Happy New Year's Eve!!! All being well I should be DJing a few hundred people into 2020! Woohoo!!!!

Positivity, good vibes, positive focus begins right here, right now! There has never been a better time to create a good life mentally first, then in the physical. Decide on those goals, achievements, experiences and most importantly- emotions that you want to be a major component of your 2020!

What a lovely number- a new decade, a fresh start and perfectly in line with 20-20 vision. Start getting your mental vision up to speed and put your mindset where you want it to be!

Write lists, envision it, feel it, be it! What would you like for the next year, the next decade, the rest of your life? If you don't know specifics, then go general- how do you want to feel, what expansion would you like, how do you want your mind to be!

Now's a wonderful time to commit to consciousness- regular meditations, mindfulness, speaking of only of what you do want and little of what you don't want.

What a thrilling time to be alive! And surround yourself with good people- they are an invaluable resource to your being here. If you don't know anyone, then get out there and meet them, put yourself out there, if you get rejected then who cares- move on and fast!

What an exciting year and decade we have ahead of us. Never getting it done, or wrong but always learning and reaching for the fun newness that only life in this physical existence can bring you.

We are in the last hours of the year and it's time to take stock of all the wonderfulness that is you. If you do this often, or never at all, it doesn't matter. Now is a great time to start. Reflect on all the things you have achieved and experienced thus far- this year or your entire life.

We don't spend enough time marvelling at the greatness that is us. At the groups, I hear so many phenomenal stories of people overcoming life threatening things, horrible childhoods, breakdowns and all that!

So do it now!!! Put pen to paper or finger to electronic screen and list all the yayness that is you!

Looking at the various controversies, scandals and such which which are thrust into our faces via the endless barrage of internet info (Peloton anyone?! Ha!), they are big and annoying and can seem never ending, but eventually the world and those around you forget!

Time passes, people find new disreputes to focus on and the Earth continues to spin. If you can, let go of the past. It's done and dusted- it's over and finished. Let it go, especially if it's a painful, non good feeling one.

It's almost the end of the year, so turn your attention forwards and what you have in the now.

As the Xmas goodness fades away and real life starts to kick in again (unless you got loads of holidays!). Is it a yay or a nay? Settling into real life can be a bit of a downer, especially if you've had tons of wonderful Xmas fun!

But back to life it is. It's important to try to maintain a concerted effort to be excited about your daily mundane life, because it's what you do with the majority of your time that will determine what you attract into your life.

Start and end your day (and throughout) with a list of things you're appreciative of, that's a wonderful way to do it!

Boxing day was apparently labelled so as this was when servants were given the day off and allowed to go back to their family. Not necessarily quite the same meaning today as it did back then but we can keep the principles the same.

Instead of focusing on what we got and what we want, we can spread a bit of gift generosity with those who might not have as much as we do.

Vibrationally we must give from a place of abundance and not lack or guilt as the basis would be far too off. The action doesn't matter as much as the emotional basis does!

It's almost that magical time for millions around the world who celebrate Christmas. It's probably lost it's true significance somewhat as we more away from religion, but in any case it's time to tune into the spirit of giving and helping our loved ones and those less fortunate that us.

As we approach Xmas, for many of us, it's not always the easiest being stuck with family members! The inevitable grilling about your life and who things are going isn't always comfortable. Around this time it can be tempting to compare yourself to your siblings, or feel inferior but you mustn't!

You have to know your value and must approve of yourself, simply because you exist and are here! You don't need anyone else to approve of you or think you're good enough. You are good enough!

So be sure to remember that you're the most wonderful person because you are right here, right now. You don't need to earn or prove worthiness!

It's quite interesting watching all the famous DJs and there is a certain pressure to be an entertainer. Some have their Jesus pose on, others throw cake in the audiences faces (for reals!), others (to my surprise) are far more mellow!

Carl Cox, Steve Aoki, John Digweed- all have their very own distinct style. Steve Aoki, is very much out there- quite the showman and crowd pleaser. John Digweed is far more mellow- looking up rarely it would seem!

The same goes for life- you have to be you and not try to imitate someone else. You can get inspired from what other people are doing and then interpret it and incorporate it into self, but don't copy them just because! There is an element of inauthenticity about that and it won't resonate with people.

Just be you!

When people go for a night out you have no idea what's been going on in their day. They may have been through a tough time, a fun night, something going on in the news, but you just have to do your best as a DJ to help them forget all that and bring them all together and get them boogying!

Same in life- you have no idea what your friend or customer or workmate has gone through. Try to give them the benefit of the doubt if they being a bit rubbish. That doesn't mean to say that you become a doormat! It means that you try to keep your compassion on and not being negative mindlessly!

Be strong in who you are and be positive and loving because you never know!

The key to a good DJ set is to have the ebb and flow, peaks and troughs. You can't play the big tunes all set long because not everyone can dance to that highness. You need fast songs that everyone knows and then you need to pull back where people have a minute to breathe and grab a drink and go pee!

Same with life itself- you can't have good, good, good all the time. You need the unwanted stuff to show you what you want and give you clarity but also to provide the contrast. You can't know what's good if you don't know what's bad!

Ups and downs with the trajectory being overarchingly up- like a good stock company!

