My Law Of Attraction Blog

An ode to cruising!!! And 'Cruise Alignment'- why doesn't everyone get it? For real though?!?! Xxx

Let me preface this blog by saying I really should be a cruise sales person lol. I just love em! Anyone who knows me, knows I do love a good cruise! It ties in nicely with the whole subject of well being for sho!!!

The image of cruising is on the change but it does tend to traditionally conjure up ships full of retirees not doing much... And whilst this may be true and whilst there is definitely not anything wrong with said image, it is so much more than that (cue: mini rampage... Lol).

My first cruise was with Abraham. I had just been into Abe for a few months and I was so eager to see them live. But it wasn't worth it going all the way to the USA just for a day or two at most of lectures. So for some crazy reason I went on my own, looking back I'm like- 'how bloody brave was that!. I was fairly young- mid 20s and didn't know anyone, not one soul! I don't think I was on Facebook and/or it wasn't that big at the time, so I wasn't able to connect with anyone in advance (whereas nowadays it is so incredibly easy to make online friends with plans to meet in person once onboard).

It was the Mexican Riviera cruise and I have to say it wasn't the most comfortable experience, like I said, I didn't know anyone and little young, introverted me definitely wasn't gregarious enough to go chatting to a bunch of strangers, so I spent most of the time on my own (which is something I prefer to do anyway, but it's still nice to at least have the option to connect with people!!!). I didn't make it to the hot seat and whilst it was awe inspiring to be there, I don't think I was able to take in much of the material (although looking back on it now, the material from that cruise is still one of my faves!). So all in all, it was an ok but definitely not a wow wow experience!

I think however, it was the weeks and months that followed that I really saw changes happen in my life. I was definitely expecting some sort of miracle vibrational shift whilst on the cruise but didn't see it then and there. It was a gradual filtering through. I think I began to appreciate the well being flowing through as time went on and at the end of that year I saw Abe for the second time in Phoenix and made it to the hot seat!

I asked them what could take me to the next level, as life was pretty good. They gave me the biggest compliment EVER when they said that they knew I knew Law Of Attraction- that there was 'nothing in my vibration which led them to believe that I didn't understand all of this.' WOW, how cool! Anyhoo, they basically told me to get over myself, stop trying to control the uncontrollable and go to sleep and wake up in the Vortex.

Somewhere down that line, I decided to go on the next Mexico cruise (I was used to flying to the States by that point in my life and Mexico was relatively cheap as cruises go). I made it to the hot seat again and chatted about bits and pieces.

So by this point I begin to realise that spending an extended time in a well being state, for me at least, really has a powerful after effect on my vibration and what manifests. By which point I'm with more friends and enjoying things much more on the cruise.

Fast forward a little bit and I am really being conscious and using my time to relax and allow my vibration to rise on these things! At that point I'm thinking that it's because it's an Abe cruise that the well being flows to me so much more.

For some reason, I start taking regular cruises sans Abe. And the good stuff and well being still continues to flow even without the Abers. I went with my friend on a mini cruise, they weren't particularly into this work, but I vividly remember saying to them something along the lines of- I'd be very interested to see what unfolds as a result of this trip. And the stuff that happened blew our minds, a job promotion, new laptop, phone and all sorts of good shizzle occurred. As Abe says- a little release of resistance goes a long way in someone who has been quite resistant! It certainly highlighted to me the power of allowing, getting off a subject and letting your vibe naturally rise!

Now I am DEFINITELY NOT saying that you should run out and all take a cruise (although I personally cannot recommend them enough lol), nor am I saying that if you were to take such a vacation that magically a load of good stuff would manifest. What I am saying is that you would be wise to take some time to get in a space and time whereby your vibration can rise completely- with minimal worry and stress- that feeling of completely peace within your gut, your emotional centre.

I believe the reason why cruises are so good is because it fully allows your vibration to rise. For me at least, it has all the elements of well being. Internet is expensive and really slow and as you're either at sea and/or abroad it isn't always possible to use your phone, so I use that time to completely switch off from the world, so there's no way I can fuss over what needs to be done. Your food (which is really an important, integral part of my beingness- moreso than for most people) is completely taken care of (and usually extremely delicious!). Your room is tidied twice a day! I'm like WTF, how dirty/clean can the room get?! There are endless ways to be entertained- the shows, casinos, shops, buffet, room service (did Ia mention the food?! As one Mexican tour guide I had, put sagely 'I hear you're fed 25 hours a day!). Anyhoo, you basically don't have to worry about a thing, especially the constant daily worries that you would normally have- what do I eat, I gotta clean now, I've got to do this, this and this. An employee wrote 'it really allows you to live in the moment!'

Your vibration can raise so high and so purely that you release a ton of resistance!!! Thus, allowing your vibration to rise and your good stuff to come in! On a side note, as it has such a clearing effect, someone can experience huge contrast upon returning, this is what Abe calls 'All hell breaking loose' or what I've found to be the Herxheimer Effect- the clearing and expulsion of crap from a purified system. It just depends where you are in relation to it all.

So, it begs the question which I posed as my blog title- 'Why doesn't everyone experience (what I call) 'cruise alignment'?' And to some degree it really does baffle me somewhat!!! However, I have come to the conclusion that it is because people complain and fuss and worry on their holidays like they do in normal life! Just take a gander at 'Cruise Critic' a forum for holidaymakers and the like. It is filled with all sorts of criticism! People will still moan and gripe, thus blocking their vibration!!! In everyday life I try not to complain but hey I'm only human, so I still can do- a lot! But I really am conscious in activating as little negativity whilst I'm on holiday, the crew work sooo incredible hard, most people don't realise how hard these people work to ensure you're having a magnificent break and especially as British culture is not tip friendly, it can dip into lack consciousness with regards to financially rewarding the staff (although this should be done by inspiration not motivation- you should want to tip them, not feel like you have to!).

So like life- it can be the Heaven or Hell you make it to be. You can always find things to fuss and complain about, but you can also find things to appreciate and be in awe of. And don't look for situations to be perfect and use conditions to feel good, instead, try to feel good from the inside then look out into the world (though it does help if you're on a stunning ship!).

So, whether it's a cruise, a mini city break or just an afternoon to yourself. Just take some time out with no distractions and allow you vibration to rise. You'll be amazed at the results!!!

Happy cruising!!!

All my love, Nick Xxx

I was on my way work today, popping into the local Sainsburys and I was queueing up for the till. I entered my card to the chip and PIN when a stranger just walked by and said 'Mate, you dropped your ticket.' I looked down and saw that I had indeed dropped a ticket on the floor (really must stop trying to juggle my phone, travel card, credit cards etc! Lol).

