When I like something I go all in! I'm one of those all or nothing people. As a friend once said 'it's like you can't have one chip from the bag (of chips), you just gotta eat em all!

I love that initial phase of a hobby or interest where I just can't get enough. I have to study and learn and see what is out there.

Especially in this day and age it is incredibly easy to connect with anything or anyone- for free (or as good as!), all at the ease of your fingertips with a smartphone or computers- you don't even need to leave home!

Following on from yesterday's Singapore group, I really hope they/you follow it up and look for as many ways you can to make this part of your daily life. There are a plethora of books, DVDs, audiobooks, YouTube clips, meetup groups etc out there who can help you connect with that higher part of yourself.

It's very easy to walk away from this work, or have it fade out over time as life takes over, but I cannot recommend enough, investing time to self empowerment. As you spend more time feeling better, things will morph, both internally and externally. Just give it time. You're feeling better is the sign that you're on your way.

I love the constant signs of alignment I receive, especially after a group meetup. So many things lined up yesterday after the meeting. I just love it so!

Filter, filter, filter- if you like the sound of a teacher or teaching, then run with it. If it doesn't resonate, then leave it behind. No muss, no fuss!

I really wish you the best of journeys. There is no more exhilarating relationship than that of you and you. How magnificent this life experience can be!

All is so very well!

Happy exploring!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Thank you Singapore!!! It was sooo good. What an amazing place to be!

It was a great Meetup- my first in Asia and was amazing to connect with the locals and non-locals lol. To see people eager to learn and want to know more is so brilliant. The group will be taken over by another Aber- Silky, who by no coincidence I had met on the Canary Islands cruise.

I leave Singapore tomorrow and have had an amazing time. Today I played volleyball with the locals (they were quite advanced and I was poo but they were so kind and patient!). Then I had my group! In the evening I went to meet some friends and I was ready to stay out til late (I wrongly assumed there was some sort of 24/7 transport system- night buses or metro), but they finished up early. I was like 'poo! I wanted to stay out til late' but anyhoo, at about 1am I made my way back to the hotel. And like magic I managed to catch the last trains back! It could not have been more divinely timed. And trains don't usually run that late but due to the proceedings with the recent passing of Lee Kuan Yew, the operational times were extended. Who on a side note sounds to have been an incredible man with a powerful vision. Singapore is an amazing city and it was from his strong leadership that it came to be so.

Things are always working out for you, you just gotta trust!

Onwards and upwards. My internet is going to be very limited/non existent for the next while but my blog is my main priority. If nothing else, I will write it up and post date it.

Happy connecting!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Some key points we covered in group today:

  • You are an eternal being, just here on this planet to experience life. It is all just an experience to learn and expand your beingness
  • Nothing is more important than that you feel good- your emotions are your Sat Nav through this life. Tune into how you are feeling and do your best to feel good/better. Work to focus positively and see how things change around you
  • Your greatest manifestation is to feel better. Material things and your stuff are just focusing points to have life flow through you, but the stuff doesn't matter. Making joy and happiness your goal will get you to your stuff faster than you would believe!
  • Daily practise- spend some time when you wake up doing all/some of the following:
  1.  Meditate. In silence or with relaxing music slow down the breath and the mind. This will do wonders for you state of mind and body. This will also help you release resistance
  2. List of appreciation. Going general or picking something or someone you want to work on, write a list of things you appreciate about them.
  3. Visualise/day dream. Use your imagination to paint a mental picture of what you would like in life.
  4. Check in to see how you are feeling. Do this as often as you can. Being aware of how you are feeling will help you infinitely- then you can change how you feel and go from there.
  5. Create a support network- make a conscious effort to connect with people who see the best and support the best in you.

Contrast = Variety = Not a bad thing!!! Xxx

27/3/2015

I know that when I talk to other Abers, I tend to use the term 'contrast' to refer to something bad going on, 'e.g. They were going through some contrast,' ie something bad was happening to them. But Abe really intend it to mean 'variety.'

Just like black is contrasting to White is not a bad thing (it's just a thing), life experiences can be contrasting without meaning 'bad,' or unwanted.

What I love about exploring the world is just seeing the variety and how different people run their things.

I had a very early start leaving HK flying to Singapore. I am still incredibly impressed with how things over here are. I got the budget airline Scoot- more JetBlue than Easyjet! Really comfy seats and some high tech filter not some draw down window ting!

I got the Metro to town and I just loved observing the subtleties in how the systems run- they have little lights showing the next station on the map (a bit like Barcelona) and they even tell you what side the doors are going to open on (see pic lol).

Singapore is incredibly sleek and modern, with the scented air reminiscent of Las Vegas hotels and the tall buildings and infinite malls a bit like NYC. There are a plethora of modest priced eateries wherever you turn- meaning you need never go hungry again (one of my biggest concerns when I'm travelling!).

Grocery shopping is pretty pricey, with a can of tuna costing about £4 (the contrast making me appreciate Sainsburys! Lol).

I went into town and saw the lovely sights and even had an in-chair massage.

So the delicious take-away message is to use the variety of life to sift and sort with what you like and don't like. It needn't be a big huge upheaval- it can be as simple as 'I like that, more please Universe. I don't like that, I'd prefer this other thing please Universe!' (Being mindful to give attention to what you do want and not what you don't want!).

So go forth and see what floats your boat (or cruise ship lol).

Anyhoo, I need to go to sleep! Volleyball early tomorrow, then my very first group in Asia- wish me luck!!!

Happy variety-ing!!!

Love you all!!! Nick Xxx

Jetting off to alignment!!! Xxx

I am currently on the plane and it has just gone midnight. I am about to tuck into my makeshift bed and watch a string of movies!

I do love the wonderful feeling of alignment whenever I'm travelling and/or enrapt by doing some aligning activities. The feeling of exhilaration and excitement about being in a completely new place, about to see what wonderful things lie ahead- how thrilling!

