It was funny, the other day I was reading an online conversation between a teacher and student. The teacher was being a proponent of taking responsibility for one's life and that everything is healable, fixable and up for change. The student brought up the whole 'what about the destitute, mega ill, poverty stricken etc people?'

Being objective and outside of that conversation, I can see both perspectives- you are the creator of your own reality, everything is up for change. But, I can also see how people can see that it's not that 'easy.' Anyhoo, as I predicted when the teacher started responding, both sides started to really dig their heels in. One side insisting that life is good, another that it ain't all that great for some.

What it reiterated to me, is that you just have to let whoever believe whatever and only when they come to you with an open mind for change, that things can develop. Otherwise, both parties get stressed trying to defend their perspective and no one walks away a winner (been there and done that!).

That is allowing- letting everyone be who they are, regardless of what you want for them (as well being as you may think that is!). Chill out and trust, pay attention to the details and success of your life and then people will want to know your secret! And then you can share it.

Listen to the alarms- internal and external!!! They are good guidance... Usually!!! Xxx

I was at work the other day and someone or something (!) kept tripping off the building alarm. And man was it really really loud! We have to wait for the security people from an external company to come and switch it off, so it's about a 15-30 minute wait before it stops.

This had happened a few times throughout the evening and it caught my attention that when I was engrossed in what I was doing I didn't 'hear' the alarm, and at other times that was all I could focus on as it was so loud!

It got me thinking that it's similar with our internal alarms- stress, anger, depression, negative emotion or whatever it is that is trying to catch our attention to let us know something is out of alignment.

But sometimes we are so used to it, so numb, that we continue to ignore it, we just just let it ride and ride, until it has to get louder and louder and it really catches our attention with a crazy manifestation or illness. Now, nothing is so far out of whack that it cannot be brought back, so there's nothing to fear. But, we definitely want you to increase your sensitivity so it doesn't need to go crazy bad before you address it!

Catching it in the early stages of early negative emotion is what we want for you. That is the key, because your feelings are a manifestation! They are your sat nav.

So try just being more aware of how you feel in each moment- is it fun? Exhilarated? Or tense, stressed and uptight? Learn to check in regularly and then redirect to what feels best. That is the key!

Thank you all so much for an amazing evening, I just love it so much being surrounded by other positive, powerful, wise, kind, open, wisdomous, brilliant beings! As always I feel like flying so high! Love ya tons!!!

Some points:

- Patience, ease and flow! Let go and breathe, trust that everything is working out in perfect timing. That the Universe knows you and has got you covered! With that knowingness, you can feel that ease, flow, trust and well being. All is well!

- Everyday is a NEW day! You get to choose and flow and decide where it goes. No matter what has gone before you, let it all go and steady afresh! Your point of power is NOW!

- Love is the highest power! See love, hear love, speak love, feel love and it will bring you into alignment no end and then you'll only attract love!

- Be easy about it. Shizzle happens and it's ok, if your new or an 'expert', we all have our good and bad days. Dust yourself off knowing you're doing the best you can!

- Meditation and appreciation- two powerful keys! Relaxed breathing and seeing all you have around you that is good! So powerful and can change your life no end!

With the recent transitioning of my gran it made me reflect upon the nature of life and death. And how no one really knows how the whole afterlife thing works. Yes there are mediums and spirit workers with messages, but you've also got the religions and other such people who also claim to know (with wildly differing accounts!).

I defo choose to believe that when we leave this body it is pure love and light that awaits us and we'll realise the big fuss we made over nothing.

But again, who really knows?! Ultimately, much like your beliefs and living of life, you just have to proceed on what you think is best and hope that it'll all work out fine in the end.

As Steve Jobs said- your life is too short to be living someone else's dream, find out what makes you buzz and seek to do more of it. That doesn't necessarily mean jacking in all you have and running after your wildest dreams, but it definitely means trying to incorporate more positivity, fun and joy whilst you can.

This physical experience is here to be enjoyed! Things are meant to go your way, you are loved, you are blessed and infinite. Just put your best foot forward and trust in all you are!