Thankfully it actually wasn't a train ticket, it was a receipt from my tickets which I had just printed out from the card collection machine. (On a side note, I am just being aware of how convenient and efficient all these wonderful machines make things- flashback to having to queue for HOURS if I wanted to renew my travelcard, what was Oyster?!). I have previously blogged at how when I have lost or dropped things, I have always had them returned to me, so I am therefore glad for my overarching dominant vibration of well being in that department!

Anyhoo, moving on. Literally seconds later, a customer was walking out of Sainsburys and she dropped one of her personal effects. A shop assistant called after her immediately saying 'You dropped something!'

Cut to a few minutes later, I was in the queue to get the bus, and someone kindly nodded to a stranger indicating they could go in front of them.

I was mightily impressed with all these wonderful acts of kindness all within the space of a few minutes! It would be easy for any of those helpers to just have walked by and not paid any attention. But they decided to assist their fellow man!

It highlighted to me that there is so much good in the world out there. But as with all things it's where your perception is (incidentally my workmate texted me a few minutes later to say that he was dashing into work but all these people were getting in his way!).

I've heard it commented that London isn't that friendly a city, and whilst it isn't quite as warm as the more provincial French cities (I remember being in Montpellier or thereabouts and the bus driver just chatted away to the passengers!). But I love London and with all things- you can be focused on what's right or what's wrong with a situation.

Set your vibrational tone and let Law Of Attraction bring things to you which are a match to your well being.

I was just watching Abraham during my lunch break and they were helping a daughter with dealing with her mother. Obviously the daughter had so much negative expectation towards her mother that that was all she could offer. Now we're not saying the mum wasn't difficult, it's just that when your expectation of someone or something is so locked into one way, it is nigh impossible for the Universe to bring you anything different!

So that's the goal, you are constantly surrounded by wonderful people, things and stuff. Just shift your focus towards it and it will make itself known to you,, it just takes a bit of conscious focus!

Happy good-ing around you!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Milking Titanic and Mummy knows best... Do she??? Xxx

28/4/2015

So, this morning I was definitely milking the good vibes from Titanic. It was definitely one of the best experiences of that kind that I have experienced. The orchestra and singers were just so perfectly timed! How they did it was beyond me. And I got to see the legendary Jim Cameron and James Horner- incredible!!!

As Abraham say, when you've got a good thing going on, milk it for all its worth! Relive those good feelings, allow that excitement and well being to flow through your being. As I was reminded by one of my group members. You could have 9 things in your life which aren't working and only 1 thing which is. If you could focus purely on that 1 good thing, then the others would be able to fix themselves! How amazing!

Funny, today I had to make a quick dash to see my parents as I was called into work early. My mum said 'Slow down, it's not good for your health!' If she had said that to me about 10 years ago, I would've just brushed it off in a huff of annoyance, but I was thinking 'Er, yeah she's kinda right!' Lol. I have to say, that since I've got older and wiser and our relationship has improved, I'm able to listen to my parent's advice with a bit more openness! And as much as it pains me to admit it- parents sometimes are correct! Lol.

Now I haven't usually ever (!) seen eye to eye with my parents about pretty much anything, which blanketed me off from pretty much everything they ever told me to do! But now, I am more chilled out towards them, and view their advice from a more objective and even humorous view.

And also, given the perspective of being a parent from my sister's child (the value of contrast- it can be a good thing!), I don't even know how well I would deal with a child who completely disagreed with any advice I had to say (cos I'm always right- haha!). I would like to think, I'd be more of the 'Trust yourself, you know what's best for you,' but who knows until it actually happens!

So, I guess my point is: listen to the message and not necessarily the messenger... Insofar as, see if the message resonates with you (regardless of who's telling it to you- if you like them or not) and if it does then run with it. If it feels off, then don't follow it. You want to be guiding your life based on what calls you forward and what your gut, your inner being says to you.

So are mummies and daddies always right?! Most definitely not- especially as I know some of you had a horrid childhood and were given beliefs which made you feel bad- 'You're not good enough, you'll never amount to anything, you must work hard, money is bad etc...'

But they may not be as wrong as this one would like to admit! Haha

Happy advice-ing!!!

Near... Far... I believe that-ch the heart does go on... And some international sauciness- OMG!!! Xxx

I am currently at the ultimate of all ultimate, what I call, 'Movie Meditations.' At the Royal Albert Hall for the screening of 'Titanic Live'- they play the movie whilst a live orchestra plays along with the soundtrack. I'm expecting it to be amazing- to completely absorb myself in the film with the most amazing orchestra. The legendary James Horner was meant to be conducting but he done his shoulder in and so will be doing a Q&A beforehand- it will be interesting to get some insight into the huge consciousness that is him.

What a grand night it is going to be! A wonderful group member spoke about how she just loves the magical moments at the cinema. I believe that the heart does go on, oops. I mean, I believe that you can use any media as a way to consciously affect your vibration. As I've said many times, if you're having a rough day, then tune out with a good movie, meal etc. Allow your vibration to rise by using these tools as a distraction and immersing yourself within it- it's what mindfulness is, it's what meditation is- allowing you vibration to rise by drawing your beingness in. Movies use multi modalities, so they really help with the distraction and vibration lifting.

James Cameron obviously has it going on. You can't create two of history's most successful blockbusters without having a strong vision! (On a side note, I heard it said - although don't quote me on it- that he was on Abraham's Master subscription programme!). Knowing yourself, knowing what you enjoy and not letting anyone else telling you otherwise is so vital to 'success.' Because when you're in alignment, you're like a laser beam, cutting through all the BS that anyone else may throw at you. Believe dear ones- you can be, do, have anything you desire. Just trust, allow and flow.

So yeah, that's that. It better be a good one and I better stay awake through the film haha!!!

I installed Google Analytics on my website a couple of days ago, to get more info on it and WOW what an amazing time we live in. I have had visitors to here from as far as Korea and Russia! How freaking amazing is that?!?! With a few clicks on a keyboard, in a matter of seconds you can connect with someone on the other side of the world who you have never nor will ever likely meet in person! Incredible! What a blessing. And that has always been one of my missions- to be able to help someone anywhere in the world, they could access this information and totally change their life and we need never meet.

On a somewhat crazier side note, there also seems to be a few visitors on here from youporn?!?!?! I'm like WTF how does that happen?! Lol, maybe all that talk of vibration haha.

Anyhoo, as I've said before come one, come all- any nation, any colour, straight, gay, trans, all belief systems and even porno users apparently?!?! Lol!

Happy Titanic-ing!!!

All my love, Nick Xxx

UPDATE: OMG! James Cameron is going to be here!!!

And see what I said about laser focus earlier, James Horner used those exact words about Mr Cameron!!! Love it!!! Xxx

OMFG what an amazing experience!!! The orchestra and music was EXQUISITE!!! Wow! A totally amazing Movie Meditation!!! It just completely brought you into the moment!!! Loved it!!! Thank you Universe! Thank me me!!! Lol Xxx

Sound Of Music anyone??? Lol.