On a side note- I'm not the biggest fan of flying, though I don't mind it. I am reminded of some conversations I had a while back with my Abe friends. One of them said that to ease her fears of flying she thought of it as 'like a train journey.' And I could relate to this totally as I travel by train a lot for my groups. And the sensation is actually quite similar (minus any major turbulence!). One of my other Abe friends says that is she is 'Always in the Vortex' when flying- the rush of taking off and flying high feels so good to her. Both of these wonderful new perspectives which I have since tried to adopt.

(Interestingly enough we are just having to put on our seat belts as we have some mild turbulence... All is well!!! Lol).

Anyways, back to my original point, another friend of mine studied hypnosis and one of the tools they use on their clients is simply to 'change the state.' Do whatever you can to break the spell of negativity.

This is why I love to try things which bring me in the moment and consume my mind and beingness. It's that being 'in the flow' which feels so aligning. I consciously use movies, music, sports and other fun activities to get into the Vortex, get in the flow and get in that good feeling space!

That's why I advise my students to think about what brings them joy and what they can turn to, to distract themselves and raise their vibration. Especially if going through a contrasty period!

I am very excited to see what wonders Asia holds!

Happy travelling!

You are Divergent!!! You are what mankind is waiting for... And- a fab movie is as good as a rest!!! And bye bye London!!! Love you all!!! Xxx

With an evening flight, I was able to squeeze in a movie this afternoon. And it was the magnificent Insurgent (the sequel to Divergent). Although panned by the critics, I LOVED this movie. It didn't have a sequel-y feel to it and could (within reason) stand on its own as a film. For me, it has beaten Hunger Games!

So, if you're not familiar with it. It's basically a distopian era where you are divided into one of 5 groups based on your personality and choice of lifestyles (there are those who are brave, intelligent, truthful etc). So our hero and heroine don't fit into one sole category. They are a mix, i.e. 'Divergent.' The premise is that Kate Winslet's (Jeanine) baddie character is trying to contain and demolish them as they are dangerous and a threat, a bad ting Ms Winslow could do without lol.

Anyhoo, after a load of fighting and such which, there is a key message which Jeanine wants to unlock and use to destroy the Divergents. Tris (played by the fantastic Shailene Woodley) is pivotal in accessing this message. She has to undergo a mix of tests- the final one being a fight with her greatest enemy. No, not Jeanine but herself!!! She passes the test using self love (nobody's going to love you Tris cos everyone around you gets hurt or killed! At which she cries 'But I will!' (love herself I'm presuming she means...) Therefore passing the amity challenge (nothing to do with Amityville horror, which is what I think when hearing that word!).

After a big hullabaloo they finally unlock her magical box (oh er!). And the message played states that their society was experiment and that those who are Divergent are not bad, not cursed (as they have been trained to believe), but they are the key to brilliance! They are told 'Mankind waits for you with hope beyond the wall.'

They finally realise that being different, not fitting the norm- that which society tells you you should be doing, is not bad but indeed the key to salvation.

Which brings to me to my spiritual message du jour (see there is a point to this blog- it ain't just a film review lol), that although you may be different, have been made to feel bad, not worthy through your life. It is you that the world needs!

To have those people focusing on feeling good, bringing themselves into alignment, not holding anyone else responsible for their personal power, this is what mankind is looking for, in one way or another.

Throughout the films, the Divergents are hounded and persecuted, but they are actually the most powerful.

So don't let anyone in your past, present or future take your power away from you. You may be different, but you will run that shit! Just bring yourself into alignment with you. That is the most powerful thing you can do...

At this moment I am at the airport waiting for my flight to Asia! How exciting! I am doing my best to appreciate as much as I can (I usually am mentally on the plane when I'm on land or at my destination when I'm on the plane!), but I shall now breathe and relax.

Happy divergent-ing!!! Bye bye London!!! Hello Asia!!!

All my love, Nick Xxx

Do it for the experience!!! That's it!!! You can gain so much!!! Xxx

I do believe that life is just one big experience. That your beingness from whatever ether-y place looked down and thought 'I'd like to give that planet Earth a try, let's see what we can do!'

For the most part, I have been open to trying most things, purely for the experience and learning (especially since knowing what I now know!). My dad had the attitude 'Just try it, it doesn't matter what happens. You might learn a new thing or two.'

I try to let go of the outcome and in fact the more I try to control the outcome of push it too much, it seems to elude me more. Instead I try to take a more allowing tack on what I do.

I try to follow my gut and keep open to a lot of things. Having said that there are a whole load of things which simply do not speak to me. So it's not a case of me doing anything and everything but more a case of- that looks fun, that feels good, I'll give it a go for the hell of it!

Tomorrow I head off to Asia. Definitely something new to me (still keeping in line with my 'Try new things' new resolution!). I am very excited! Also a bit nervous tbh as although I look the part- I have no knowledge of the culture or language! It should be an experience for sure!

I am very excited to be teaching in Singapore and Hong Kong. It will be interesting to compare to the UK and USA. (All I need to do is Africa and hopefully Australia which will be by the end of this year and BOOM my goal of teaching in all 5 continents will be complete!).

Personally, it's a really limited (and even quite boring) way to live if you're going to only do something simply for the end goal. For me, it's about what the possibilities are and how much I can learn and gain. Much like Richard Wiseman said (I wrote about him a while ago- he studied luck), those who attended parties solely for the purpose of finding a partner missed all the great things on offer, such as, making new friends, which ironically enough could have ended up leading them to their dream partner!

Open your mind, heart and soul to all the wonderful things you can experience. Try something purely because it sounds like fun. If it goes well great, you may have a lifelong hobby (speaking of which I've joined and will be attending a volleyball meetup in Singapore- how freaking cool is that?!), if it all goes horribly then at least you've learned something (even if it's that you hate it lol).

