I remembering studying prejudice in Psyche A Level and if I'm not mistaken one of the ways to reduce it is positive exposure to that which one is prejudice about. It's ignorance which is probably the most powerful contributors to divisiveness. A presumption that the other person of whatever difference is the bad one.

But you just gotta get over it! Everyone is an individual, you can't blanket everyone and put it in the same box! Get out there and expose yourself (so to speak!) to as much diversity as you can and learn, learn, learn!

I was watching a documentary about bacteria and obviously they don't have the best reputation! There are some crazy super bugs out there, but a lot of them are apparently good for us (Yakult anyone?!).

Much like life, most everything is just good or bad- it's just that polarity which exists as part of being in the Universe!

There is unwanted and wanted and you can turn your attention to anything you want. It's all out there vying for your attention!

I was listening to the wonderful stories at group and the topic of free food came up. People who went to Pret got a free coffee and such which! I believe that if the staff like you in certain restaurants they can give you free stuff! It was a reminder that being nice can pay dividends ha!

But not just for the free food, but it's nice to be nice. It's when I'm in that fun, playful, positive mode that I laugh and play with the counter staff and have landed a bit of free food in my time!

Be naturally inspired and fun loving and playful and see what happens.

I believe, that ultimately we are all varied extensions of the divine- looking at the news and what's going on in the world, it's easier to think that we're not anywhere near related to each other. But at the core of it, we are all the same.

Everyone's just trying to do their best, everyone's trying to feel better and come into alignment with what they want and do what they can to get through this life.

So when someone irritates you or gets you mad, then just remember that it's just you and you and what it activates within you.

Rejection, messing up, failure and getting things wrong- not the nicest feeling but it comes with being alive! If anything's going to happen, then you gotta do something. If two people want to enter into a contract then someone's got to step forward and make and offer!

But, if no one does anything for fear of rejection, then nowt happens. And that's just plain sad! So get out there and mix it up, you'll never get it wrong and you can never get it done. Just trust that the Universe has your back no matter what, you're never alone nor abandoned, even if it may feel that way.

Between work, DJ, groups and stuff I don't have much time, especially to meet up with friends and go for a boogie! But I did make an extra effort to go out and it was sooo much fun! It really brings me into the moment. It's just about having letting go, forgetting your cares and just being!

Whatever it is for you that brings you in the moment and let go of your troubles and worries. Taking yourself out of your mind and just being in the body and cutting loose- so much fun! It does wonders for your brain and body.

We've all been guilty of avoiding things which we know are good for us (or at least we believe to be!), whether it's going to a positive group, gym, dance class or whatever, we can get into the mentality of 'oh tomorrow' or we find an excuse to not do it. But it would serve us to push ourselves a little and do things which feel good!

Go for a walk in nature, do some reading, sewing or something positive that will lift you to new levels of well being. Try something new, something old and something not so borrowed! Do whatever it takes to get in a good place for your body and mind. And see what happens!

Lighten the fook up people! We can take life far too seriously! I know I do, it's going from one thing to another without taking the time to breathe and appreciate. It's being on that treadmill of life and getting stuck in the cycle of work, family, maintain.

But we forget that we're here for only a short while and that it's all for the experience. We need to take time out to dance, play, run, skip, laugh and so much more! It doesn't cost you anything to seek humour in a situation.

And not only does it feel good, it lines you up with your stuff!

Ultimately, when all is said and done, I like to believe that everyone's inherently good. Yes, they may not always act that way and may be quite mean towards you, but ultimately when all is said and done, everyone's just trying to make their way through life.

People will give you what you expect from them, so do your best to relax and keep a positive attitude. It doesn't mean be a doormat, it means having a clear vibration so strong that they cannot give you anything but the best of themselves.

Fears suck! It's not a great feeling when you're scared of something, however they are indicative of a lot- maybe it's something that you really shouldn't be following and it's keeping you safe, it might also let you know when you're being irrational.

Sometimes, it's also things you might want to lean into and try to overcome. You might have a fear of conflict, or public speaking, neither or which are inherently bad things but the underlying reason for that terror may not be warranted.

So gently does it, take baby steps towards it and then you'll probably realise that it ain't so bad after all and then the fear loses it's power and you can move forward in love and strength!

The adage of the rich get richer is rather interesting. I was speaking with an architect who seemed to be very well off giving his opulent house and smart teched abundance and he was telling me about all the various ways he saves money. From Uber referrals to collecting in airmiles in some very clever ways.

It begged the question 'do he need it?' but then it followed, that's why he got so rich in the first place. He made the system work for him, he used some inventive and creative ways to save money and thus he had a lot more of it!

