Do something... Anything on a daily process!!! You'll thank yourself in the end!!! Xxx

I don't like to tell peoples what to do with their lives (well, usually!). But after having seen the benefits of having a daily practise, I cannot recommend it enough.

When I first started this work, many moons ago, I committed to doing 30 consecutive days of processes. For me, this meant: waking up, doing 10 mins ish of breathing/meditation, a couple of focus wheels, reading a rampage (uplifting passage from a book/something I wrote) and a short list of positive aspects.

That was some 8 odd years ago and I've done my processes ever since. It's just a nice touch base with self and reminder to be conscious about where I'm vibrating. And I figure ten or so mins a day, multiplied by 365 days a year, multiplied by 'x' number of years, must amount to a lot of time spent in positivity- which can only be a good thing!

The other side effects have been quite good and surprising. I wouldn't have described myself as disciplined (even to this day not so much!), but it really helped instil in me a good habit. It has inspired me keep up a daily blog, keep on top of the FT and City AM and deal with other bits and pieces which I wouldn't have done with as much ease as before.

Abraham was saying that when Esther first started receiving them, she wasn't nearly up to speed. But Esther started meditating on a daily basis and it was 9 months until she started getting into a higher frequency which put her in alignment to express what Abraham was communicating to her.

So, whatever your goal is, if you can start doing something on a daily basis, it can really help. That's the '30 day challenge'- pick some processes or whatever you wish to do and try it for 30 consecutive days. Hopefully you'll be so inspired by the time you've completed the month, that you'll want to do more!

If you forget to do a day, just continue the next day as normal. Or if you're really hard on yourself then you can start again from day 1 lol. But the goal isn't to punish yourself. Ideally, it'll be so fun you wanna do more from wherever you are.

Have fun with it, try to keep your commitment and see what happens!

Happy daily-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

You are never too old, or too young or too whatever to make a change!!! Xxx

It was lovely yesterday at the group. One of the gents introduced himself saying he was always the oldest in the groups or wherever he goes. That didn't really phase us as he said it, but when he proclaimed he was 90 years old- our heads exploded lol. He had so much wonderful energy, brilliance and greatness. He appeared wayyyy younger. He listens to The Secret everyday and just loves this stuff!

Especially nowadays, this stuff is so accessible to everyone. It really doesn't matter what stage of life you're at. You can always work from your point of now. It doesn't matter how good or how awful you think you've been, whether you've been a self sacrificing giver or selfish as anything. You are loved and perfect at all times. But more importantly, who gives a poo?! We make far too much of this!

What we want for you is to enjoy life, have fun more, relax more, exhilarate more. As you do so, you'll be more in alignment and you'll draw more and more good to you!

Be nicer to yourself, you are always doing the best you can and that's good enough. There is no overlord keeping score (or at least I don't think so!), there is just expansion between self and self. You'll realise it now or when you transition, we just prefer it for you sooner rather than later. For no other reason that because you can do it now!

So ask yourself what you enjoy and would like to do- and do it! Life is to be enjoyed!

Happy age-ing!!!

First of all a big round of applause to Gunita for launching her BWEC group today (inspired by yours truly!). It was a beautifully warm circle of ladies who came and supported each other and took life to new heights!!!

And a huge wonderful thank you to the amazing, beautiful, fabulous people who came along to our first HYL/LOA group. As always, a really wonderful, warm, supportive fab bunch of people.

We had a wonderful mix of people- a business lady, card designer, a 90 year old, the list goes on! A most brilliant afternoon.

We did my fave money and cheque game. These are magical fun cheques that you can download from 'The Secret' website. Write a huge amount and then think of all the wonderful ways you can distribute it- Spend/Save/Invest/Donate. Feel that wonderful feeling of abundance and prosperity flowing to you and through you. You begin to realise your priorities- maybe you like sharing and nurturing, perhaps you don't need much at all to make you happy or even, that it's about high time you treat yourself and take care of you! All this helps you do is free up your thinking and expand your consciousness.

We then looked at things which help relax you and things which you enjoy.

It's so important to spend time doing what you enjoy. Things that you love, which feed your soul and relax you. As we grow older and get caught up with children, mortgages, jobs etc it can be really easy to be sucked in and lose yourself. But as a wonderful nutritionist once said so me 'You matter too!' So first, work out what you enjoy and second, carve out some time to do it!

As you do more good feeling things, you'll feel brighter and more vibrant, as you feel better, you'll draw more good stuff to you. And the cycle continues!