I am getting mighty excited as my flight draws closer- I just LOVE night flights.

I will make updating this blog a priority but as I don't think I'll have much/any net access whilst away, I might write them and post date them here or something.

Anyhoo, thanks for reading!!!

Happy experiencing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Yes they do!!! Everything started from one small thing, so do something for the experiencing and see what unfolds- it could change your life!!! Xxx

"Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits... The ones who see things differently..." Here's to you!!! Xxx

Today before work I went to see a charming British movie 'x+y.' Starring the wonderful Sally Hawkins and Rafe Spall, it was about a young chap who was on the autistic spectrum and a maths whizz. Training and entering for the International Mathematical Olympiad.

There is also another strongly autistic chap on the UK team. Part of the movie shows the relations between the team members. I found it quite interesting how it covered the notion of being normal/fitting in/being different.

It made me think of Steve Jobs' Apple campaign:

"Here's to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The one who sees things differently...

About the only thing you can't do is ignore them. Because they change things. They invent. They imagine. They heal. They explore. They create. They inspire. They push the human race forward."

As I'm constantly surrounded by people who 'get it' both in my groups and those in my general life (even if they are only mildly aware of sprituality), it's hard for me to gauge (or even imagine) that probably most of the world doesn't get this.

To know that you are on the leading edge, simply by being open to reading this site, by being open to, (if not a massive believer) that your thoughts and emotions are related to creating your reality. That you and you alone are in charge of your life experience. How amazing is that?!

Odds are you've felt different from those around you at some (if not most of your life). That you've experienced contrast stronger than practically anyone you know. And that this has brought you to the powerful place of asking 'Is there more to life?'

I love my groups and that people love being with other like minded people. It is that connection which takes us all to new levels.

Keep being you and don't let anyone tell you otherwise!

Here's to you... The crazy ones... The brilliant ones... The leading edge ones... The world changers!!!

All my love!!! Nick Xxx

WWWWWWOOOOOHHHHHOOOOO!! An exceptional day!!! Thank you London Day Workshop!!! Xxx

22/3/2015

I am currently in my day workshop, approaching the end of a magnificent day (I caught like one min of Jeremy Kyle over breakfast and woah, energy drain! Glad to be with so many amazing people! Lol).

What a powerful day!!! To spend so much time with leading edge co creators, wanting to take their lives to the next level- it doesn't get much better than this folks!

I can't even begin to document all the material we covered, it was so much good stuff.

Some key messages:

- It is all for the experience! All of this life is just to flow and be. Do things for the experience, not forcing it to be the be all and end all for a goal. Instead, doing your best to feel better about the moment and situation.

- See the best in all. Set your vibrational tone to how you want to see things and know that by putting your intention to what you want. That you can have the life you want.

- It's ok to acknowledge a problem as long as you're working towards a solution. It can feel like 'Oooh, I better not talk about it in case I get more bad things!' For me, as long as you're working towards a solution, that's all that matters. Discuss any issues with those who support the best in you (but not those who will lament too much!). Make feeling better your priority and then move on. Trusting that it will all work out.

- Start to talk, think and visualise how you want life to be. Put your focus on what you want (ultimately what you want to feel is good- and you can add as much or as little detail to that as possible and good feeling to you).

What a day like this offers is to be with other people who get it! I can really think of no better way to spend some time than with those who are of like uplifting vibration. It truly is time well spent.

IT IS FREAKING AMAZING!!! Love this stuff!!!

Thank you to each and every one of you for being here, part of my experience and the brilliant beings you are!!!

Happy BEING!!!

All my tons and tons of love!!!

Be the upstander!!! Be in the minority!!! Be positive!!! And he did not have sexual relations with that woman... Xxx

So today, I was feeling a teeny bit blah. Nothing at all majorly negative, but because I only had a handful of hours sleep before I had to be on my way to work!

So taking my own advice from yesterday's blog (see, I do practise what I preach lol!), I put some relaxing music on, closed my eyes and slowed my breathing whilst on the bus to work. I made a conscious effort to really appreciate the kindly sales assistant in Planet Organic- she always smiles and is so helpful. And I made a conscious effort to slow down. Luckily it's been a quiet day and I am back to alignment (albeit it a little sleep-ified!).

I came across Amanda Palmer (check out her TED talk on The Art Of Asking- totally amazing! This is on my resources page), and she recommend Monica Lewinsky's recent TED talk. So I watched it!

Now, if you were around in 90's you would be hard pressed to not remember the whole Clinton-Lewinsky debacle (Google if it not!). Monica speaks about what it was like to be at the very front of the Internet revolution. How easy it is to judge from a distance and get caught up in the crowd.

She choked up when relating the story of Tyler Clementi (a young chap at university who had his intimate relations with another man broadcast online by his roommate). Clementi shortly committed suicide after finding out what his roommate had done. Lewinsky recounted her mother making her bath with the door open and so on, to make sure she didn't take her own life during the tumultuous period.

Anyhoo, her take home message was exercise your minority influence, be the upstander. Make a positive comment, contribution and sharing because you could be the one that helps turns someone's life around.

People often question how 'bad' things can happen to such large numbers of people and does Law Of Attraction really apply in those circumstances. We say yes it does, because groups tend to follow the dominant intention and observe and then vibrate what everyone else is.

It is our encouragement to you to decide how you want to feel then look out into the world. Intend for wellness and goodness and fun times, then don't let anyone distract you. Be the shining light for you and you will help light the way for others and they will want to follow you and in turn lead those around them.

She ended with a call to action to be brave and bright. And rightfully got a standing ovation. I cannot imagine what she went through (or the Clintons tbh!) but hey we're all human and shizzle happens. Just dust yourself off and move on as best you can!!!

Happy shining!!! All my love, Nick Xxx

My top tips for daily practise and staying in alignment!!!

