Gabby Bernstein's book has gained a terrific amount of traction and a number of people have mentioned it to me. I love learning about things from my friends and group members, sometimes when I check the source material it really doesn't resonate but I love hearing people's own interpretations of it.

Anyhoo, she speaks about how we often judge most everything and what a brain and energy drain that is! Especially in this day and age of tons of social media apps and constant news, we are bombarded with information about others' lives. And boy people are quick to criticise (have you read the comments section in just about anything?!).

Instead of being quick to label things as 'good' 'bad' 'ugly' 'pretty' just do your best to allow, accept and see the positive aspects of as much as you can.

This can be a lot easier said than done but hey, you gotta try it! You just never know how it could positively impact your life!

I asked my friend if I could try out his fancy new iPhone and was messing around on his apps to see how speedy the phone was and so on.

I opened the Facebook app and had a bit of a jolt when on the feed was stuff like 'watch so and so get killed etc.' It was quite the shock!

Whether it's your news feed, the conversations you're having, the thoughts running through your mind, you are constantly focusing and reacting. What we want for you is to decide how you want to feel and then find things which are a match to that.

Surround yourself with uplifting, feel good bits. You don't need external things to make you positive but it sure do help!

We want you to be deliberate in what you choose and not to blindly look around the world and react in horror to the ills out there, nor do we want you to be glassy eyed and desensitised!

Create a wonderful news feed that is your mind!

One of the most important principles to investing (or at least one I choose to live by) is that of diversification- this is the 'don't put all your eggs in one basket.' So you want to spread it about a bit, so if there's an upset in one area, then your whole portfolio isn't wiped out.

Susan Jeffers recommends the same for the living of life. Get a piece of paper and divide it into 9 or so squares and in each one, write an area of life and seek to have something in it- e.g. relationship, family, career, spiritual development, fun time etc... As you cultivate a full life, then when a relationship or your job or something happens to one of those areas of life, you're not completely wiped out. You've got other things to keep you buoyant.

Keep a balance of all things, too much of one thing can make us lopsided- emotionally and/or physically. But a full, balanced ship of life- it doesn't get much more exquisite than that!

I love our groups because they are focused on conscious creation. Working your thoughts and feelings into a better place and then start to allow in your good. I've always been a huge proponent of the LOA meetups because of the deliberacy of it.

But, I must say, just get out there to any group, be sure to enjoy it and then let it flow!

It happened again- still surprising me! I went to my second finance group as I'm still deciding how to carve out my complete beginners stock market course. I had a great night, learning how other people run their investments and I made a new friend. And boom- the next day more good flew in, I was chosen for a focus group and guess what it was about- finance! What a perfect vibrational match!

Good happened last time I attended a finance group! It really showed me that spending some time focused in a space which you find good feeling can surprise you by what flows in.

That's Law Of Attraction 101- feel good and then... Spend some time with a focused mindset about how you wish to see the positive for that period of time and have fun!

All is well!!!

I have known one of my distant friends for quite a while and it wouldn't be unfair to say he's lived a relatively sheltered life. And what I mean by that, is that he has ventured out of his local area much and such which. Happily bipping along but nothing major being experienced.

But for the last while he has been in a relationship and she has really helped him expand! He was talking about all these wonderful upcoming travel plans and holidays he has recently experienced! How wonderful!

I've always been pretty independent so don't really have much of an issue venturing out on my own (in fact, in many cases I prefer it!). But this showed me the power of co creation and how a positive influence can help take one beyond.

It's probably more difficult for you to see how much you expanded because you're you, but you can always appreciate all the things you've achieved thus far.

So appreciate those uplifting relationships, seek to be around people who help you feel good and most of all, cultivate your relationship with you and the expansion will be wonderfully inspired and ease filled!

I was watching a review from the class of 2015 from the Great British Bake Off and as they reminisced, shared their musings, reflections and how far they'd come and what they've done since, it showed me that there are many things to be won from being in a competition.

Of course there is only one main winner who walks away with the trophy- and last year it was Nadiya and OMG hasn't she done well since. But a lot of the contestants spoke about all the wonderful things they'd developed since. Also, how they achieved things in that Bake Off tent that they never thought possible!

And that is the benefit of such things as competitions. If you can really remove your need to come first as desperately as all that, then you can reach new expansion heights.

Humans have achieved tremendous things when working both with and against others. Just watching the olympics shows you the superhuman feats possible in those powerful moments of focus.

So you can win in many ways no matter what you engage in, just make sure you're focused on the benefits!

A huge thank you to all the wonderful people who came along tonight! It was a most pitch perfect ending to the year! I just love ya lots and lots Liverpool! Thank you all!!!