Today I was back to volleyball. Due to work, workshops, Asia and jet lag, it's been about 6 weeks since I played. So the confidence I was building up was somewhat gone lol. Being in the company of other beginners and a great coach really did help as I would've felt even more out of sync!

On a side note,- for the longest while this morning, I was like- I wanna stay in bed and skip volleyball!!! It really reiterated to me the effort and commitment that people make to come to my groups- so thank you to those who do- a huge freaking thank you! As it would be easy to sit at home, mulch and chill out! But as always with these sorts of things, when you've done it, you're glad (usually!) that you did!

The v-ball session was cool, it went pretty smoothly. Though I was still feeling a teensy bit out of it! I thought it was an interesting parallel between that and life in general.

You want to be reaching for those feelings and wonderful words that Abraham uses so often: clarity, well being, flow, ease, alignment. It's that feeling of being tuned in, tapped in and turned on (oh la la!). It's that sensation of locked-on-ness that comes from that well deep within your core. Not solely because you want to manifest your shizzle but simply because it FEELS so good to feel good!

That is the key, as is always- to feel good for feeling good's sake. Because this is who you truly are. Because it is your internal guidance/gut/higher self letting you know you are in alignment with that highest part of who you are.

A side benefit is that of manifestation. More often than not, when I'm truly in an aligned state (usually after I've done a group, met a good friend(s)), then wonderful manifestations will occur.

So you might be thinking, 'well that is bloody nice for you, but I often feel good and I don't get nowt!!! Or worse still, I'm feeling good but I get bad shit!'

Now, there are infinite number of reasons why this might be happening. But a few are:

-You might not be feeling as good as you think you are. SOLUTION: Just try to be more sensitive to how you feel. Check in with your gut/body more. A minute by minute check in would be amazing!!!

-It's a clearing period. Just as the body goes on a health crisis (see/Google: herxheimer effect). Your life experience will clear out crap as your vibration raises. SOLUTION: Keep at it, let the shit release and it will pass!

-Your overarching dominant vibration is not quite where you'd want it to be. Where do you spend most of your time (vibrationally)? It's brilliant to do lists of positive aspects about your abundance and beautiful body etc but what are you thinking and feeling the other 23 hours 55 mins of each day? You want to be doing your best to feel good as much as you can for most of the time. Yes, we all have blips from time to time but you want to be feeling good as often as possible.

Interestingly enough there have been recent times, where I've been feeling poo for whatever reason, but really good things have happened in that space of time, I like to believe that it's my overarching vibration of well being making itself known to me. On the other hand, there have been times where I've been buzzing, then all this crap started happening. Vibration and manifestation are like biology and psychology- there are many layers and moving parts to it all that the exactness of correlation isn't always that easy to trace. SOLUTION: BUT (and here is a big butt and I cannot lie- Sir Mix-A-Lot anyone?! Lol), if you continue to be conscious, to work to feel good, to use the plethora of tools to shift you vibration and/or distract yourself from the issue. It is our promise that somehow, someway things will tip in your favour. It must! It is law. For some, they'll see quick results, for others not so quick, but just keep working at it and then your overarching vibration will become that of well being. And the floodgates of goodness will crack open for you and will inspire you further! And you will have confidence in confidence in confidence in youuuuuu!!!

Happy overarching!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Morning - your most important meal of the day!!! Lol Xxx

25/4/2015

I woke up a little early this morning (feeling like P Diddy... Ke$ha anyone?! Lol), and I put on some Abe to relax to. Although I'm not the nostalgic type, for some reason I still love the Mexico cruise recordings from 2009 and 2010 (and it was there I got into the hot seat again on my birthday no less! Though I don't really listen to my bit- who likes the sound of their own voice?! Lol)!

Anyhoo, for me, they rate amongst the best. They cover such a diversity of topics- self love, suicide, animals, health, authoring and much more!

I have to say I felt much bolstered by this injection of focused positivity in the morning. Buzzing as I walked to the station, It really hit home that setting yourself up for a good morning really helped with the mindset for the hours ahead.

There's a reason why they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Even though I don't know quite why, I'm guessing in part it's because you're replenishing from the night before and prepping for the day ahead.

It really reinforced to me how valuable it can be to kick start your day in a good state!

Group members ask me when's the best time to do processes. Whilst there is not a one-way-for-all answer (as is the case with everything!), generally speaking, the beginning and end of the day are good times to do some focusing. To be honest, all day everyday would be ideal but hey!

This is because at the beginning of the day you're starting as you mean to go on, a fresh slate after a hopefully decent night's sleep. The end of the day you're winding down getting ready to dream the night away, so it is beneficial to leave your mind in as relaxed state as possible. You're stopping negative momentum as best you can!

I know (especially from seeing my sister!) that mothers and so on, might not have much/any spare time but even a few minutes can make the world of difference! You owe it to yourself to work yourself into a good space when you can.

Someone commented they just don't have time to put pen to paper. And a wise group member said get a 'gratitude rock'- get a crystal or rock, hold it and just run through in your mind, things you are appreciative of from the day, or generally. Doesn't really take any extra time (of which one would probably be complaining about stuff anyhoo!), just a wee bit o' focus! The rock doesn't really signify anything, it's just a point of focus.

So if you haven't already- try it! Start/end your day with some relaxing music, meditation, positive clips, a passage out of a book etc. And see how it goes! Hopefully you'll love it!

Happy morning-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

A new business = life!!! And use all tools at your disposal!!! Xxx

Today I had a lovely quick catch up with my newly wedded, kick ass (literally!) friend. Looking to expand her empire she is contemplating an events planning business. She commented that other people who have spoken to her have said that a great name to the company is vital. (Under 24-hour Removals? Lol, private joke!).

Anyhoo, whilst I agree that that is an important part. I did mention that the vibe, the intention behind it was infinitely more important (or at least it is so for me!). Because people will want to invest, not in you for the stuff that you do, but the person you are and how this filters through. Yes, Apple make great products, but the hype, the marketing and marketing events also adds to the desirability of what they have on offer.

When you have a clear intention, a pure vision and a belief in who you are and what you do, this will propel you to success faster and more consistently than a lot of other stuff.

As is what usually happens when I get on a roll. I wrote down a ton of things for her to consider. Most of which involved going out into the world, seeing what's there, what she do and don't like and basing her business on that.

And actually that's what we recommend in life! I'm a huge proponent of experience and trying new things. Go out into your world, work out what you like and don't like. Explore the magnificent of the diversity that is around you. You have a whole planet at your fingertips! How incredible is that. Go forth, work out your preferences, get into alignment then create what is your true desire.

After that I got to work and BOOM a wee bit o contrast with managers and customers which did not feel good! I mentally was like 'cannot wait til home time!' But I did catch myself. Part of my resolutions is to 'be here, now.' And not run off to a corner (mentally or physically!), as I can be so wont to do, little introverted me!

