in time. Whilst we may not agree with everything that everyone does, it serves us to give them the benefit of the doubt. That is unconditional love. To allow everyone to be exactly as they are without asking them to change. Offering that understanding and love to your fellow peoples! Everyone is just trying to feel better and do what they can to lead a better feeling life. Just let all off the hook and you'll live a much more freeing more powerful life! Feel the ease and flow in all of that! All is so very well! Happy lying haha Lots of love, Nick Xxx Yayyyyyyyy! Thank you London for an incredible leading edge evening as ALWAYS!!! It is such a wonderful community we have and I just love hearing people's stories of how they are living more empowered, better feeling lives- it just does not get any better than this! So much covered tonight as always!!! - You always have this internal guidance letting you know where you are vibrating. Your emotions are letting you know how you are focused- when you're feeling bad, it's just an indicator that you are looking upon something in a way that that pure energy that is you, isn't looking at it. When you're feeling good, you're in alignment and hence drawing more good to you. Follow your internal guidance! - If you're having a rough time with someone try blessing them. Just send them love in whatever way you can. When your vibration is locked on and high enough, they will only be able to give you the best of who they are OR you will naturally fall out of each other's experience. Your goal is just to manage your gap and let the Law Of Attraction do the rest! - It isn't about getting your stuff all the time, every time (although that is quite nice!). It's about being able to choose how you react to any situation- that is true power. You may not be able to control everything but you can control how you react- and that is everything. - It works if you work it! Try spending some time everyday to focus more positively. If it's a gratitude journal, meditation, focus wheels or visualisation, just take a few mins to settle your energy and mind. It will pay tremendous dividends! - Pivoting- whenever you're in a space of what you don't want, flip it! Turn your attention to what you do want, start talking about that and getting your energy in that direction. - Pre Paving- start your day, or segment of activity by stating what you do want. This gets your energy focused on how you would like things to unfold. - Be easy about it. You're here to learn and expand. You're perfect as you are. Just be easy about it all! There are various apps which can help: Focus Wheel, vision boards, Mirror app. So many tools available!!! Thank you so much for being part of this magnificent co creation! All is so very well! Happy processing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx So tonight after work I watched The Avengers: Age Of Ultron (I do love a good late night screening!). To be honest, I didn't really get it, probably because I haven't seen the others and wasn't particularly invested in the movie (I would rather have seen Pitch Perfect 2, but that wasn't on!).
From my understanding, some mega ting called Ultron was let loose on the globe, ultimately to dish out its brand of world peace (whether this was actually what happened in the move, I'm not sure, but the principle got me musing). I was thinking that such a thing would be impossible, because even if you got something big enough and powerful enough to enforce 'peace' around the planet, everyone's idea of harmony would be completely different!!! Everyone has their own notion of what is right and wrong based on their own individual life experiences. And there is no overarching right and wrong! So I would put aside the notion of achieving some kind of union whereby everyone conforms. Instead, I would recommend you seek your own internal peace. Find that alignment between you and you. And you will draw to you people, places and things which are a match to your ideal world. It is only in the pushing against, that unwanted is activated and drawn to you. Not everyone and everything need be part of the equation of your life. Filter out that which makes you happy and keep your focus there. It kinda is really that simple! Keep in alignment and boom! You'll be the Ultron!!! Lol xxx Happy Avenging!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx I was lightly browsing on a shop floor, I wasn't planning on buying anything, however I could've been swayed and I had a mild idea of what I wanted if the opportunity presented itself to me in an attractive enough way. I chatted to the sales assistant about the various options on offer and I don't know if she was on some sort of commission scheme, wanted to shut up shop and hurry me out, or if she genuinely did think she knew the best option for me, but she kept on pushing for an option which didn't really appeal. I made it clear that I was potentially interested in something else but she dismissed me and kept plugging the original option! Now objectively it was completely the more advantagous option with infinitely better benefits, but for me, it wasn't quite what I wanted. And that's the thing- no one knows what's best for you, but you! The other may think they do and for all intents and purposes they may do, but they aren't dealing from your perspective with your desires and preferences. Go out into the world and data collect, by all means go and ask experts and lay men for their opinion and recommendations but at the end of the day, it is you and you alone who must choose. Part of what holds people back is the fear of being wrong, so they either get other people to choose for them or they, like the proverbial donkey, remain unable to choose between two piles of hay and end up starving. But there is no wrongness! From any point, at any time, you can re work from where you are. You never get it done! Years ago I studied Forex Trading. Somewhat naively, I thought 'Well why doesn't everyone just copy someone who seems to be making the right choices?' But the teacher put it perfectly when he said that you'd rather be wrong but have made that decision based on your own conclusions, than follow someone else. The decision making process, especially for something like tha,t is always quite intricate. You want to move forward under your own volition, it is just that much more satisfying! So have fun with it. Make a choice, if it works perfectly then great! If it goes tits up, then great! Enjoy the moulding of the clay that is your life! All is well! Happy deciding!