20/3/2015

What do Louise Hay, Susan Jeffers (when she woz ere!), Esther Hicks and Oprah Winfey all have in common? Well apart from being multimillionaires (I think!), they all some form of regular (if not daily) practise which helps keep them in alignment.

Even as advanced as they are and as many years as they've been working on themselves, they still dedicate themselves to doing techniques to help them be in alignment. So it goes to reason, if even they have to work to feel good, then it is advisable that us everyday people have some tools at our disposal.

I'm afraid there are no shortcuts to well being. If you want a powerful life, then it helps to have some things in place that you can reach for to bring you into that good space.

So here are some of my top tips to help you along your path of daily goodnessess! Xxx

- Start the day as you mean to go on. Some people won't get out of bed until they have gratituded themselves into a happy place. I always start the day with about 10 mins of meditation, even if I do end up napping through some of it, I still try to start each day with a clear slate. Breathing deeply and allowing that to wake me up and start in a neutral state. I suggest doing some meditation/breathing, making a short of things you appreciate and maybe reading an inspirational passage of a book or listening to a clip. It needn't take more than 10-15 minutes but can make a real difference in how you set the tone of your day.

- Check you gut/body regularly. Cheryl Richardson suggests setting your alarm for every 15 mins and checking in how you feel. This is really an excellent technique to get you used to checking how you're feeling. Your emotions are wildly important to what you're vibrating, manifesting and what is happening on a physiological level. If you're tense or stressed, just take a few deep breaths, try to find something to laugh at. Whatever it takes to help you relax and get you in a good space.

- Have as many tools in your box as you can. Especially if you're having a rough day it can take a bit of groping around in the dark (ooh er missus!), to find something that will raise your spirits. Have a load of techniques at your disposal- meditations, relaxing music, inspiring books, films, songs you enjoy. Whatever helps lift you when you're feeling down.

- Take 5. If the day is getting ahead of you, then take a quick toilet break. Go somewhere quiet and breathe and relax, just shutting down for a few mins can do you the world of good, or at least stop you punching someone!

- Make use of your travel time. If you have time in your car or on the train, bus, tube or walking to work or wherever you're going, then this is a perfect time to do some focusing. You can repeat some affirmations, have your iPod on with some happy music or audiobook, YouTube clips etc. Use this time to focus positively rather than fritter it away complaining about the poopy weather or something else that annoys you.

- Focus on one good thing. If I'm having a rough day, then it helps to focus on one good thing and milk it for what it's worth. If that's a joke someone told you, a great customer interaction or a good friend you can message, let that one thing lift your spirits.

- Let it go. Do your best to let any negative things flow off you. Easier said than done but it serves you to not hold onto a little thing which you can use to drag you down!

- End your day with relaxed brightness. Use your end of day time to treat yourself to good thoughts. Watch a funny show, have a nice meal, as you drift to sleep imagine how wonderful the next day will be and/or run through all the positive things that have happened that day.

So there you go! Implement a couple of these as much as you can and see how great you can feel!

Happy dailying it up!!!

Lots of love and inspiration, Nick Xxx

Thank you BIRMINGHAM!!! Wooohooo!!! Love ya!!! Xxx

19/3/2015

Thank you BIRMINGHAM for an amazing evening as always!!! A big thank you to the wonderful, brave new people who came along. And a huge thanks to my regulars who shared their tips, advice and general fabulousness on well being!!!

Some key tips (as always I just lift a teeny amount of all the wisdom that is given!).

- Work within your belief system and then take inspired action. It is important to know what you believe and to therefore act within that. If you believe that doing something is bad for you, yet you do it anyway- then you're working against your energy flow. Either change your action of change your belief. From there you'll be inspired and enthralled to take the right action for you- be it exercise, eating aligned foods, meditating, positive aspecting etc

- As is always the case with this wonderful group, everyone has so many books, teachers and techniques to share. There is no one right way. Different things will appeal to you at different times. Just keep working it at and know that all the work you're putting in is paying off and will pay off.

- Affirmations are such great tools to help you along your way. Stating what you do want, over and over again, so eventually your beingness comes into alignment what you want. Pick something positive and repeat that statement over and over as much as you can! E.g. 'I am loved and loving. I attract more and more abundance through ease and loving ways. I am drawing to me my perfect mate. Life is good. I am relaxed and full of well being.' You get the idea. Just reach for these affirmations as often as you can.

Pre group I caught up with my most amazing Brum Chum lol- Sanjay. And he had just been on the Abraham Caribbean cruise. And OMG it was like I was there- milking every wonderful detail about what happened- the wonderful food, weather, interactions, lectures and well being. I LOVED hearinf about!

So, just breathe and relax. Know your brilliance and well being, flow and feel good. It really is that simple (kinda!).

Happy affirming!!!

All my love and well being to you!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Trust in your overarching vibration of well being!!! Xxx

First of all, thank you for all the wonderful comments flooding in from Liverpool- was a great group to be sure!

I hope you all had a wonderful St Patrick's Day and not nursing any hangovers ;)

So the 'lesson' of today is to trust in your overarching vibration of well being- whatever that means to you.

Just now, Iwas in Planet Organic buying some delicious Quinoa Chip when I unknowingly left my credit card in the chip and PIN device and walked out of the store (note to self: Try not to be checking your phone and paying for stuff at the same time haha!). I was only a few steps away when I heard the lady shout 'SIR!', I turned around and saw the gentleman customer reach out to give me my credit card. Whilst I don't think he could've gained too much if he stole my card, he could've easily just not said anything and left it there.

Now, as a general rule, I'm not a scatty person- I don't usually lose things, or drop my phone so the screen shatters etc. But every time (or at least I think so), I've lost or dropped something like my wallet. It has always made its way back to me!