I am pleased to say (touch wood!), that after a nice conscious lunch break (watching Abraham, Louise Hay and Cheryl Richardson and a wee bit o meditation) I am pretty much back to me!

The Primacy-Recency effect in psychology states that events which happen first and most recent are what affect our memory most. But I was not going to let a rough shift wipe out a crammed week of fooking fantastic groups.

I am so glad to know what I know, to have all these tools at my disposal and to be so focused that feeling off is just now the most uncomfortable thing!

Tomorrow is parents, work then might see a late night movie- Avengers or Get Hard. As always, I will be using them to allow my mind to be absorbed, my vibration to rise and let all my good in (the movies, not my parents- I'm not that zen yet! Haha).

'What good lies ahead?' 'What good can come from this?' 'And I just know something bigger and better will spring from this contrast' are all fabulous well being phrases to remind yourself of!

Happy exploring!!!

All my love, Nick Xxx

Thank you London!!! Y'alls is soooo freaking amazing!!! And we are all DUFFs!!! Xxx

HOLY MOLY SWEET LORD!!! What an amazing evening!!!! What a leading edge, fooking fantastic bunch of AMAZING people tonight!! Love love love it!!! Thank you so much. I felt the energy which was electric from the second I walked in the room! Incredible!!! Love you all!!! A good mix of newbies and the cruise crew and the thinkers!

A couple of key points (from the billions of points!) made from tonight:

- Appreciate the things which are going well! It really pays to check in with how brilliantly you are doing. It can be easy to get caught up in what you're working on and what's missing in your lives but it really helps to tap into what's working and the good in your life. And being able to transfer those good feeling over.

- Visualisation cropped up a lot. It's a really powerful tool. You want to make sure you're visualising for the deliciousness and good feelings of it. But not to fix something or to attempt to draw it to you.

- Try to do something everyday... I always encourage this. There is a general correlation that when people do the work things tend to go in a positive direction in life... That ain't no coincidence!

Above all, be easy about it. We all have our good days and bad days (weeks, months or years even!!!) But just know that you can focus in a better direction when you're ready!

All is so very well with you!!! Xxx

On a side note, I watched The Duff film today. It was an ok teen flick lol. Anyhoo, the lead actress realises she's a DUFF- the Designated Ugly Fat Friend- the unattractive one in her friendship circle who makes her friends look better! Lol. So after being shamed and humiliated, she realises that she needs to get over it, stop giving a sheet what other people think and be happy with herself. After claiming her power, she proclaims to the mega bitch antagonist- 'Everyone's a DUFF!' Because there'll always be someone cleverer, better looking and more successful than you! And it's true!

The lesson is just to be happy being you, be comfortable with who you are and let what everyone else thinks go. Know thyself. Accept thyself. Love thyself. And let everyone else go!!!

Happy DUFFing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Thank you Manchester!!! Y'all freaking amazing!!! And, defining moments and instinct!!! Xxx

YEEEOOOWWWSAAAA!! Thank you Manchester for a freaking rocking evening! OMG so good to see you all! How amazing is y'all?!?!

It was such an uplifting evening. Filled with so many manifestational stories. Now I would like to reiterate that it's not about the stuff. It's about living a joyous, ease filled life. But manifestations are sure fun!

We had a huge cluster of stories about people drawing to them new partners. Using a variety of techniques such as: a vision board (cutting out and sticking pictures on a board, which represent what you would like in a partner) and also writing lists and letters about what you would like in a significant other.

Aligning with passions and businesses, attracting great careers, abundance, getting off parking tickets, having work displayed on huge billboards around the country. The list is endless!

But most of all, living a more focused, powerful, uplifting, happy life. Knowing that you create your life, your reality and you can change your focus if you want and when you're ready. That is true living!

Thank you for a wonderful evening, so great to catch up!!! Xxx

On my train journey from London to Manchester, I was watching Oprah's Masterclass (for those of you who don't know- it's successful people speaking about their lives and what lessons they've learned- everyone from Maya Angelou to Jay Z and Justin Timberlake have done it. I think it's easily one of the best series of inspirational interviews out there!).

Anyhoo, I was watching Jane Fonda's interview and it was so interesting. She's incredibly accomplished and talented! She spoke about her rough upbringing- body issues, her father leaving her mother, his lack of emotional engagement with her. Her mother's bipolar depression and ultimate suicide and how Jane, as a child blamed herself. So she didn't feel very confident in herself growing up.

She talks about a defining moment in her life. She sat next to Marilyn Monroe at the back of acting class (wow!), both scared of what to do. Jane gets called on by the teacher- Lee Strasberg, to do a piece. She says:

"It was the first time that anyone, except my father — who had to say so — told me I was good. At anything. It was a turning point in my life. I went to bed thinking about acting. I woke up thinking about acting. It was like the roof had come off my life!"

This simple but powerful interaction completely changed her life! She went on to be nominated for 7 Academy Awards, winning 2 of them. Imagine that, all from one little bit of praise!

I guess one of the learning points from this is just any small (or big) act of good from an aligned space, of course and you never know how you could positively impact someone's life- or even change it. A smile, a kind word, a compliment whatever you can offer.

I also watched a Masterclass featuring Laird Hamilton- one of the world's greatest (if not, the greatest) surfers. Obviously, when dealing with the life threatening waves he faces, he has little time to think, so has to act on pure instinct. He speaks about the power of instinct and how it is an inherent gift for survival (and thrive-al!). We also refer to this as: gut feeling, intuition, your higher self, internal GPS, your sat nav etc...

He recommends that you try listening more to that instinct and see what happens. And the more you use it, the more it will make itself apparent to you!

So there you go! Do some good, trust your instincts and chill out! You're doing fine!!!

Happy trusting!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Wow! Thank you so much Birmingham. What an amazing group of brilliant, smart, wise, eager to learn individuals!!! I just love love love it so much! Thank you for a wonderful evening!!! As always, I learn tons and could fly afterwards!

I just love seeing how people can thrive and change their lives in as little as one meetup! And as wonderful as they are, it's not so much the meetup itself, as it is the fact that they are taking their power back and spending time working to improve their lives and awareness. It is truly great and wildly satisfying for me to see this!

Some main points we covered:

- There are infinite ways to allow in goodness. I was given a wonderful breakdown of the ho'oponopono Hawaiian practice. Holding yourself and others in a space of peace and light and how powerful this can be!

- You are human! It's ok to fall off the wagon! What matters is how you deal with it. Do you forget about all of this altogether and write it off as a piece of poo or do you somehow, someway try to work to feel better? It's all alright, be easy about it, relax and be happy!