My nephew's favourite show... The washing machine!!! Beautiful childlike innocence!!! Xxx

It is an incredible blessing and joy to see my almost 2 year old nephew grow up. His learning is exponential and his intrigue with all that is around him is so wonderful!

Lately, one of his favourite shows is the washing machine! When we do our laundry and it starts spinning and cleaning our clothes, he just loves to crouch in front of it and watch the cycle! So much so, he loves to grab one of our hands and pull us over to watch it with him! How adorable!

And magical! As adults we lose that ability to appreciate and see all the things around us as truly great. Children love to explore their world, falling over and hurting themselves in the process but unrelentingly carrying on! There is a pure, fun gratitude for all things in their world and a fascination with all it holds!

So take a look around you and appreciate all the fantastic tools around you which were once, just the 'mad' imagination of the genius inventors who did not let the 'what is' stop them!

I was at work the other day and there seems to have been a little buggy going round, a flu type thing. A workmate was speaking to another workmate about how they had just gotten over it. Then they spent the next while sharing illness stories about themselves, friends, family and so off.

It was innocent enough but I had to catch myself as I was going to join in and share my stories of woe and ill. And so it just spiralled into quite a long chat about sickness (and not the good kind!).

It's really easy to get caught up in what everyone around you is talking about, but just be mindful of if its good feeling or not. Louise Hay asks 'Do I want this thought to create my life?'

A key component of all of this is to be aware, first and foremost! Without this vital ingredient you're shooting blindly. Know where you are and try to feel better is really the key.

Be alert to what you're thinking and saying. When others around you start to dip into negativity just mentally withdraw, or think to yourself 'That may be true for you but that sure is not true for me!'

We want you to be creators by deliberateness not by defaultedness!

I just love, love my music! I find film scores to be some of the best emotive music and most of the mediation and background music I use in the groups is from the talkies!

Hans Zimmer stands head and shoulders for me as the best (odds are you've heard his music as he's done everything from The Lion King, a huge chuck of Christopher Nolan's projects, to Pirates Of The Caribbean, to the Da Vinci Code and tons in between).

Anyhoo, he is doing his first live tour complete with a 70 odd piece orchestra! And it was absolutely stunning- the skill, talent and alignment of this was off the hook! Truly brilliant!

I recorded a few clips as I thought it'd be nice to upload it to my YouTube channel (abenicks). And the response has been so lovely, people are sharing their experiences, asking about the tunes, seats and expressing their deep appreciation for it all! How wonderful!

It's just nice to share with others who have the same interests, be it music, art, film, food, spirituality etc. You can learn and inspire and that co creation takes us all to new levels.

That's also the power of the groups and why I love it so! Coming together to be with in a safe, fun, positive environment with other great people- that is truly brilliant and always makes me feel like flying!

So try it! Seek out others who you like the company of and are like minded, it's not necessary but it sure can be fun!

I was listening to a wonderful music mix with Alan Watts and he was waxing lyrical about how good being able to discern between things was. How would we know soft without hard? How would we be able to see and differentiate between objects if they didn't have different colours and shades?

Similarly, how would we know what good feels like without feeling bad? And that's life! Yes, it would be a much easier existence if there was nothing to pee you off, but then you wouldn't be adding to your vibrational reality, and more importantly, you wouldn't be able to feel ease and flow without the negative emotion.

Your emotions are your guidance system in life, they are your internal GPS. Tune into your inner messages and see what comes up. The reason you feel negativity is because something inside you is saying that you are focusing upon something in a way that your higher self isn't.

So instead of shutting your internal self down. Listen (Barnaby... Lol), listen to what's going on within you. It will serve you tremendously manifestationally, but also, on a basic physiological level. You'll catch stress earlier and now you know what you know, you can work to feel ease. That's the goal, to feel a little bit better!

I really think it's so important to fill your time with as much positivity as possible. However you do it is completely up to you. There are endless books, audiobooks, YouTube clips, seminars, Facebook groups and all sorts. You got no excuses if you wish to improve your mindset!

I've been looking at The Abundance Programme by John Randolph, and as part of his 40 Day Abundance Programme, he gives you a thought to meditate upon. I've just started it but found it to be quite fascinating. I've been pondering the thought a lot throughout the whole day and it's a good activation.