A few points from the leading edge evening:

- Change the 1% and the rest will follow. Just do something small but something different that's positive. It could be some affirmations, a few minutes of meditation or anything that's good feeling. As you do more, the scales will begin to tip in your favour and boom! Goodness follows!

- The chemicals your brain can produce beats anything else out there! The body and mind is an amazing thing. The chemicals, reactions and possibilities that your own body can create far exceeds anything out there. Just believe and connect to you.

- You're reacting to the world, not it to you. When you are conscious that you are the creator of your reality because you get to choose how you think and feel, then you become empowered to see the world as you want it to be and therefore live the life you desire!

- See it, feel it, believe and then let it go! Reality as we see the world can be a seductive thing, but if things aren't going as you wish, see, feel and believe in what you want. Then chillout!

An infinite thanks to you all for the most amazing year! We continue to grow stronger, get better, more aware and more conscious creators of the good life we can live! Be easy about it, relax and chill! You're doing perfectly!

A while back, I was enjoying the 'Doctor Who Gave Up Drugs' on Iplayer. It's really interesting to see the effects of those who were trying to come off medication.

Whilst not as necessarily intense, making the change from being primarily negative in thought and feeling, to being predominantly positive has many things in common with releasing drug dependence.

We get so used to negative thought that we don't realise how ingrained it is. But much like any addiction it can be tough to change. There can be a crash period- where the transition between states is painful, the old ways call you back as that is what you're used to.

There can be that period of euphoria where you're starting to have that positive benefit as you make the change but at some point there's a crash when the doubt and stuff kick in, calling you back to your old ways and that's the make or break point, where you push through it or you get sucked back!

Change isn't always easy but if you wish to create a better life, then you want to be moving towards the positive and goodness. And when you've cleared the bumps and humps, you'll look back and realise how amazing you are and how far you've come!

A cashless society??? Impossible!!! But nothing is really... Xxx

I just heard on the radio that we are moving towards a cashless society what with credit, debit, pre pay cards, mobile payments, electronic transfers etc...

I had a flashback to college when I was like 17 years old and I distinctly remember reading in a textbook about a cashless society and I thought it was madness, absolutely impossible- how would that even work?!

But, like things in life, nothing is impossible and who knows how things would unfold!

As Abe says- it is the worst of times, it is the best of times because it is the most of times! The governments, economy, foreign exchanges, social media etc is all going madness as the energy quickens and there's more connectivity than ever before!

Don't let anyone tell you anything, especially your dreams and desires, is impossible! If you can think and conceive it, you can achieve it.

Despite something looking like it is completely unlikely to unfold, do not write it off. Keep dreaming your dreams and enjoy that which makes you happy. And who knows here it will take you.

I was watching/listening to the 'Heal Your Life' movie by Louise Hay which I hadn't seen for a while (amazing and totally life changing by the way!). And I reheard Louise's life story, oh my goodness it was rather horrific! Abuse, abuse and more abuse.

Her life unfolded much later on when she heard the magical words 'If you can change your thinking, you can change your life!' From then onwards, she worked and worked it and has quite literally helped changed the world with her own work and those under her Hay House powerhouse.

The contrast really made her focus like no one else and put in the time to make her mind an infinitely more pleasant place to be. And it obviously has worked pretty well!

Whilst we wouldn't want you to go out seeking negative experiences, one has to appreciate the value it adds to one's life. Who hasn't had a rough childhood in some way or another? But don't let it define you in a limiting way. Instead, use it as a bouncing off experience to what you do want. Use that emotional power to be determined to live a good life! That's the key to it all.

In the finance group I was attending the other day, we were having a mass debate around whether we would buy or not which shares and such which. What struck me (although it shouldn't have surprised me...), is that you had passionate, convincing arguments on both sides!

The thing is, you can base your arguments on either side and both could be well supported in your evidentiaryness but you just don't know. You have to just trust in your own thesis and hypothesis!

Both could be experts and have all the experience and knowledge in the world to support, but you just never know! You just have to come up with your own belief system and see how it goes.

Personally it feels better to be right (or wrong) because of your own convictions and passions than to simply follow along because you think someone else maybe better than you. Obviously it varies but generally speaking that is what works for me!

So get out there, data gather and develop your own opinions and align with them and see what happens. Believe, trust and have confidence in self!

Interesting but not surprising... The vibration of finance attracts good finance!!! Xxx

You gotta love divine timing! A few days ago I was at a finance Meetup- it was my first one and I loved it! Being around like-minded individuals, hashing it out and discussing topics of personal interest is just so wonderful!

I'm carving out what I do and don't like about it and how I can enhance my own teachings for next year.

Anyhoo, I had a really great couple of hours with them and immersed myself completely.