- Work within your beliefs and enjoyments. It's important to do what you enjoy, what floats your boat and how best you work. There was the wonderfulness of a member who spent an hour writing 8x sides of A4 of how they want their life to be as if it had already happened. Amazing!

- Spend time working out what you enjoy in life. I know many mothers, carers, ex partnered who suddenly have all this time and they're not sure what to do as they dedicated themselves to the service of others. And that is a wonderful thing! But it is equally important, if not more so, to work out what you love to do. As this is the very living of life!

POST IT PROCESS

The main focus of the Post It today was threefold.

Get a blank Post It note and on it, write 3 things.

- Write a general resolution, something you'd like to work towards. I'm really pleased with how I have kept to my New Year's resolution of 'try new/different things.' This has resulted in me trying new sports, meeting new people, attending new events. And I have loved it all! But I've kept it general and easy, which is how I work best.

- One thing you appreciate about yourself. Choose one thing you have achieved or a quality you have, that you like about yourself. Keep it pure, keep it simple. Something that you're like 'Yeah, I'm really pleased with myself for that!'

- One thing you'd like to happen/experience. Pick one thing you would like to have in your life. It can be specific or general. More abundance, joy, flow, ease, a new relationship, a new job. Whatever you'd like!

Now, I'm not usually prescriptive but I would gently suggest that you keep this in regular sight. So you remember to keep to your resolution, you remind yourself of how wonderful you are and finally, keep in your consciousness what wonderful things you'd like to experience.

As with all things, keep it easy, keep it fun and work within your believable beliefs. Once you've shown yourself your power. You can begin to expand and go beyond!

Happy Post It-ing!!!

Tomorrow I is in Manchester- woo!!!

Love thine enemy... And be selfish enough to feel good!!! Xxx

I was in Clapham today and in the station was a wonderful message of the day (see picture), I love how these small but significant reminders can help align us. What a wonderful message it was about feeling good and being intentional!

We are all diverse individuals walking around with a myriad of intentions and motivations driving the living of our life. It is only really possible to see through the eyes of self (how could it be any other way?), but I think being (or at least trying to be) compassionate to those who we don't completely understand is so vital.

We don't need to agree with or condone what the others do but to realise that they are that way for a reason. If you saw what they went through either as a child or some life experience they had, you could begin to understand why they act in ways you don't agree with.

Louise Hay was abused as a child and as part of her forgiveness work, she researched her parents' childhoods- which was horrible. She came to the realisation of 'How could they love a child, when they didn't know how, when they weren't shown love themselves?'

Walk a mile in someone else's shoes and you may begin to comprehend why they do what they do and hopefully this will inspire some compassion!

I can be quite objective and I love to always experience new things and so part of that has involved seeing what makes people tick. It is through the different things I've tried that I can usually (but definitely not always!) do my best to understand why people are the way they are- especially if it's a behaviour which I can be judgey wudgey about!

On another note, from a feeling good basis, it really doesn't serve you to judge, to be in hate or whatever. It feels bad when you do that and for a reason!

Whenever you are viewing something from a stand point other than how the Source within you sees it, it feels bad! It's your guidance saying 'Hey, this thought doesn't serve you!'

Try to reach for that one good thing about them. I remember years and years ago in secondary school my Religious Education teacher said something like even Hitler loved and was loved, (I think!). (Amazing how these things stay with you! You never know what you say will make an impact on someone!).

So do your best to align with you and you. Don't let anyone or anything get in your way of feeling good! They just aren't worth it!!!

Happy loving thine enemy!!! Lol Xxx

All my love, Nick Xxx

Some advice for finding your purpose and who you really are!!! Xxx

19/4/2015

First of all, I must say alignment and knowingness really counts! When you can somehow get on this wagon and really follow your dream, the world (quite literally) will want to be you.

I was channel hopping, and quickly skipped past Jeremy Kyle (remember a few days ago I blogged about how I can watch most things without allowing the negativity in, well I do have a limit and JK is defo past that for me lol). Anyhoo, I saw a Microsoft advert and before I knew it was Microsoft, I thought it was Apple! I reflected and thought isn't that amazing how Apple have completely changed the game. Technology has hit new levels, a lot of companies now pay attention to design, packaging and ease of use. The list goes on about how things have changed since Apple have taken over.

But their intention wasn't to change all the companies- they just stayed clear to their dream- to have great products that are user friendly, beautifully designed etc. But now everyone is trying to get in on their act.

So the moral is to keep aligned to your dream and forget about everyone else. Do what you feel passionate about then follow it!

Which leads me onto my next points. I'm still loving 'Quiet' by Susan Cain and she talks about how you (especially introverts who are expected to be more extrovert as society dictates) can be more of who you truly are- which is really one of the most important things ever!

This is similar to an exercise I get people to do in my groups which I really hope they actually do! Susan asks you to consider the following:

- What did you love as a child? What answer did you give when asked 'And what do you want to be when you grow up?' Whilst your response might not have been completely on it, the essence of it could be quite revealing. Was it helping people? Performing? Studying? You may have had a better bead on what you truly wanted back then!

- What work do is appealing to you now? What sorts of tasks would you happily do and go out of your way to do. What lights you up?

- Finally (and interestingly), she recommends looking at what you envy! (See, like we said, negative emotions are just indicators, not to be pushed away). Jealousy tells you the truth, you tend to envy those who have what you want. Curiouser I know but it makes sense. When you're in lack, nothing can be more irritating than seeing those in abundance. When you're depressed don't you sometimes want to smack those happy Abers lol

- Lastly, she talks bout scheduling in 'Restorative niches,' these are little bits of time, you use to recharge yourself. That can be anything from short toilet breaks to afternoons off. Anything where you fill yourself up mentally and spiritually.

These are highly important for introverts but who doesn't need some down time and to work out what's important for self? It is vital to fill yourself up so you have greatness to offer those lucky enough to know you.

So yeah, take some time to work out what your values are. Then when you align with you, watch how the world races to be you!

Happy working out what you love!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

It's not what you do, it's the consciousness that you do it!!! Xxx

Today was a relatively chill day, like my one day off. This morning I saw Insurgent (again! Love that movie!), then I met a friend for a Vortex chat. And then, a concert- part of my try new things resolution and it was amazing!!! A very busy but Vortexy day.

We were chatting and then my friend said 'Do you practise this a lot?' And I was like 'I like to think so!' (alignment that it!) She then asked me if I listened to a lot of Abe. I go through various phases where I listen to spiritual stuff a lot and then not so much. My groups are always my touchstone to re-alignment.

I think that more than anything is that I am regularly aware of how I'm feeling and consequently where I'm vibrating. And I use what I can in a more conscious way. I've recently been going on about Movie Meditations- I love how movies just can take you to a different place (all from the comfort of your own home!). They can lift you to emotional exhilaration and are a great distraction if you're finding it too hard to appreciate or get in a good space, they also involve both sight and sound which invokes a higher level of concentration. Music, sports, art, days out, mini breaks etc are all great tools that you can use to get into a good feeling space, use everything you can as a tool to consciously work yourself into a good feeling place.