The one I'm focusing on is that the Universe is pure abundance and since we are extensions of Source, we will therefore be abundant! A very comforting, reassuring and affirming thought for sure!

So try it and see! Pick one thought, musing or thingy you'd like to explore and keep it in the back of your mind. Let you vibration rise to it, feel it, emote it and let it filter through all your consciousnesses!

We were on a train with my adorable 1.5 year old nephew and a young girl just came up to us and started talking to us and interacting with him.

It was so adorable and wonderful watching the purity of this! There was no barrier of gender, colour, race, religion, no body hang ups or 'will they like me?' worries. How refreshing!

It made me wonder where it all starts to go funky! Children really are connected to Source- they are loving and fun and know that their needs come first and foremost (and we know for sure if they aren't being met!).

As we grow older and get used to be told by others in the world what to do and how to act, we lose the connection with who we are and we can get used to seeking the approval of others.

It was a lovely reminder that we need to connect to ourselves. Be more childlike in our beingness, expect our needs to be met, to release any barriers which we hold towards others and just focus on that connection.

If you feel your world is safe and you can trust, then you will align with things which match that. Trust, relax, allow and focus on the world you want to create. It really is that 'simple.'

I was listening to Louise Hay speaking and I heard a sentence which caught my attention. I had heard it before but for some reason it really resonated.

She said 'Self hatred is only hating a thought you think about yourself.' Wow! What an interesting concept and really quite true when you break it down.

Self dislike is only being faced with a bogus belief about some aspect of you that you don't like. And all a belief is, is a thought you keep thinking. And a thought can be changed!

Whilst self dislike does feel huge, it is just viewing yourself in a negative way. And the reason it feels so bad is that it is completely contrary to who you really are- your inner being, knows how loved and perfect you are, so when you're focused other than that, you fee bad. That's your guidance kicking in!

Try if possible just to find the little things in you, or anything that you appreciate. As you practise this, it'll get easier and your vibration will rise. Just be easy about it!!!

Richard Branson found a huge amount of treasure!!! The rich get richer... Xxx

I saw that Richard Branson posted about a video which was taken by someone else of him finding treasure. I'm not sure the details of the story or even if it was true, but to some degree it didn't surprise me. It was apparently the hugest amount found in the Caribbean or something?

Anyhoo, it really struck me that the rich get richer. He either had huge resources which enabled him to seek out the treasure and/or his consciousness got him there!

In any case, it demonstrates the Law Of Attraction to a tee. He expects huge abundance, he's used to dealing with it, so it's no surprise when he gets more! Like attracts like, your beliefs and expectations set you up for your life!

You want to raise your vibration with regards to money and release any beliefs which do not serve you. It is just energy after all and it will flow where it is being pulled.

If everyone in the world were to be given the exact same amount of money, odds are those who are rich will become richer and those who are not, not so much. Likewise, when a multi million dollar business man goes bankrupt (most of them have on their way to success), they are able to climb back to the top.

It's developing that ability to work with the energy and consciousness of whatever you want more of- be it joy, love or money. Speak and think as you want it to be. And when you've shifted your vibration, you will begin to see the manifestational results- it is law!

I was listening to Tony Robbins recommendations for how to start the day and also about how he came about to realise the power of it all.

He recounts the somewhat contrasty time he had with his mother whilst growing up. He was waiting for his bus which took him about 12 miles home after work, when a stranger stopped by and told him the buses weren't working!

He had no other choice but to walk all the way home, Something inside him snapped- before he knew it, he was jogging and running back- something he'd never usually do.

He went into the 'zone' and that helped him develop what he does today. Tony loves to get himself into a power state- he encourages you to start the day with movement, to repeat incantations (or affirmations) and generally get into a good mindset.

Odds are he'd never find that strength had he not been pushed to go beyond what he thought he could. It's that internal snap- that strong contrast, which catapults us onto greater things!

We don't need it, but it definitely contributes to stronger wellbeing. I know that for myself in the past, when I've snapped, it's given me that internal oomph and determination.

There is something to be said to having a daily routine of positivity, it really helps keep you conscious and on the path.

Keep focused on your long term wellbeing!!! Don't panic sell- your life (or investments)!!! Xxx

I was watching an online investment show from January (it's interesting to see it a few months down the line and how things have unfolded).

There was a whole load of panic back then and shares were falling dramatically. The experts panel were discussing if this was grounds for selling and if the panic was justified. One the guys was saying that that was probably an unwise move (and has since been proven right as the markets are currently quite high at the moment).

He went onto highlight that it's best to keep your shares for the long term- 5/10/20+ years. If you keep jumping in and out then you could miss the big days of recovery- which mathematically adds significantly to your overall gains. When there's a big dip, there's a big recovery!

Same with your vibrational escrow- the worse it's been, the better it is on the other side.

I think that's what keeping the faith truly is. When your 'market' (be it the job, partner or whatever it is you want) seems to be crashing, it can be tempting to abandon it and 'panic sell.' And sometimes it can be the right thing to do, but if you hold onto your dream and keep working towards it, it can yield great dividends (see what I did there? Lol).

So trust in the long term, who you are and the positivity that you're working towards and let the results go.

Playing in the orchestra involves practise and pre paving!!! Ya can't just show up!!! Xxx

I am loving, loving Hans Zimmer's music, thanks to YouTube there are videos of a few orchestras performing his stuff and it is stunning. The musical geniusness is redonkulous! Watching the orchestra play as one is mind blowing.

I was speaking to a friend of mine who's into music and asking him how it all works. He explains that at that level, they all would've practised to get their part right in their own time and then when they get together, it's all fine tuning (literally! Ha).

Even at that level of professionalism (or even, because!), they have to pre pave, practise and get themselves prepared well in advance. It's not just a case of showing up on the night of the performance and sight reading.

Life is the same, when we're in the middle of a situation (especially a negative one), it's nigh impossible to try and rectify it in then and there as the momentum is too much. Instead better to go away, get some distance and allow things to settle.

Even A-listers make mistakes (have you ever seen some of them on the Oscars?!), no one is perfect! Just do your best where you stand and practise in your own time.

This whole positive malarkey can be a bit of a slog! Depending on your propensity. For a lot of us it seems to be a constant work in progress. And that is what life is about- if you were perfect and happy all the time, there'd be no expansion which would lead to endedness!

We are so blessed in this day and age to have a plethora of resources to help us lift our consciousness. If you're feeling a bit isolated or questioning there's a Facebook group, for instant audiobooks there's iTunes or YouTube, you don't even have to wait for a book delivery- in seconds you can download a Kindle!

So make the most of it! There really are no excuses. I have downloaded a load of Tony Robbins, Napoleon Hill, Rhonda Byrne stuff to play in the background, when I wake up, getting ready or if I have some downtime. I am literally submerging myself in good stuff. And it makes for a much more stable emotional experience!

I am just loving all these recommendations I receive from my group members- so much to learn and live. So many perspective on wellbeing! I just love it!

But it takes work, take some time for positivity and it must pay off! It just for a more pleasant life!

So have some things in place for a good life, invest that time and energy into it! It's so good!

Two things you must must do!!! Breathe deep and drink water!!! Xxx

Abraham isn't a huge proponent of telling people what to do, but of the few things that they do, breathing deep and drinking more water comes top of their lists!

Being conscious about your breath is so vital to well being. That's what meditation is great for, slowing down the mind and the body and allowing your vibration to rise.

Without breath, you cease to exist! So do it now, take a few slow, deep breaths. It'll do wonders for your mental, physical and spiritual well being.

I know that when I'm (regularly) on whizz mode, my breath is short and my body is tense, I have to consciously catch myself and try to slow down. Usually with some relaxing music or audios.

Due to sugar content, allergies and what not, I only drink water nowadays and it is cleansing (if I'm going to 'suffer' it'll be for something like cake! Haha!). It flushed out any toxins from the body and is just plain good for ya!

It's really important to keep a balance on physical and mental well being. I remember Abe telling the audience that Jerry was outside his van, stretching and moving- for no reason other than it felt good! Imagine?! Lol.

So take care of who you are, you're very important!

Tony Robbins was speaking about installing new rituals into your life, making sure you're moving and positive emoting first thing in the morning, speaking with more wellbeing oomph and all that good stuff.