Most stuff is neutral- be it a thought, an action, a thing! But what makes it positive or negative is our attachment, our attitude towards it that makes it what it is, because it's our perception that affects our thoughts and feelings towards us.

So, it's all about how you view it. Are you giving the other person and more importantly yourself- the benefit of the doubt? Your goal is to try to be a bit more conscious of how you're feeling and the thoughts running through your mind.

That is self mastery! Knowing yourself is life itself!

I was listening to a well established DJ give tips for a long set and he was saying that everyone's hit the wrong button which killed the sound at some point. And it's just one of these things that happen!

Life is like that. Everyone's had those mortifying moments where they wish the ground would swallow them up and disappear forever. But you're only human and shizzle happens init! You just gotta dust yourself off and pray for the best next time. You must be kind to yourself!

No matter how rough or tough your life experience has been, it just means that when you clear it, things will be so much bigger and brighter.

All the celebs, business people, musicians and so on have had their fair share of rejection, failure, suicide attempts and all sorts. It's this hard life which has given them the push and escrow which is much bigger than they could realise.

It's just you have to keep working at it and being positive and knowing you will overcome. That's the goal!

I haven't checked it in a while, as my long term if 10-20+ years of holding my investment portfolio, but when I did at the time I think I was up in the 20-30+% range. Which is rather impressive even if I say so myself!

I'm not sure how this compares to your typical investor or professional fund manager but I think it's pretty good!

If so, then I'd put it down to good overall vibrations. I'm drawn to certain companies and whilst not all of them have done well- some have gone bust! The winners are currently drawing the average up!

My point is it's not some gamble, good theory, plus intuitive action seems to be working for me. Who knows- time will tell but just notice how you feel towards such things- it ideally will be a calm feeling of 'Ok, that sounds like a good idea' and go from there...

The whole world is being swept up in Frozen 2 and what a wonderful sequel it is! I was watching an old clip of Frozen and I think her dad is telling Elsa to not feel and deactivate everything so her powers won't get out of control.

But we know that's not how you go about it! You have to embrace your feelings and then use them to your advantage. It's important to realise that you can have control over what you're thinking and feeling and this is everything. You're not at the mercy of them.

By being able to redirect your thoughts and feelings to what is wanted, now you can feel better, harness your power of attraction and go from there.

I was watching an episode of 'Modern Love' on Prime and it was a nice wrapping up of the series and one of the guys was upset as his date hadn't showed up. He meets this girl who told him instead of being sad, to see the good in it and then go about the opposite.

So, for example, if someone takes your wallet, you go out and make a donation to a homeless person, someone cuts you off in traffic, you give someone else the right of way and so on. In other words, instead of being negative, go out of your way to be extra positive!

NAME OF PROCESS: Pivoting
 
WHAT: By knowing what you don’t want, you can work out what you do want. When you’re in a bit of a rut, feeling a bit negative or just listing in your mind how you don’t want things to turn out, you can flip it immediately and usually just state the opposite.
 
EXAMPLE: I don’t want to be late today – I would like to be early for work. I feel sick – I want to feel well. I feel nervous – I want to feel more confident. I am so stupid – I am actually very intelligent. I am poor – I want to be rich.
 
WHY: We can get so focused on the negative and give so much energy to what we don’t want, we end up putting all our focus there. Thus feeling bad and drawing more of that to you. Some say that they don’t know what they want in life, in this case it can be quite easy to work out- it’s the opposite of what you don’t want. As you start stating how you would like things to go, then you’re changing your energetic state.

I really wanted to imbue this wonderful work onto someone and whilst it might help for a little while. And that would be great, to help them find their own power. However, it would likely be fleeting because if there is no internal inspiration or motivation then it wouldn't stick. They would just go back to their old ways.

This alignment malarky isn't permanent, it's in the moment or not. And you have to be conscious otherwise you become a creator by default- when life's good, then great! But if it gets bumpy, then it gets tricky as you need the circumstances to change before you can feel good!

I'm so entrenched in LOA that it's hard for me to conceive of a life without knowing what I know- that how you feel is everything. That things are ultimately meant to be good, that I'm in charge of how I think and feel and therefore attract.

So it's always interesting to hear about people's lives and those who have no idea about this. It's hard not to push this on them, but odds are they wouldn't hear it. Instead, just offer a kind, encouraging word, that's probably the best thing you can do for them!

The UK's National Lottery is 25 years old and what a fascinating time it's been for those involved. One interesting factoid is that 82% of the big winners are as rich or richer than before they won. That is to say one fifth are worse off than before they won!

That's quite a surprising stat, but on the other hand it kinda makes sense, insofar as their consciousness isn't up to speed to maintain it. They probably didn't know how to manage it sensibly or with moderation and poof- it all went!

So you gotta get your consciousness up to the level of your desire, then when it happens, you'll be up to par and able to handle it!

I'm sure glad I taught myself to touch type as a kid- it's quite a useful skill, especially as most everything these days is done on a keyboard! I was just typing when all the words were scrambled- it was because my fingers started in the wrong place and it therefore had a knock on effect!

Life can be like that- when you're in alignment, everything comes into place and locks on easily. When you're out alignment- it has a ripple effect and it all comes out funky.

Get in sync with you and you and then it all follows easily. Try to sort yourself out first and then get out there and mix it up!