I've been reading Quiet by Susan Cain (I really really recommend it if you're an introvert!). And she speaks of being in this psychological phenomenon known as 'Flow'- that state where you are feeling good, time flies and you're thoroughly enjoying and engrossed in an activity. The importance is to do this because of doing it and not for the reward it brings. That's what we teach for all things- do it for the feeling and not for what you think it may or may not bring about manifestationally.

My friend, like some others, asked me if I ever get upset, angry etc and I'm like 'Hell yeah! All the time!' Lol, well not quite all the time but just because one is spiritual doesn't mean that one is devoid of negative emotions. There can be a common misconception that to be aligned and what not, that you have to not experience negativity. But this is not human! You came here to mix it up, you came to experience the contrast and give birth to wanted. You cannot know what you do want if you don't know what you don't want.

The goal is not to reach some place of completedness where you are happy once and for all forevermore. The goal of this game is just to do your best to turn your attention to what you want and to feel as good as you can as often as you can.

So to sum up, be conscious, do your best to raise awareness, try to feel as good as you can but be easy on yourself. Now we're talking!

Happy consciousness-ing!!!

To allow... General or specific?! Xxx

17/4/2015

A question that comes up when deliberately creating (or rather allowing), is how specific do I go?

As with all things it really is something that you need to work out for you. That is the advice for all things- everyone is different and as life is a journey between your alignment with you and you, you need to see how best you work and under which conditions you can optimise your vibrational well being.

Some schools of thought say you must set your goals, the dates by which you want them to occur, visualise, detailise and so forth. And this is a fine way to go about life if it focuses you and keeps you inspired.

Other schools of thought declare that to let go and let God (cue: 'Hi, my name's Nick...') is best, to focus more on the emotional state that the achievements would generate than the actual things themselves.

For some (like me), control freak that I am. If I had deadlines and detailed images on all my goals, and they didn't seem that they were going to occur anytime soon, then it would definitely work against me.

When I was in the hot seat with Abraham (you can see this on the Abraham and Me resources page), I asked them how I could take things to the next level. Their answer was basically to leave behind negative emotions (especially of worry), to let go of uncontrollable things and to make sure that feeling good was a priority. To be more powerfully in the Vortex of well being.

So I really have done my best over the years to get in the mode of general well being. To consciously use movies, music, nights out, holidays, to focus in a well being way.

Now this article isn't to solely extol the virtues of being general and less goal 'focused.' It just is to bring to your attention that there is more than one way to skin the vibrational chicken!

So play with it. Try going really specific and detailed on some things in your life. And then try going completely general. And see what works for you in what circumstances. It is a constantly evolutionary process. But what is life if not that?

Happy generalising or specific-ising!

Thank you Liverpool!!! Y'all freaking rock!!! And I won the lottery!!! Xxx

Thank you Liverpool!!! What an amazing evening as always! It is you the magnificent members who make this what it is, so a huge thanks to the newbies and oldbies for coming along and sharing your time with us. We are all learning, expanding and taking life to new levels!

So much wisdom shared tonight!

- Do your best to work ease into the situation. Do your best to let go of the need for stuff to manifest. If you can truly appreciate that it's all for the life flowing through you and your stuff is a focus point, now we're talking!!! You're feeling good no matter what is what counts.

- When something feels big or beyond your belief, then either focus on it so it becomes the next logical step. Talk about it, imagine as if it's already happened. Do your best to get your vibration up to speed, so it feels like it's happened/happening. Or just let it go, trust that you've asked for it and the Universe is queuing it up for you. Just take baby steps towards it.

- Value the contrast. You wouldn't be in this powerful place of wanting to know more if you didn't go through the shit! So thank it- easier said than done I know but that is the work!

We did the Post It Note process- write down 1-3 small things (e.g. A free cup of tea, a smile from a stranger, finding a penny on the floor etc) and 1-3 big things you'd like to happen (E.g more abundance, a dream relationship).

Now it's up to you and how you work best to decide what to do. You can post it somewhere you see regularly or put it away and see if any of it's happened. Incidentally, years before we knew about this work my sister did this post it technique with her University degree results! Amazing!

The worksheet today was-

- List a load of things you'd like to achieve and the dates when you'd like to have them done by. This just keeps a light focus on your goals.

- Appreciation free for all. List as many things as you like about as much as you can. Feel good in the thinking of it!

I love the projector in the venue so I played the fight scene from The Matrix. It's where Morpheus is teaching Neo to FREE YOUR MIND. To go beyond the current belief and expectation which doesn't work. Free your mind and know, believe so you can achieve. You can fly as high as you want (metaphorically!).

On another note- What divine timing! Last night, I was contemplating winning the lottery in relation to all of this work (I had bought some tickets online cos I figure 'you gotta be in it, to win it!'), when I received the email saying 'News about your ticket!' My heart always skips a beat as you never know how much you've won until you log in. I won £5! Woo lol. Onwards and upwards!!!

So thank you for a wonderful evening!!!

Happy believing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx

To watch the news/TV etc or to not? Xxx

15/4/2015

One thing which comes up for those of us who are conscious of where we are vibrating, is what to allow into our lives by the attention we pay to it. To watch the news or to not? To see violent media or to ignore it?

For me, the material that I view has changed over time. For quite a while, when I delved into this school of thought, I lived and breathed it. I watched Abraham DVDs and listened to the audios, I loved Louise Hay's CDs and so on. I wouldn't really read or focus on much else in the way of entertainment and spare time.

I then started watching light hearted sitcoms such as: Friends, Frasier, Will and Grace etc. Nowadays my past times are more diverse and I enjoy anything from movies, chart music, sitcoms and I read the news on a pretty regular basis.

However, it is from a more balanced viewpoint that I do this. I use them all conscious as a tool to either learn or be entertained. So, it doesn't matter so much what you do as much as how you view it. There are still some things I could rarely enjoy- most all types of horror movie or anything too draining like that. Although, having said that, there was this one time at band camp... Lol. There was this one time I watched World War Z (a zombie movie no less!) and the amount of alignment I received after was amazing- I saw a double rainbow, the people I interacted with were amazing and some friends I was trying to track down appeared right in front of me! What that movie did for me was to allow my other resistances to release and me to focus fully on something else- thereby allowing my vibration to naturally raise.

Anyhoo, I now experiencr a more diverse range of media to keep me in the Vortex. I enjoy learning what's in the news to keep me informed, I love comedies to keep my energies lifted and I do love my movie meditations to take my consciousness to new heights.

My advice to you is to work out what makes you feel good. That doesn't mean you have to definitively read or avoid certain media. It means you have to work out what works for you, then make a conscious choice as to whether you direct your attention there or not. Making a deliberate choice as opposed to just allowing any old thing to cloud your vision, will serve you well.

