We are so blessed to have all these resources at our fingertips- literally. Paper books, ebooks, YouTube videos, audio recordings.
It's funny how much difference I take in when I read a book vs watch a YouTube vs hearing the exact same book on audio. Your brain works in a billion ways and different people work best in various ways, so you don't have to be restricted to one method. See which works best for you. If I'm travelling or getting ready for bed I wouldn't be able to sit and read a book, but an audio is lovely to have in the background. At other times I might sit down to a video or read a chapter.
The key is to have as many tools at your disposal for those various times. When your shizzle hits the fan you can feel like you're scrambling, but when you've got your positivity in place, you can know where to go when you're feeling blue.
So mix it up, try as much as you can, work out what works for you and have fun!
All is well!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