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx I have spent some wonderful time with my 11 month old nephew and it is so joyful being able to literally watch someone take their first steps into the world! Everything is new and everything still takes some getting used to. But with the right guidance, the new borns can flourish and develop. I know some of you might not have had the kindest carers raising you but the human spirit is indomitable! As he is learning to get used to supporting himself on his two little legs and walking, he is prone to falling a lot! But as Abe say, instead of shouting 'Get up you little dummy!', you just send em love, prop them back up and know with enough practise that they'll be walking and running in no time! You must treat yourself with that same level of kindness! As Louise Hay says in her 'Love Yourself' talk, don't expect to be perfect! Instead, gently encourage yourself, congratulate yourself often and be kind to yourself! Over the years, I see those who come along and be consistent in their practise and others who probably give up because it is not yielding results fast enough. Take your time, knowing that every small step is on the way to a better feeling life. Just try to implement small changes in your life- a few minutes of meditation, listing some small things you appreciate, bit by bit you can do it! And you never get it done! There'll always be another layer of crap to uncover haha. Because we are eternal humans beings These things go deep and like an onion, there are many layers to the consciousness. I was watching Model Guru- a guru comes and helps someone with their issue. This episode was focused on a lady who just couldn't sleep. Sounds simple enough right? But there was a lot going on, they looked at her nutrition and lots of physicality things, but a lot of mental issues came up- surrounding herself with an inordinate amount of animals which took over her house, she didn't like meditating as it involved closing her eyes (equalling to her, a loss of control- also linked to her poor sleeping patterns). So it took many weeks of clearing and clearing. As is the same with our psyche. The goal isn't to reach a place of perfection where nothing bugs us and we are zen-ified 24/7. The goal is to be ok with who and where we are. Knowing that expansion is part and parcel of what we are here to experience. Let go, flow and know!!! Happy walking!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx I happened across an interview with Dawn French (I believe the credits said 2008). It looked as though she had just written a book- some letters to her father which was a look back at her life. The interviewer asked about her large size and was it a concern to her at all? She replied that she was happy with her bigness and she's always been quite large even as a child. She recounted that one of the defining moments, was when she was a teenager and wore purple hot pants to a party in an attempt to impress a boy. Her dad reassured her that she was wonderful no matter what and it didn't matter whether the boys were interested in her or not. It was natural for her father to offer her such comforting words and so she developed that inner appreciation for herself and her body. And that is a wonderful thing. The media and society can present the 'ideal' body and anyone who falls outside of that should somehow conform. But we are all Source expressed in these magnificent bodies!!! Whatever your shape, colour or form matters not! Self appreciation can be the hardest thing, yet it is the most vital component to living a happy life. Your most important relationship is the one you have with yourself. Write everyone else out of the equation of your life!!! You are magnificent in all your beauty! Happy bigging!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx I was watching The Greatest Movie Ever Sold (directed by Morgan Spurlock- the chap who did Supersize Me and ate nothing but McDo for 30 days!). Anyhoo, this movie was about the use of product placement in the world around us. I have just watched The Matrix 3- although a bit more fighty and less theosophical than I'd like, it was still pretty brilliant! I was watching this cute little teen movie called Thunderstruck. It was about how a clumsy 16 year old magically switches basketball talent with a professional player. I was talking to my friend and she was telling me how much she loved her child and all that good stuff. And what is purer than a mother's love for her child? Especially when the child hasn't started speaking yet ha! To breathe is to quite literally to live! I found myself getting cranky at work (fatigue or sugar crash ha). So I put on some Abraham (The Secret Behind The Secret- one of the best DVDs ever!) and centred myself with some deep breaths. I am far from an expert on breathing but I know there are a myriad of practises- yogic, meditational, Kundalini, tantric- the list goes on! But whatever you do, breathing in a slower, more deliberate fashion is infinitely beneficial, even just on a basic physiological level. It can help relax your body and mind and all sorts! When I was younger I used to play the flute (I even by some miracle got to Grade 5! Haha). And there I was taught diaphragmatic breathing. Basically, you're filling your belly with air- so your tummy sticks out when you breathe in and when you breathe out, you pull your tummy in. That's the one I use most. Another way is thoracic breathing (I used this when I did Pilates- really excellent exercise for back pain and also gives you a 6 pack like nobody's business!) You breathe in through the nose, fill and expand the ribs and then out through the mouth and release the ribs. I think it's done through the ribs as the exercises engage the pelvic floor and there is a 'zipping' up action in your belly area, hence the rib-by breathing. Anyhoo, these are just some