Happy reading (or not!)!!!

I'm back on the road tomorrow and teaching in Liverpool! It's my first group since coming back from Asia so I'm very excited! Come check us out!!!

Listen to those voices in your head... And introverts rule!!! Xxx

14/4/2015

No, not those voices!!! The other ones!!! Lol! I'm seeing Titanic Live at the Royal Albert Hall next week- it's the film but the soundtrack is being played by a live orchestra. It was originally meant to be conducted by the amazing James Horner but he done his shoulder in and so he's doing a Q&A.

Anyhoo, I was watching the documentaries on the Titanic DVD and James Cameron was talking through the deleted scenes. There was a part where he mentioned that a little voice in his head said that he shouldn't do a particular scene but he ignored this and continued on anyway. In the previews, the audiences gave the consistent feedback was that scene didn't fit at all. James was saying that it cost them a mini fortune to stage and quite a lot of time to reset it all when filming (it involved a lot of flooding the main rooms). So in the end it got completely removed- so the scene was filmed for nothing.

Interestingly enough I was watching the Eggheads quiz show before I went out and they kept saying 'There's a little voice saying this is the answer' and invariably they were correct...

Now, it's all easy in hindsight to say 'oh, I should've listened to that voice' and my point isn't that it's wrong. What I'm saying is that, to a degree virtually everyone has their gut/intuition/higher self working for them. And it's your job to tune into it. As Steve Jobs said in his commencement speech (you can find this on my resources page), 'Have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become.'

So, just see what you gut tells you with regards to small decisions and see what happens.

I went for dinner tonight with my family and I was surprised at how quiet I was. I can't say I'm one for small talk, especially in larger groups. It reminded me of Susan Cain's talk and book about introversion 'Quiet. The power of introverts in a world that can't stop talking.' It's SOOO good. If you've ever been labelled quiet, sensitive, a deep thinker, shy (to a degree). Then I highly recommend it.

The fact that you're willing to explore spirituality is testament to the fact that you think more deeply than most people. We tend to have such a rich inner life that it is harder to express it sometimes.

It also highlighted to me how much I love this subject of Law Of Attraction as I'm more than happy to be an open book and stand in front of groups to teach. Not necessarily because it's who I naturally am but because I believe so passionately about how life changing this stuff is!

Happy introverting!!! Stand proud dear ones!!! The world needs people like you!!!

All my love, Nick Xxx

I was back at work last night and the holiday blues hit! I think it was that mixed with a bit of fatigue but anyhoo...

So, I just did my best to breathe and relax and know that it was only a need to focus in a better direction. Knowing what I know now, it's interesting to observe how I react and what triggers what. As I tend to feel when leaving a magnificent space (especially when it's a holiday!), it feels a wee bit o' heartbreak!

Thankfully I had some great workmates to dive into a conversation with. That and some childish humour (see pic), did brighten up my shift!

I can feel myself slipping into daily life, so I am doing my best to remain conscious and in as exhilarating place as possible- as life truly is great!

So, just take it easy. Breathe lots and reach for whatever you can to keep you in as good a place as you can!

Happy reaching!!!

We are all the same... Connect with your fellow man/woman Xxx

12/4/2015

Coming across the great diversity that I am blessed to be able to do, it really does show me that we are all the same. Yes, everyone expresses themselves in a variety of ways (some you agree with, some you definitely don't agree with), but ultimately at the end of the day, when all is said and done, everyone just wants to live a joyous, ease filled, exhilarating life and are reaching for their own alignment. We all want to love and be loved, everyone wants to know that they can be, do or have anything they want and any block to that will feel really bad.

You are all more alike than you are different. What I love about exploring this magnificent planet is to see that everyone just wants to connect. Going out of your way to share a smile, a thank you or to help someone else can really make the difference. It doesn't (or at least shouldn't) matter how they react to you (sometimes, I am soo in my own world that when someone comes to me, it throws me off and I can come off like a rude beatcchh lol, but I'm really not!), everyone really is in a different place, but what you want is just to flow that bit of well being to whoever you can.

Gay Hendricks tells us in the Heal Your Life movie, about how he was coaching someone and told them to go out and do a good deed. The coachee did so and when he came back, his energy was so high. When you're in a place of strength and able to assist those around you, then you can offer so much. But make sure you are complete first- as the airplane announcement goes- 'Tend to your own air mask first!.'

So, the key is- do your best to be self-alignment, then go out and offer your goodness to the world. And you never know, you could change someone's life for the better.

Happy connecting!!!

So after an almost 13 hour flight and about an hour of sleep at home, we are back to life as usual!!! Had a most wonderful day with my Heal Your Life Experience team!!!

We are plotting and planning our next steps and we got an impromptu social media session! It is incredibly to think that in this day and age you can connect with your favourite celebrity at the click of a Tweet lol.

I am appreciating the love and support of our team. Whilst I love doing most of my things on my own, I do love the learning and sharing we all have by working with each other. We constantly support and inspire each other and the whole is definitely greater than the sum of its parts!

Life is good. I'm also pleased to not be suffering the post-holiday Blues (well, yet at least!).

Happy Twittering!!!

Review and Rampage for my time in Asia!!! Loved it!!! Xxx

10/4/2015

So my time in Asia is almost up! I can't believe it- how the time flies. It has been an exhilarating and thrilling adventure. 'Adventure' being the operative word- exploring the new places and culture has been so wonderful and expansive. Asia has far exceeded my expectations (although to be honest I didn't know what to expect!).

To keep my vibration high I thought it'd be nice to review and rampage about my time over here. If you're not familiar with rampages- they are basically positive streams of consciousness at the highest frequency- just a string of sentences about things you love.

  • Singapore- I just loved the newness of the place, the feeling of safety, the clean, modern streets, shops and Metro system. The diversity and graciousness of the people. The eateries and wonderful array of shops! I loved teaching my group here and connecting with new people!
  • Koh Samui- I loved the tour and the guide we had. Seeing the variety of places. Learning about the Thai culture.
  • Bangkok- I loved the craziness of the city! The royal celebrations that were going on. I loved learning about the Buddhist way of life. I loved the tour we had, the dancing, the entertainments and the wonderful people I met and spent time with.
  • Nha Trang- I loved exploring the local area with people I just bumped into. I loved seeing the locals, how they lived and the homes and lifestyles of the Vietnamese.
  • Hue- I enjoyed the tour we had. The food we got to eat. To see and explore the emperor's tomb and learn about how the area was affected by the Tet Offensive in the Vietnam war.
  • Halong Bay- I loved the sailing in and out of the islet thingys, to see the beautiful UNESCO area and have the tour of the amazing caves.
  • Macau- I loved the Vegas style and feel of this place. I am blown away by how the gambling income has exceeded Las Vegas, especially considering how much smaller the place seems. Though I guess the £100 minimum per hand helps lol. I love the free shuttles and all the wonderful hotels, opulence and abundance that surrounds.
  • Hong Kong- I love the new and oldness of the city. The endless shops and brilliance of the area. The transport system and cheapness of it.
  • I have loved exploring Asia, seeing how the people live and their customs and traditions. I have experienced some of the best customer service from so many people and I have adored exploring different areas both on my own and within the safety of a group.