Years ago I was in Asda, and this (I'll be honest) kinda dodgy looking guy ran after me and gave me back my pass holding all my cards. Another time, I unknowingly dropped some of my cards (driver's license etc) down the side of a till. Some days later, I receive them back in the post from a kindly lady who found them and sent them back to me!

How incredible and kind is that?!?! Now to be completely honest, I'm not one of those people who is completely stranger trusting- (see Amanda Palmer- stripping naked allowing strangers to write on her!). However I don't completely distrust everyone either.

I like to believe that my overarching, dominant vibration is one of well being. That I am taken care of and looked after by the Universe and all that good stuff.

I guess part of my vibrational match, is that if I ever find things, I try my hardest to get the item back to the person if at all possible.

So there's my moral of today's story. Just trust that things are working out for you. It's not your job to be too overprotective, all you need to do is bip along about your business and have fun and who knows- some lovely stranger might go out of their way to help you!

Happy losing/finding things!!!

All my love, Nick Xxx

Thank you Liverpool!!! And Happy St Patrick's Day!!! Xxx

OMFG LIKE A MILLION!!!!

Thank you Liverpool for like a most powerful group like EVA! A really leading edge evening, a room jam packed with amazing creators- healers, entrepreneurs, teachers of the mind, the list is endless. Wonderful stories of creating successful businesses, hearings of a 'fatal' nature. Even appearing on TV with Ant and Dec and winning huge competitions! Thank for coming along and sharing your beingnesses (especially when you could be out drinking on St Patrick's Day! Lol). I could cry, scream or fly, I just love it so!

As always a thank you to my oldbies for their constant wisdom. And a thank you to the newbies- I know how scary it can be going to something new, and being so open and vulnerable, I thank you and I love ya!!!

The tip of the iceberg that we covered tonight:

- The mind-body connection is so potent. When the doctors have pronounced you 'beyond cure', it pushes you to look harder- outside of yourself for answers and inside of yourself for answers. You can do it and nothing is impossible. It just might take some time, that's all!

- Do your best to 'transfer' your skills. If you've created a great job or partner etc, use that knowing to create other things you would like in your life. The power is within you!

- It serves you to think better, otherwise you might be 'thinking your life away!' (What a great phrase!). Your thoughts, feelings and emotions are fundamental to your being. Do your best to focus in a more positive direction!

- Believe, trust and flow (easier said than done I know!), but if you can let go and know you'll be ok no matter what. Then you can surrender and flow!

- If you're looking to make more of this a part of your life, try doing some techniques on a daily basis (first thing in the morning, last thing can be good!). Meditate for 5-10 minutes, write a list of appreciation, day dream/visualise, whatever gets you in a consciously good space!

And so much more...

Keep being brilliance! I'm going to kick back with my Nandos, iPad and well being and enjoy my 3 hour train ride back to London!

WOW I just had to share this BEAUTIFUL VIDEO- It was filmed using a drone in Vietnam. If you were ever in doubt of the magnificence of this planet, watch this. SIMPLY STUNNING!!! Xxx

It is in Hang Son Doong and is filmed by Ryan Deboodt.

Love you all!!!

If no one wants to do it with you... Then do it by yourself!!! Xxx

I said 'by yourself', not 'to yourself' haha!

Ok, so since I've been about a teenager and definitely since 'Feel The Fear And Do It Anway' by Susan Jeffers (amazing book for dealing with fear and taking empowered action!), it certainly pushed me to try things out. I've always loved learning and experiencing (quite possibly due to my dad's attitude of 'Just try it. It doesn't matter what happens!').

Adding this knowing- that the more you experience and that it can only augment one's life, I've always enjoyed pushing the boat out and doing things for the hell of it. I've always been quite independent so if I want to do something badly enough, I will. Regardless of if I can get a friend to come along with me. Not always, not all the time, but if it means enough to me, then by hook or by crook, I'll go it alone if I have to!

I believe Susan Jeffers said something along the lines of 'Don't wait around to be invited into someone else's circle. Create your own and invite others in.' Great advice.

I find that sometimes when I've done something, my friends or workmates can be like 'How comes you didn't invite me?', I usually think to myself 'Because you probably wouldn't have been fussed about it, if I mentioned it!'

You really inspire people by just being the strong being you are. Just be you, be the aligned you and others will fall into line and follow your example! But you must be brave enough to take the first step to it (especially if those around you are being wishy washy!). Keep to your dream and don't let anybody tell you otherwise. Follow your heart, your gut toward what you love and you never know which fantastic people you'll meet!

Make your goal to have fun and experience (not to get the partner/job/house etc all the time) and see what happens.

The luck psychologist I wrote about a little while ago, Richard Wiseman. He found 'unlucky' people used to be so goal focused, they'd completely miss all the wonderful opportunities around them!

And there's always something you'll learn and you'll be able to see the world through different perspectives. Especially after my new round of trying new things out since the New Year, I really appreciate my group attendees. To make the time and effort to attend a space that you may be very nervous about, takes incredible courage, so I thank you! It can be terrifying going to something new (particularly if you're on your own!) but all for the fun of it! You never know who you'll meet or what great connections you will create.

Wading through life is a perfect time to trust your intuition- you gut feeling, that which knows what is best for you. See how it makes you feel- when you see an activity/person/place/thing do you have an inner calling towards it? See what happens.

All is well, you just came here to play and try things out. Be easy about it, you know what you're doing. Just trust!

Happy being you!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

So, after a high flying weekend thus far, today was back at Volleyball, I was so excited!!! Again, it really highlighted to me the importance of a great teacher. Even if you don't know what you're doing and feel a bit stupid, you should feel safe enough to be in that space anyway, so you can learn.