ways to play with and improve the depth of your breathing. I am definitely guilty of shallow breathing as I'm usually rushing round doing a ton of things! It would serve us all to slow down a wee bit and just breathe! The benefits of mindfulness and mediation are so powerful. I was looking at the Hay House World Summit- a huge free online event run by Hay House and their authors (everyone from Esther to Deepak to Cheryl Richardson is speaking!). And I saw Miranda Kerr has a segment. I was very surprised, I didn't realise she was into woo woo but she is! She is one of the world's most successful super models. She says: 'I like to meditate. Doing just three minutes of prayer and a minimum of five minutes meditation twice a day sets the tone—like an arrow so that you’re hitting your target. When I pray I always thank Mother Nature for all the beauty in the world; it’s about having an attitude of gratitude.' See- the daily practise she does! And she must be doing something right, as she went from being (according to Wikipedia which is always correct lol) supermodel number 9 in Forbes' list, earning a cool $3.2 million in 2010. To being number 2 with $7.2 million in 2013! So she must be doing something right! Now, I'm not a huge proponent of using material wealth to determine success (it is joy which is your true measure!), but still. That's quite a good consciousness she must have to create all that. So tune into your own inner super model- you are all beautiful and perfect, strut yourself and be sure to breathe! Happy breathing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx See you in a few days!!! (PS I'm spending some time over the next week having family fun with my cutest nephew, so I will be offline, but fret not!!! I will continue writing my daily blog and post date em type thing, when I get back online! Xxx) Ok, so maybe 'challenge' isn't the most downstream word and would be better replaced with 'experience' and some such ease filled word. But for all intents and purposes for today we shall stick with that! You came to this physical experience to expand, to love, to grow and so on. And from the knowing of what you don't want, you would be able to turn your attention to what you do want and start to allow that in. So when things go 'wrong', it's ok! Because if everything went perfectly for you all the time, you would be bored and in fact, you wouldn't be human- you'd be in the non-physical! I have just downloaded a pool (snooker esque) game and am playing against my workmates. How rubbish would it be if any of us would be able to beat everyone, all the time? Not only would you get bored in like five minutes, you wouldn't learn a thing! I'm pretty good at the game but not brilliant, so I watch how my opponents play and try to learn tips from them. In the overall grand scheme of things, things are meant to go your way, you are meant to live a good life and you are meant to experience all you want. However, there will always be clarifying moments. Abraham have said something along the lines of, if they were us, they would try to be in the Vortex 80-90% of the time and the rest would be the experience of contrast. You came to learn and push yourself to new levels of well being. It is with that laser focus that you can take your next steps into the world. If you're new to this work, or if you've had a good time but something negative happens, just do your best at that moment and then move on. It is likely it is just a cleansing of vibration, especially if you've been in an unconscious/negative place previously. The Herxheimer effect in nutrition is when you've been eating poorly previously but then you have a detox/cleanse and the body goes into a health crisis- readjusting and clearing out the crap. But once you pass that difficult hump, you'll feel fab! Same with this work, just see it through, keep being conscious and I really implore you to carry on. It can be disheartening if things aren't happening in a major way as you would like but just give it time! And if nothing else, you'll be enjoying life a little bit more. And what is life if not that?! So bottom line, keep at it, know that your rough times are contributing immensely to your good times and trust! Happy challenging!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx The most simple but interesting thing happened today (it doesn't take much to amuse me! Ha!). I picked up some extra hours at work so instead of taking the bus, I did a short walk going towards work from the local train station. I have been at this job for over 7 years and take the exact route virtually every morning, except I take it going from work to the station and not the other way like I did today. Anyways, it was like I had never walked in that vicinity ever! I wasn't quite sure where I was going and it all looked completely foreign! I thought that was so fascinating (and a little freaky) considering I walk this area so frequently. It showed me the value of shifting perspective, even if it's just slightly, how it can change everything for you! It forced me to look at the buildings and the locality in a new light. I've always been a huge proponent of trying, learning and experiencing new things. You can only learn, expand and grow from doing something novel- your muscle memory and brain circuitry create new neural connections- which can only be a good thing! You are also adding to your escrow... Also, if you're sensitive, empathic and compassionate, it adds an additional layer of understanding by seeing things in another way. When you find out about someone's life experience (especially if it's someone you don't like/disagree with), then you can begin to understand why everyone is the way they are. And that all people are just doing their best to make it through life. I think it gives great insight to be able to see through the eyes of another, and even though you can only really see from your perspective, if anything can help you offer a little bit more love towards your fellow man, then that can only really be a good thing! So try something new, allow yourself to see a fresh perspective on life and it could help you no end! Happy perspecting!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx |
