She spoke about how she would feel for a brownie and instead of resisting that, she ate the brownie but found she was satiated by eating only a teeny bit.
What we resists persists! Be gentle with yourself and what you're trying to achieve. Slowly but surely, little by little you can do it.
The more you tell yourself no and deny yourself, the more controverted you are, the more crazy your energy and alignment is. And it's just much more difficult to be in that space and hit your goal. It's easier and more fun to be in alignment, to be focused and sure of where you're going!
