Whilst it's easier to write and say- it's a good thing when contrast happens, it's just something mirroring to you what you might want to work on (as you always have a choice what to do whatever!).
So, it really isn't about the person, place or thing which you think it is. Whilst that person maybe in your face annoying you it is never about them, it's about your interpretation of the situation. The situation is activating some emotional response from you and so your goal is to feel better about it- somehow, someway.
And like I said, it's all optional. You don't have to work on it, but if the issue keeps coming up, then it might be worth addressing...
Give yourself some space from the situation if you can, use your skills to work out what needs to be worked on and set about it! And if you're lost, ask the Universe and/or your friends for help. There are so many people wanting to help you it's insane! You just have to be open!