I then head to work and check my account and lo and behold I've been overpaid! Turns out, if your employer made a mistake they are still legally entitled to claim it back (not that I was going to but still... lol!).

Anyhoo, I checked the next day with my manager and he said it was tax rebate! How cool is that?! I don't ever remember receiving a tax rebate directly, it usually is a cheque or straight to my dad if I even get one!

But as I know, when you spend your time in a good place and allow your vibration to rise, good stuff can flow in.

So really do do more fun, uplifting, enthralling things. Make enjoyment your key, then when the good stuff happens, it's the icing on the cake!

All is well!!!

A most hugest, massive thank you to you all for this year, it was a wonderful last Birmingham session to close the year and start putting good intentions for 2017! All is so very well!!!

Some highlights of the night:

- Be easy about it! You're not supposed to be perfect (though you are perfection!). You'll have your ups and downs, and issues, but it's all alright. You're doing your best and that's good enough!

- Work on it! One way of aligning with what you want is to do the work, be positive, do the lists of appreciation, visualisations and all that stuff. Til you feel your being sing with goodness about your desire. Or...

- Surrender! Let it go, bless it with love, make your peace with it and do your best to forget about it. Trust that the Universe has got your back and will deliver your desires for your highest good in its most perfect time.

- Still loving the 55 x 5 technique. Write a short sentence about what you would like- e.g. I am so appreciative of my ideal partner. Handwrite it 55 times for 5 nights, then forget about it. Your desire might morph, develop or stay the same, just see how it feels and allow it in!

Again, a huge thank you Birmingham for this amazing year. We continue to grow from strength to strength! Enjoy your Xmas and happy 2017!!!

I love looking at discographies and seeing how my fave music stars are doing and if the world's choices align with mine. And good old Wikipedia provides this information with the greatest of ease!

So I was checking some of the world's biggest stars and their charting past singles and albums and I was quite surprised that a good number of releases haven't hit that high on the hit parades!

Yes, obviously they are still widely successful with millions and millions of sales but they still have a good number of 'failures' in their ammo.

So if they can't achieve wild success all the time (maybe Adele is one of the exceptions), then definitely don't be hard on yourself if you have some things which don't work out for you!

Don't be put off when things don't go your way and definitely don't let the fear of failure stop you from giving something a go in the first place!

You are constantly adding to your vibrational escrow of wants and desires. This Vortex of well being packed to the brim of stuff you want is there for you and the more you know what you don't want, the more good stuff you add to it.

Just release any negativity as best you can. Focus on all the good and what you've gained and eventually success will flow your way!

So, in preparation for my upcoming finance course that I'm so excited to teach, I'm still fine tuning the feel of it, what I want to include and the underlying vibration of it all. With so much possibility there's a lot to decide!

I went to a wonderful finance class and it was so lovely to be with other like minded beings. But more so, it helped me gain more clarity on how I wanted to run things and what I would and wouldn't want to include in my course.

And that's what you want to do with life. Contrast isn't a bad thing- it's what you need to carve out what you want from life. If you didn't know what you don't want, you wouldn't know what you do want.

Purposefully go out there and try different things, mix with different people and experience different activities. You may have a wonderful time, you may have God awful time but you'll have more definition and knowledge about what makes you tick.

And to know thyself is one of the most important things ever!

I was watching a TV interview and although I could be wrong, I swear one of the interviewees fancied one of the other chatees! They were making jokes and telling stories and such which, in order (well I thought) to get the attention of the lovely lady.

But, it looked as though it was totally lost on her (she was kinda a few leagues above him to be honest lol).

It struck me that all that work when it was completely being ignored. But then part of the whole rush of that is not the other persons reaction but the adrenaline kick of it for the woo-er.

You see, you don't love the other person, but you love the way they make you feel. In other words, the way you get focused upon them in that way which provides that surge of feeling.

So at the end of the day, it's really very little to do with them and all to do with you!

It's about your alignment between you and you and your focus that generates that flow. So, write everyone out of the equation and only use them as focal points, all the while knowing it's only you and you that matters.

A huge, huge thank you to all who came along to activate the goodness and the positivity that is humanity! A stand for goodness when all the craziness is going on out there! It was a most wonderful start to the end of the year, enjoy your December and let's rock in 2017!

A smattering of points from the infinite wisdom there is today:

- It's only money honey! There'll be more... Be light and easy about yo abundance. The Universe has you covered, the infinite well of flow can overfilleth your cup. Just trust and take some aligned, inspired action. Be easy about it and work bit by bit.

- If you trust in God/The Universe then you trust in divine timing. If you believe and know there is a higher force working for your greatest good, then you must trust that their timing is impeccable. Breathe easy and when you can release that resistance, let it go and flow.