There's always a way to make life work for you. It doesn't have to be big, but whatever you can to turn into a 'make it work' person as opposed to a 'million reasons why it won't!'

It’s a horrible truism but the worse it gets, the worse it gets. Unless you take a conscious effort to undergo change you’re going to get stuck in a rut. With others, you can’t help those who won’t help themselves. You can take a horse to water but you can’t make them drink. In other words, you can bring and do all you can for someone else but ultimately, they have to choose whether to take the positive action.

And there’s only so much you can do! If they won’t do anything then you just gotta leave em be! You just got to love them and let them to their own devices. If you’re the lifeguard and the person keeps pulling you down, you’ve got to let them be, otherwise you’ll drag yourself down.

​Abe has on many an occasion said to stop arguing for your limitations! And whilst I have heard it, it didn’t hit me as particularly meaningful, I was speaking to a friend who did just that and I got it!

We were trying to help a friend who was having a bit of a strong contrasty time! I kept on offering a large number of possible of solutions to which they pretty much shot all of them down for one excuse or another.

It was then that ‘arguing for your limitations’ came into mind.

Stop doing that! Stop coming up with excuse after excuse as to why something won’t work or why you shouldn’t do something. Become a solution, positively focused person! And know that you can achieve what you want, no matter what!

I had a bit of a run in with a new friend and it was not at all comfortable! Totally disrupted my sleep, I do not like confrontation at all and it kept the old noggin whirring through the night.

I managed to focus in the day and get off into a good space and it was when I checked my email that I saw that I had ‘accidentally’ been copied in on Esther and her team’s email! What a most wonderful fun sign of alignment.

It’s a powerful, loving demonstration that the Universe has got my back. Out of all of the thousands of if not millions of people that were on their email bank, it came to lil ol me! Such fun!

​I was reading a book about dealing with insecurity, attachment theory and all that such which. One of the quotes which struck me was ‘When others treat you in line with your self perceptions, you feel validated and it feels comfortable even if it is painful.’

The same applies to any manifestation you get! You have certain patterns of being and default things that you attract. And so, you get used to it and you have your groove set. And life will give you things which are inline with your perceptions and because you’re used to it, it would feel comfortable to you even if it’s painful!

So, the goal is to change your mindset, your expectations and what you would like and go beyond your past and then life will bring to you that which is inline with your positive expectations!

I was watching The Magicians on Amazon Prime. Whilst the ‘proper’ magicians get to go to the fancy school, the others are relegated to the streets and become hedge witches. One of the lead characters was having a bit of an existential crisis and was saying to one of the other souls what if she isn’t a real magician?

To which the other soul says ‘So what??? Who cares? Just do it!’

And we say the same with life- ‘who cares? Just do what you do!’ It doesn’t matter. Forget about the end result or what it will lead to, just do it, get on with it and whatever will be, will be.

Every experience, everyone and everything is some sort of reflection of you. Especially when things are funky. Use it all as a learning tool to bring it to your attention what needs to be worked on. If things aren’t working quite as well as you’d like or things keep coming up in a pattern, go deep and examine what it is about yourself that keeps attracting it.

Once you’ve got past the hurt, pain or whatever negative emotion it is that has come up. Sit and analyse what it is that you can improve about your vibration and feeling. Once it stops, then you know you’ve changed it.

So funny, I was having some sort of emotional blocks or something as a few people I wanted to hear from but were annoying me and the more I didn’t hear back, the more I got annoyed and energetically I blocked it.

Anyhoo, I had a great group, totally let it all go, then within those few hours, I heard back from all the people I needed to without even trying. There were a variety of extenuating circumstances for why they couldn’t get back.

So it was everything to do with me energetically, but nothing to do with me physically. And the Law Of Attraction says that- everything that you’re attracting is some reflection of self.

Let it all go and start to feel good!

Whether you’re spiritual or you think it’s a whole load of carp matters not! If you’re going to make it through this life, especially in this particular day and age, you need a good head on your shoulders. The ability to keep a clear, strong, centred self of beingness is invaluable and quite literally the difference between life and death.

With so many competing factors for your attention, the 24/7ness of life, the insta-face-twit-craziness of it all, it doesn’t take much work to feel bad about yourself simply by comparison! So as not to drive yourself nuts- brain training is great for this. Practise well being and mental flow!

​Don’t forget- you’re human! You’re bound to get it wrong! In fact, as JK Rowling said failure is inevitable unless you have lived such a sheltered non failured life that you might not as well have lived at all!

You’re going to make mistakes and mess up and feel sad and depressed but what can ya do? You just have to make the best of it. That’s Step 1 of the creation, life process. The knowing what you don’t want so you know what you do want!