He raised the good point that your rituals- those things you do regularly- are giving you the results you see in front of you! Which kinda makes good sense- the food you eat, the thoughts you think, the emotions you feel, all are contributing to what you are living and what you're receiving back- which is the essence of Law Of Attraction!

I'm a huge proponent of doing the daily processes. Now it doesn't have to be the big thing that you may associate with changing your life, it's the smallest good things you can do, which puts you on the path to huge positive change.

He loves his 'incantations' which are basically affirmations. Say them with as much energy behind them as possible! It feels a wee bit silly but can really help in changing your state.

Decide to do it now! Whatever it takes to put you on the path to wellbeing and goodness. A few mins of appreciation, meditation and other goods things will surely lift you to new levels!

Thank you all so much for the most fantastic night as always Liverpool! To be in a room crammed full of leading edge peoples wanting to take life to the next level- nothing else beats it! I just love it so much!!!

Some wonderful points from tonight:

- Daily practise do help! Taking time to do something positive daily, is really good for the soul!! Meditate, gratitude, breathe, positive think, whatever it takes to get you into a fab space!

- At a quantum level, when you focus on an atom (or such which!) it behaves in a certain way. Without that attention, it goes in any direction. What you think about and perceive will become true for you. You are the thinker of your thoughts, you are the perceiver of your reality.

- Feeling better and a bit of relief is the key. You don't need to be happy off the wall 24/7- someone would slap you! The key to this, is to breathe, reach for that better feeling!

- No thought is better than blah thought! When you're negative, it can be hard to reach for good thought, so instead of trying to force it, reach for '0' and allow yourself to stabilise within that.

- Be authentic! Being who you are where you are, will get you to ease and flow infinitely faster than trying to put a smiley face on an empty petrol tank! Feel how you're feeling and set the intention to feel better!

Thank you guys sooooo much! I freaking love you all tons and tons and tons!!!

Be it goals, intentions, focuses or whatever you choose to call that which calls you forth in life, it's important to note that it is an eternal process. There will always be and always should be, something to call you forth (if the time ever comes when it's not so much, then you'd probably rejoin non physical!).

Tony Robbins was speaking about how important it was to do this regularly. It keeps your head in the game and stops life from being mundane!

He recounts the tale of someone he knows who sold his business for almost a billion dollars! And he was happy, (as most of us would be!), but for only about 3 months. Because there's only so many cocktails you can drink and only so much time you can spend on the beach before you start to get bored and itchy for a new project.

And such is life. You came here for the expansion, to live a life beyond, to experience all that you could create. You'll reach what you think you want, only to realise you want more or something different! And you have to be ok with that place of eternal calling forth and not get too dissatisfied with where you stand.

Happy with what you have and eager for more is really the most ideal place to be in life. That is the sweet spot of living. You never get it done and you'll never get it wrong.

Stacey Dooley has made a mini BBC series on sexuality in 'strange places'- the countries in which the subject might be a little more out there than others.

One of the countries she covers is Russia- a real mish mash of cultures and beliefs- the old schoolness of the Russian Orthodox Church with the modern wilder influence of the western world.

She got to speak to a number of workers in the adult industry, some obviously had quite harrowing experiences and others who were doing incredibly well for themselves.

Stacey was interviewing a girl who was entering the industry for the first time and she told Stacey 'I think the most important thing is how you see yourself. Because there are countless opinions out there, it's best to stick to your own truth no matter what others think.'

Such wise words from someone so young and green! Whether she really believed them or not remains to be seen but there is no doubt the weightyness of the wisdom shared there.

And that is usually the case for those who have been pushed by life to expand beyond the scope of most of us. They have to have that strong sense of self because they've had to face such adversity, it's sink or swim!

Develop a strong sense of mind and self because it will serve you so well. Do your best to focus on good feeling things and know your goodness, no matter what anyone else out there may say!

I have been listening to Napoleon Hill's lectures on YouTube- first of all, what a blessing to have all these resources and for free!

He was so leading edge in his teachings. He spoke about thought vibration, developing a positive mental attitude, giving more of yourself in all you do, the Mastermind, Universal energy and all that good woowoo stuff.