It is a completely personal thing, I would imagine a lot of people would thrive and go to the next level under a teacher as featured in the film Whiplash (the music maestro was terrifying and kept pushing his students!). But I think for me, I would completely crumble. I tend to perform best when I'm in that flow of relaxedness alertness/excitedness. When I looked back to last night's turkey, I was having fun and completely relaxed and in the zone which helped me get 3 strikes at bowling. Work out what works best for you!

People sometimes question their worthiness to teach (or do anything). As I've learnt from Abraham, everyone is not in the same place, so one teacher is not going to be able to satisfy all things for all people. I tend to work best with people who are reaching for ease (I'm not big into pushing people or goal setting), deep thinkers, control freaks (or at least that's me! Ha) and light heartedness- I do love fun and have a wacky sense of humour. But I know that I am definitely not everyone's cup of tea.

Anyhoo, at volleyball today, I was a having a mildly off day. I wasn't passing particularly well and didn't feel in the flow. Interestingly enough- which way does it go? You're not in the flow so you don't do well, or you don't do well which impacts if you're in the flow.

But this is slightly beside the point. So, the practise was a little off for me, but I was still hungry for more! I can't wait to play again (although it'll be about a month as I'm off to Asia soon!).

Now, obviously if you're having a bad day or while, then you can feel disinterested and just drop it, but I would recommend paying attention to what calls you back time and time again.

For me, this way of being is everything. To know I am in control of my experience means everything to me! For other people I know they can dip in and out of it, but if even when you're down and out and you still are coming back to it, then I would say it holds some value to you and is worth investing time pursuing it in whichever way you can.

People question their life purpose- one of the processes I have taught is to write down where you feel comfortable, what you currently enjoy doing and what you enjoyed as a child and what would you do more of. Upon reviewing it, there are usually themes. Helping people, creativity, sports, physicality etc. Try doing more of what you love and have an enjoyable life experience! Do things you love so much you would do it until you transition!

Happy life experiencing to you!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

A wicked day of alignment = A turkey!!!

So today was a beautiful day of alignment!!! I met with two of my bestest Heal Your Life buddies and what a wonderful day of goodness it was!!!

We missed our 2 other Heal Your Life team members but they were definitely with us in spirit.

I cannot emphasise how is fantastic (!) it is to spend time with such great, loving, inspiring people. I think that that's what a good group offers. Quality time surrounded with people who are on the same vibrational wavelength.

The hostest had a beautiful love filled house (check out the pictures!), so many beautiful bits adorning the place. And the cooking was so delicious (thanks for putting up with my plain requirements haha!).

I do love the leading edge conversation we had! We also started turning our attention to what we will work towards for our Heal Your Life Experience Meetup group. We made a wonderful start on our website (watch this space!), hearing about both their diverse and powerful life experiences was amazing- I really do believe in this group of teachers more than anything (again... watch this space!).

And I love the signs of alignment! Within like the first half hour of being with them, I got a flurry of wonderful emails. There's no such thing as coincidence- it is all divine timing. Even on the train home, we saw someone with a Patisserie Valerie cake box (check my blog from yesterday). You cannot make that shit up, what divine synchronicity! I just love it!!!

I then left them and went bowling with pretty much a group of strangers (adding more to my New Year's Resolution of trying new things!).

I did alright but probably was in the middling/bottom half of bowling scores for the first game-. I jokingly mused what it would be like to be the best (there were some amazing scores there!). And then in the middle of the second game I get THREE CONSECUTIVE STRIKES!!! I'm like WTF?!?! How cool! Never happened before and not sure if it would happen again. Apparently this is called a 'Turkey.'

So all in all, an absolutely amazing day. It really do feel good to be in alignment after being out of it, even for a little bit!

If you're going through contrast, it can feel like 'OMG, is this going to go on forever?!' I know it defo felt like that earlier in the week! But just trust, that by working in a better feeling direction that somehow, someway, things will change and you can get into alignment, just as powerful, if not more so. Just be easy about it and give yourself plenty of time. But know, that well being is who you really are! And your vibrational cork will raise to its naturally high vibration. Just allow it. And who knows- you could end up getting a delicious turkey!!!

Happy being wherever you are!!!

All my love and alignment, Nick Xxx

Oooh it's nice to be back!!! And New Year's Resolutions- what that?! Xxx

Ah, I must say it is soooo nice to be back in alignment. It takes me in total about 5-6 hours in train journey to run my Manchester group and I LOVE IT! It gives me time to catch up on sleep, movies, TV series and just to generally cut off for a little while. Had an amazing group as always and woke up flawless (had to throw in a wee bit o Beyoncé there lol!)

So, I'm currently in line to collect some currency for a friend on holiday. And some people just struck up a conversation about how the rates are better elsewhere etc Anyhoo, it was really nice just talking to strangers and connecting in that small way. I think that's the power of the groups, although I'm always a huge advocate of being able to do things on your own, be independent and all that, it can be really lovely to connect with other like minded people all working to the same goal (for the groups- feeling better, thinking positive. And for the line I'm currently in- getting a boom deal on their Euros and Leus!).

How are things with your New Year's Resolutions? 'What were they again?' You ask? Lol. It is never too late to set some intentions, goals and such which. Make it general, make it small, whatever works for you. I am still loving my 'try new/different things' resolution, I've kept it general so I'm free to explore it in different ways in whichever way I'm inspired to and that point in time. And make some delicious! I have resolved to try a different cake each month from my most fave Patisserie Valerie http://www.patisserie-valerie.co.uk. They are the best! So delicious. And I always get to share it with my loved ones as it's the big cakes I order (part of my other resolution is to share/give away more). So it's a win-win!

Tomorrow I am blessed to spend the day with two of my most beloved Heal Your Life teachers and bowling in evening!

Lots of love and happy cake eating!!!

All my love, Nick Xxx

Wowwww!!! What another amazing evening in Manchester. What a lovely group of people. It is always so thrilling to me to hear the wisdom of the 'oldbies' and the magic of the manifestations that the 'newbies' experience when they first learn about this work!