- It's been the best of years, it's been the worst of years! This may have been a great year or it could been pure sheet but all is well. You've expanded all the more because of it and what's waiting for you is bigger and better!

- Believe, but then forget about it! Knowing that your goodness is taken care of and on its way is great for letting things in. Also, just forget about it, focus on something else and see what shows up!

- Such and such... Or something better. When intending for stuff, end it with 'this or something better!' This aligns your intention with receiving what is for your highest and bestest good!

As always, there is so much love and appreciation here for you all. Thank you so much for continuing to come along, support, share and see the best in life.

Humans cheat and lie... But that's your world!!! I see it differently... Xxx

I am loving the channel 4 series Humans- and yay to the new series. It delves into what it is to be human and conscious, to think and to feel.

One of the main characters was half synth (robot) and half human. He needed some help but had really closed his heart off to humans. His more optimistic synth friend tried to convince him otherwise, saying words to the effect of 'To you, humans lie and cheat, but I see the world differently.'

And ain't that the truth! Your personal construct of the world will dictate how you interact and therefore impact what you attract and how things react to you.

Your past experience may have been that certain things have been in a certain way, so that creates what you believe and so forth.

But, the bottom line is, and what we want for you is to create what you want to believe in your mind first. Let this become your dominant expectation and vibration and then go out into the world.

Expect good things to happen, expect the best in people, expect abundance to flow into your life with great ease.

Create the world you want through your thoughts, feelings and actions and then go out into the world!

All is well!!!

So many ways to parent!!! But they usually all want the same outcome!!! Xxx

I was watching Anne Robinson interview a myriad of parents about their diverse and somewhat extreme methods of parenting. They ranged from the laissez faire to the more dictatorial- get up early and go go go!

Some of the parents did a swap and got to spend time in the opposite environment where they realised they could take bits from the others that they thought they would like to implement with their own kids.

In conclusion, the parents had a discussion and they all agreed that all they were doing was trying to raise kids who were happy and confident. And that's what most parents out there are doing.

Ultimately, and it may definitely not have felt like it, everyone, including parents are trying to do their best. Louise Hay- who had an awful childhood looked into the way her parents were raised and realised that how on earth could they show love, when they weren't show any growing up?!

Do your best to forgive and forget and appreciate anyone who has contributed to your contrast as they have helped create the bigger and brighter future that is waiting for you.

You will never get it done and you can never get it wrong! If you look at the mega rich and 'successful' they still continue to get out there and mix it up. Does Beyoncé need to create another multimillion dollar tour? Does Britney need another smash hit? Does Apple really need to create another tech gadget? The answer is 'probably not', but the calling and moreness that is life will not allow them to stop!

Plus, they get so used to being at that top level, that it's natural for them to continue whatever it is they love to do. In Katy Perry's documentary, she said that she needs to keep reminding herself what an amazing life she has- which one would've thought was pretty obvious considering her career trajectory! But as she's so up to speed, all those hits and millions of dollars feels normal to her!

There'll always be some adventure and experience you'll want to do because that is life itself! The trick is to make peace with where you are and be positively expectant of what's ahead!

Fat or carbs??? Another facet to the age old debate... Xxx

I was watching yet another health programme on Iplayer and this time the guy was investigating whether a fatty diet was better than carbs. This involved being able to eat any fats as long as they were natural (he had lashings of delicious cracking!), vegetables but no carb-y things such as breads, pastas and potatoes oh my!

He did lose a bit of weight and it apparently is good for cholesterol but the docs weren't keen on taking this type of diet over the long term as the effects were unproven.

It's minefield isn't it?! Who knows what to eat and what not, the government keeps changing their minds- what is good one decade is poison the next and so on.

Everyone needs to work out what works best for them (if in doubt there are wonderful professionals out there). There is not one solution for everybody as everyone has their own biological, spiritual and emotional make up. It's your job to eke out what's best for you!

I was watching a programme called 'A world without Down's Syndrome.' The presenter who had a child with Down's, was investigating the testings in place for the syndrome for pregnant mothers and the impact it might have as most all would terminate the pregnancy.

It was really touching as she loves her own child so much and can't understand why it is seen as OK to wipe this condition and the potential impact of that. She is really perplexed and baffled as to why there is so much against it.

Each being has their own intentions coming into this physical experience. Whether it's Down's or autism or gender, sexuality, it doesn't matter. It's these powerful creators who are teaching us that they needn't or couldn't change to make anyone else happy.

We need to love unconditionally. In the grand scheme of things none of it matters, the life, the death, the joy or sadness. It's just a blip of experience in the eternalness that is you. Just do the best to enjoy it.