What blows me away is that he was born in the late 1800s! And we think we are just discovering spirituality nowadays! In some shape and form this has always been around. It seems that man has always searched beyond himself for an added dimension to existence- whether it was the stars or Gods and deities of ancient times.

Anyhoo, it's amazing, there have always been people on the leading edge, you are not alone, you just need to search for those who are along the same path. Tony Robbins decided when he was younger that he should read as many books as possible. He figured out that each positive book can have 10 years of experience condensed into it- so he could shave so much time fumbling in life by learning from them.

The world is diverse as it is aged, so seek out that which you want to see and experience in this life.

Wow!!! As always, another freaking amazing evening! I just love being in a room filled with powerful, wise, greatness people all working to feel more positive and in control of their experience of life. All is so very well! Love it so much! Everyone is just so kind and wise and fantastic!!!

A smattering of points covered:

- Procrastination can be your friend. Use it as guidance to let you know that you're energy isn't as lined up as it could be. You know your in line with your passion when wild horses couldn't keep you from doing what you want!

- It's all about your perspective. One person could love what they're seeing, another could be looking at the same thing and think it's utter poop. What you want to do is line up with a good perception, see the best in all you have around you.

- Which leads to a good old book of appreciation. Something you can do every morning and/or evening! Just write a load of things you appreciate about your life. From the hot water from your tap to the clothes on your back. So much everywhere to appreciate!

- Life is all about closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be. It's about being in the flow. Having things which call you forth. Most people reach for something to elicit the emotion. But you want to generate the emotion first and then go out into the world!

All is well!!!

How interesting... So I do love my gluten and dairy free chocolate, well any treats really! And there are so many fancy brands at Whole Foods and Planet Organic that one is spoilt for choice. For a while I had seen a brand called 'Doisy and Dam' and whilst it looks nice, didn't draw me majorly and I think it's about £3-4+ a bar!

Anyhoo, for the past little while I just had Doisy and Dam running repeatedly through my head, in a Brooklyn accent no less (Doy-see and Daym!). I do get that from time to time when a word or phrase keeps repeating and repeating in my mind, sometimes to some avail and other times to not!

So I'm at Whole Foods Piccadilly and pick up a bar of other choc on sale £1.79, but I see Doisy slightly reduced and have a look at the ingredient list- and it looks quite fancy. So I ditch the cheap one and get the expensive Doisy one!

I get to the counter and I go to one till but the lady kinda shoos me away, not seemingly fussed about serving me. So I go to another, she kinda faffs about, not particularly bothered. The Doisy doesn't scan properly, she calls her manager over, I figure they can tap the barcode in or just get another one from the shelf.

The manager says 'This is your lucky day, it doesn't scan, so it's free.' In jest, I reply 'It's a win-win' as I didn't think she was serious. But the check out lady hands the bar over to me and I end up getting it for free!

How cool is that?! I know from my groups that people can get free stuff all the time, but that doesn't seem to be my stronger way of allowing abundance. Never happened before but I love it! Thank you Universe! More please!!!

Next to no resistance, following the voices in your head and allowing it to unfold! And who doesn't love free chocolate?!

Just like that financial investment disclaimer- 'Past performance doesn't equal future returns.' The same can be said of your limitations!

Abe was having a conversation with someone who wanted something in their life who didn't have it. And Abe reflected to them 'So... You're saying because you haven't had it and you don't have it, means you never will?!'

We can get settled into various grooves that we carve out for ourself. A ceiling on the amount of money, love or any resource that we have due to our life experience. Which is fair enough as that is what we've lived. However, this does not need to be what we recreate in our future if we do not want it to be!

In other words, everything is up for grabs. Yes, it may be difficult to expect, believe and think beyond where you're used to. But that is the work!

Start to write down, visualise, expect and know that you're capable of creating exactly what you want. Your goal is to start to train your consciousness to get used to whatever it is you wish to create.

Work within whatever mental framework you can. If the leap is too big and it feels too far and distant, then it'll probably stay that way, but maybe a slight increase from where you currently stand is more workable, then when you're used to that, you can add a bit more, and so on. Until you look back and realise how far you've come.

Your future is not set in stone, so werk it!