This shit really do work!!! And always nice to be reminded that it do!!!

Some of the key points we covered today:

- The power of 'Ahhhhh, Bisto...' (Ok, so maybe not Bisto!), but the power of just stepping back from it all and taking a breath. Just allowing your vibration to settle, to pull back and let go. Letting things come to you!

- Expectations- sometimes things work out exactly as you expect, sometimes, not at all. Just allow and trust that good is always ahead of you. Knowing things are always working out for you.

- Daily practise, it really can help keep you conscious and powerful. You may not always be in the highest flying place all the time but things can be in place for well being if you are practised into it.

- Knowing what you want. What do you do if you simple don't know what you want? There are many ways about it.

Keep it general, ultimately you want things to go well, you want to feel good and have fun. Hold this intention and allow inspired action to take you places. Since the New Year, I have tried so many sports simply to try new things, not to get fit, not to do sports for sports sake, but just to try it and have fun. And I am having a blast! I can't get enough!!!!

Start with what you don't want- try listing a lots of things which are not working and just focus on the opposite. E.g. I have no money, my boss is a tw*t! What you do want: abundance and a loving boss! Lol

If all else fails, just get out there and experience as much life as you can and sift and sort by what you enjoy and don't. It's all for the experience!

Love you all so much! Thank you infinitely for the magnificent co creation!

Happy learning!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Ok, so today started to get ahead of me like yesterday. I thought to myself, 'Uh oh!' We are NOT going to have a run of pooey day! So I really had to take it, as I call it, 'Down to 0', this is the space I reach for especially if I'm feeling ill.

When you're in a funk, it can be nigh impossible to reach for positivity and all that crap! So instead you reach for your tools of distraction.

I started to move through the tube station slower, in a more conscious way. I put on some relaxing music, Louise Hay, Abraham clips and breathed in a deeper manner.

After a little while I was able to reach for some powerful appreciation. I find that when I hit a low low point, when I push past it, I can hit a much higher point- much like a catapult that's been tightly wound up.

Now the day didn't go perfectly but it went pretty well. It really highlighted to me how useful it is to have as many resources, tools and techniques at my disposal. Almost like a room of armament, you're just whizzing through the processes and distraction techniques you've got locked away in your brain, in an attempt to find one that hits the spot.

And something, somehow will click. Even if it's just something as simple as taking a slow breath and laughing at a co workers joke, or smiling at a stranger. These small points of alignment can help raise your vibration if you let them.

And if it's all too much, just have a nap ;) (seriously though, even a short nap I find, can really help refresh oneself!).

So just breathe (do it now!) and pat yourself on the back (metaphorically or physically!) on how well you're doing. It's all going to be ok. And repeat after me 'Things are ALWAYS working out for me, no matter how it seems!'

Happy plethrorising your positive, vibrational armourment!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Corrrr! It's just been one of those days!!! What can ya do?!?! Xxx

So after a wonderful group last night, I woke up today and BOOM, I had so much to do, whizzing round and madness! Got to work and it was mad busy and dealing with some less than happy customers!!!

This came up last night. What do you do when you're having one of those days/extreme contrast?!

Well first of all thank youself for being aware of how you feel. Most of the world out there, ignores negative emotion, lets it run, then BOOM crazy manifestation occurs!!!

And then, this is when your distraction techniques come in. Listen to some uplifting music, read a book, take some deep breaths, watch a movie. Do whatever it takes to get you in a good place to at least break the spell! Because it's likely too hard to reach for appreciation when you're peed off!

Take a toilet break and just take a few mins to breathe. All is well. Take a short nap (if you can!) during your lunch break. Or if all else, just let the day ride out and as soon as you get home, treat yourself to a relaxing meal and some fun ents!

When you're used to feeling so good, so often, a bit of negative emotion goes a long way! Just know that in the bigger picture, you are adding more and more to your vibrational well being.

It can be easy to go into victim mode (I know I can!) when things are going wonky. Nowadays, instead of trying to track how I attracted it, I work to feel better as soon as I can. Although, if it is a reoccurring issue, then it might be worth digging around and seeing how you can lift your vibration (this is when the processes come in handy and when you're in a good place!).

Anyhoo, just breathe and relax and know that somehow, somewhere it's all tipping in your favour.

Happy contrasting!!!

All is so very well! There is infinite love here for you, Nick Xxx

Thank you freaking London!!! A super AMAZING group!!! Xxx

9/3/2015

Wow!!!! Thank you London!!! YOU IS FREAKING AWESOME!!!!!!!!

OMG what a ridiculously leading edge group of people we had tonight! Wow, soooo good! As always, I feel like flying!!!

Some key points:

- Make the processes your own- if you're used to writing lists of appreciation, then it can become quite rote-ish. Mix it up and make the processes your own. One great suggestion was to contextualise it. So, instead of just writing 'I appreciate: the sun, electricity, my relationship,' you can add a bit more detail- e.g.'I appreciate this wonderful electricity which heats my house, which keeps me warm in the winter, which provides me with hot delicious water to shower in.' The more feeling you can generate, the better it is for you!

- Sweet spot of creation. There is usually a 'sweet spot' (or at least there is for me), where stuff manifests. It's somewhere between limp desire (ie something which I haven't experience enough to know what I do want), and OMG I really have to have it now!!! It's that place of ease and knowing- so it doesn't matter if it happens or not, I trust that it's all good!

- Doing things for you, that you love. Do the things which make you happy, just because it makes you happy! What did you enjoy as a kid? What would you do for free, in your spare time and so on...

We did the Post It Process- select a few things (small or big) that you would like to happen, write it on a Post It note and let it go. You can put it in clear sight e.g. On your mirror, wardrobe, fridge or you can put it away- whatever feels good to you. And then see what happens in a few days/weeks/months! Keep it light and easy!