It has been a pure pleasure being here. Thank you for being so welcoming Asia. I will be back!!!

Happy rampaging and London here I come!!!

And so... The end is near!!! Whilst I'm excited and can't wait to connect with everyone back home, I can't believe it's almost the end of my trip already!!!

This morning I arrived in Hong Kong, had a walk round as many places as I could squeeze in, in a few hours! I just love walking round a new city, I'm like a little child, craning my neck up and round to see all the buildings, sights and sounds. I really do feel like a little kid in a candy store!!! I love to have that feeling of appreciation flowing through me!

Even to a degree when I'm back in London and have been away for a while I drink in the semi-newness of it all. Looking round the tube at all the diverse faces and appreciating my ability to know where I'm going without having to refer to a map!

I really recommend trying to see your local environment with fresh eyes. As they say a change is as good as a rest! Look for appreciation all around you and see how wonderful it feels!

I am about to teach my Hong Kong group and am always excited to connect with a new bunch of people.

I have planned an incredibly last minute trip to Macau tonight, so am so excited to see how it all goes!!!

Happy seeing new-ness in the old-ness!!!

WED 08/04/15 Free your mind- you are The One!!! And a relaxing day!!! Xxx

9/4/2015

I was watching The Matrix (and if you haven't seen it yet, defo worth a watch), where Morpheus (Lawrence Fishburne) was training Neo (Keanu Reeves) in the martial arts dojo. The premise is that they are in a mind simulation and the rules like gravity, strength etc are only held in place by your own mind and not what is actually 'real'. The fatigue, breath and slower speed of movement felt by Neo didn't technically need to be experienced, but because he had carried his latent beliefs from the 'real world' he got tired, weak and had to breathe.

Now, this metaphor can be applied through all of this work. Your beliefs create your life by what you attract to you and also how you interact with the world. But where did your beliefs come from- your experience, your parents, society, people around you?! FREE YOUR MIND! Let all limitations go and break free to new levels of what you want to live. Does it serve you? Yes- then no need to change a thing. No- then do whatever work you can to shift it. And play with it and see what happens, do it gradually, especially if it's an old ingrained one. But try it and see what works for you. Know and believe what you want to believe, not what you feel you should or even perhaps by past experience (especially if it does not serve you).

Today was a relaxing, go with the flow day. Interacting and doing whatever happened to cross my path. I am gearing up for Hong Kong and am very excited to see what the place is like. I also can't wait to go to Macau and see what that has to offer and how it compares to Las Vegas. I'm also teaching tomorrow evening so that will be nice to connect with others and myself!

Happy free-ing your mind dear ones!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

TUES 07/04/15 The well being of your planet is so pervasive!!! The beautiful Ha Long Bay!!! Xxx

As Abraham says, there is so much well being on this magnificent planet. It's just a wee bit unfortunate that most of us tune into the not-well being that surrounds us, be it in our lives or on our TV screens via the news. Abe jokingly say that to collate the news we go round to each corner of the globe, collect all the bad news and then put it to music!

But if you do your own exploration of this planet, you will find what you want to see. There is so much harmony, beauty and brilliance to appreciate on this Earth, it is truly great. Make it your mission to focus on the good- for no other reason than that it feels good to you!

Two people can be waking down the very same street, one could be in rapturous joy, the other could be in complete misery- same street, just two completely different perspectives. And there's nothing inherently wrong with either- it's just pick the perspective that serves you.

This little analogy is soooo true. On this holiday, we have many shows to choose from (all of which are free), so you can see and pop your head into any of them. Afterwards, when I speak to people it's funny to hear completely polarised reactions- 'Oh that show was so wonderful!' to 'Worst show ever!' You definitely cannot please all the people all the time. Instead just do your best to carve out what works for you and give that your pure focus.

Today was spent in UNESCO heritage site- Halong Bay, it was beautiful to see. A collection of 1,969 islet type thingys! We did a boat tour and a walk through the caves. It was beautiful hiking up and around them. Sailing through these beautiful wonders, it is easy to see the well being all around us.

So your task is to look around at all there is to appreciate in your immediate surroundings. Do it now! I'm definitely more of a city person and I do love a modern, clean city but being connected to nature is also incredibly awe inspiring.

Set your tone to the highest well being you can create within your mind!!! All is so very well. You can make that difference.

I'll leave you with a quote from Cloud Atlas- Jim Sturgess' father in law challenges him to what difference can he make to the abolition (anti slavery) movement?

'You are just one drop in the ocean'

To which Jim's character replies:

'What is an ocean, but a multitude of drops?'

Happy now-appreciating!!!

I am loving my luxurious-time filled mornings. Not having to whizz round getting ready for work is so lovely! I can play some Abraham, listen to some relaxing music. It is a very nice change from the daily madness that is my routine lol!!!

I feel so much more centred and calmer when facing my (albeit) relaxing day ahead.

I highly recommend using your mornings to relax and set the tone for your day. I know most of you probably get straight out of bed and have to get stuck into your daily doings but even by getting up ten mins early and doing some centring can be worth infinite amounts to your physical, spiritual and mental well being.

I know if I wake up on the 'wrong side' of bed, I can be a really cranky old beatttchhh lol. So it is vital I start my day with some sort of positivity.

Especially as hopefully the weather gets brighter and lighter in the early morning this should be easier for you to do.

Today we were in Hue- site of the infamous Tet Offensive. We started off in Tu Duc- the 4th Emperor's Tomb. Fascinating learning about the history here- who would've thought Americans would be welcome as tourists in the space of one person's lifetime since the war!

We then visited the Imperial City. Seeing the various spaces and learning about the King and his numerous concubines (the officers' daughters offered to the king). Apparently the concubines needed to be kept happy by the king, otherwise they would tell their father who could eventually turn into rebels- fascinating stuff!!!

Tomorrow is the (meant to be) beautiful Halong Bay- exciting!!!

Still in the Wachowskis' vibe I am watching The Matrix and OMG it is SOOO good- another movie meditation- you can't miss one word it is all so vital to the understanding of it lol!!! Although almost a shocking 20 years old (1998!), it still feels very modern and slick- how leading edge they are! It is so true- once you've taken the magic pill which sets your mind free, there is no going back. Similar to this work, once you know you're in charge of your life, there is no regression. Loving it!!!

Happy morning-ing!!!