SWOT Analysis- this is business technique and is quite goal oriented. The idea is just to identify where you are in relation to your goal. By highlighting what's working for you and what you can improve upon.

You identify your: Strengths/Weaknesses/Opportunities/Threats.

Emphasising what is in your favour and working on things which aren't.

Appreciate your now! There is so much to appreciate in your life right NOW. As soon as you can make your peace with where you are, you'll get to where you want to be so much faster!

Thank you guys soooo much, what a most magnificent evening!

Love you all!!

Happy being you!!! All my love, Nick Xxx

As Steve Jobs quoted 'Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish.' (And humble!)

8/3/2015

Ok, so Steve didn't mention anything about being humble nor do I know his stance on humility. But still! Lol.

The title of this blog was him quoting from The Whole Earth Catalogue- the paper form of Google before Google! It was Jobs' closing words in his amazing Stanford Commencement Speech. Where he spoke about trusting your intuition, connecting the dots when looking back in your life and that change agent that is death.

Stay Hungry

Know that there will be always more to do and experience, be hungry to learn all that this world has to offer you. It is only when you look back that you realise that it all helped you become you. Nothing is ever wasted, there is always something to know and learn.

It was being back at volleyball today that I realised how true this was. When learning how best to physically connect with the volleyball, learning the movements was like dance which I did years ago. The importance of keeping light footed and staying on the balls of your feet can be found in hockey. Dealing with the speed of the volleyball coming over the net was aided by playing badminton- where you have to virtually act on instinct as the shuttlecock comes so fast at you that there is not much time to think!

So keep that hunger inside of you alive. Keep expanding (you cannot help but to!) and keep trying!

Stay Foolish (and humble)

You will not be in a place of completion forevermore. There is always something to learn and you cannot be expected to be perfect at everything all the time. Know that you'll be foolish and new to things and that's ok!

Support and be kind to each other. Try not to lose touch with what it's like to be a beginner. Today I felt infinitely better at volleyball and I was in danger of becoming that guy (you know, the annoying one who expects everyone to be great at it!). I had to reel myself in a wee bit lol

Do your best to offer some kind words. If someone's having a bad day, you could make the difference just by a smile and a supportive word of two.

So just have fun, we make too much of this. Life is for enjoying. Breathe and relax and know that you're doing best. And it's all alright!

Tons of love, Nick Xxx

P.S. Here is a link to my Resources page with Steve Jobs' speech

http://www.nickfon.com/youtube---speeches-and-interviews.html

P.P.S. The Apple Watch comes out very soon! After reading an interview with J. Ives- one of the key designers, you realise the amount of intention that goes into each product. Their goal is NOT to sell the most they can but to create the BEST product they can!!! Xxx

The mind-body connection!!! Doh!!! It's true!!! Xxx

7/3/2015

It's hard for me to think of anything that doesn't ring true about the mind-body-(and soul) connection. It is all a reflection of the other.

As Louise Hay jokes 'For people who don't believe in the mind-body connection. Have you ever had a sexual fantasy?!' Lol. It is all interconnected.

As apparently new research shows (see attached picture), having a good mental attitude is important in the recovery of a heart attack. I would go further as to say that the it is important in the recovery from any illness and just the general maintaining of good health!

Upon further scrutiny, they found those who were more positive developed lifestyle habits which were conducive to well being. They would eat better foods for them etc...

So like this Law Of Attraction work, start with the mind first, then allow the inspired, beneficial action to follow through.

The mind-body/thought-action continuum is constant. Each feeds into the other, so it is important to get your thoughts and feelings in the best space you can, allow the right action to flow through you and have the best time of your life!!!

Happy thinking and healthing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx

So tonight was a fun evening in Crawley! Part of my new/different things resolution (quite proud I'm managing to keep that going!). And 'twas vibrant and busy area on a Friday night. We went bowling, which is always fun. I haven't been bowling for years and years and whilst I wasn't brilliant, I was ok (I even got a strike)!!!

So, these skills stay with you. A muscle memory if you will. It doesn't matter if you've dabbled in this consciousness business and you're feeling a bit rusty, just dip in whenever, wherever you can! All it takes is a bit of a mental warm up and BAM, you're good to go.

As Abe say, you are not a storage device but a receiving and transmitting vibrational being. I do go for periods where I don't listen to clips or read books, or even if I go for a while without a group I can antsy for the group alignment! But just tap in and out as you need. It's always handy to have tools at the ready if you do need some alignment and there's nothing which beats daily practise, but hey we are human and the skills you learn will always be with you in some shape or form!

Happy practising! Lots of love, Nick Xxx

So tonight I popped over to Oxford to see comedienne Gina Yashere (I do love an adventure!). And what a riot! An amazing, almost 2.5 hours show, for less than £20- fantastic bang for the buck!

A lot of her stories were about her life and the contrast she experienced- everything from being stopped in every airport for a security search probably due to her being of a certain race, to pooing her pants as she had some dodgy Malaysian food!

Whilst in the midst of it, they were far from desirable life experiences. They did make for some wonderful comic material. For without this, what stories would there be left to tell? How everything went perfectly- boring!!! Especially for such an entertaining comedienne.

It is our desire that you can look upon the contrast you've experienced with some degree of humour.

This isn't easy to do, but when you've had enough time-space distance from the event, you can thank it for providing you with the material that constitutes your life!

As Christiane Northrup quoted 'Laughter lifts us up to God.'

Do your best to thank and all that you've been through as without it, you wouldn't be the greatness that you are. Anyone who's anyone has had their fair of trials and tribulations (Steve Jobs being fired from Apple, Branson, Sugar and tons of others not being very academically minded, Beyonces years of depression and so on...).

Bless it and move on and who knows it could be you on stage inspiring and entertaining others with your stories!

All is so very well. Lots of love, Nick Xxx