Thank you all so much, keep up the amazing work, the connections and friendships which are now in place.

Go forth and have fun!!!

Happy Huddersfield-ing!!!

All my love, Nick Xxx

Your thoughts are energy too!!! Just ask them Einstein rods!!! Xxx

28/8/2015

The author of E2- Pam Grout was being interviewed by the hysterical Jessica Ortner for her podcast and they were talking about the field of energy.

Pam spoke about Einstein rods- which to my understanding, can be basically two metal coat hangers bent to make divining devices. They are lightly held in each of your hands. She said that when you think a negative thought, the rods move in one way and when you think positive thoughts, they move in another.

This reminded me of an experiment Susan Jeffers wrote about in her amazing book 'Feel The Fear And Do It Anyway.' She got someone to repeat a negative statement e.g. 'I am weak and unworthy' over and over again. She then got them to stick out their arm and resist it when she tried to push it down. Invariably the arm was weak and got pushed lower. However, when she got them repeat a positive statement, she couldn't force the arm down!

What these experiments highlight is that negative have an impact, as do positive thoughts. There is a marked difference in the energy and results given out by the different types of thinking.

To take it further, we want you to think good thoughts because of the way it feels and not what will manifest. When you're feeling and thinking good, you're in the flow, in alignment with who you really are and this is what we want for you lots and lots!

The offshoot of that is things will go better for you, you'll feel more upbeat and confident. And then you'll know the Universe is on your side. (It always is by the way, it's just are you on the same vibrational frequency as it!).

So do your best to think and feel better. Bit by bit, easy does it.

All is well!

Happy Einstein-ing!!!

Impossibility is a kiss away from reality... Sense8 rocks!!! Xxx

27/8/2015

So let me preface this by raving about the Netflix series Sense8. It is done by the Wachowski siblings (of Matrix fame) and a whole team of fab people. Anyhoo, it is basically about a group of individuals based around the planet who are joined psychically. They are unaware that they are all connected, all they get is various flashes of sounds, images and sensations from the other people to whom they are linked. The series follows these people in their various cities. It really is quite amazing!

One particular couple is Nomi (a male to female transgender) and her girlfriend Amanita. Nomi is not only under pressure due to her gender change but she is being locked up in hospital against her will and they are going to operate on her brain!

All that mixed in with her psychic visions is starting to convince her that she may in fact be mad! Thankfully Amanita is there to shine some love and sanity in her life. She doesn't know what's going on either but she supports her unconditionally.

Nomi is confiding in her that she thinks she may actually be going gaga. Amanita replies by saying that not too long ago someone like herself- with her wild hair, with her desires, with her falling in love with another woman- would've been thought to have been impossible. But then they found each other and she realised that impossibility is just a kiss from reality.

As we know Nomi isn't insane but leading edge! It's just the people around her are slamming her down and she starts to doubt herself.

It can be lonely on the leading edge- whatever that is for you- spirituality, technology, music, art, business etc. If you come at life differently then just keep at it. Don't let anyone else tell you otherwise! I've always come at life from my own perspective which varies from most people and have experienced tons of 'OMG WTF are you on?!' But what can ya do?!

So just be you, whoever that is. Stand tall, be proud and forget the rest!

All is so well with you!!!

Happy Sense8-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

It was the best of times... It was the worst of times... It was the quickest of times... Technologically speaking!!! Xxx

The other morning I was putting some Abe on YouTube to uplift me spirits! And it was quite interesting. This lady was commenting to Abraham how technology was going at such a rapid pace and if memory serves me, she wasn't all that comfortable with how fast it was all unfolding.

Fair enough! We do live in tremendously instant paced era. You can contact most anyone, anywhere with a few clicks of a whatsapp, Facebook button!

But then what struck me when I looked at the video's description was that it was posed in 1992! (OMG! Almost a quarter of a century ago! Man how time flies!). I then recalled another Abe clip where Esther was reading a book about the same sort of thing. World crisis, too much tech etc. But what struck her was that was written years and years ago!

Isn't that interesting?! Nowadays it really does feel that technology and all sorts of things are going at breakneck speed, far faster than many can keep up with. But what's being highlighted here is that the now always feels that way! Because now is all we have and is the most developed we will be. We are always going to be expanding and pushing forth because that is the very nature of who we are.

And it really comes down to your two options of reacting. You can either get upset and complain or you can sift and sort through what there is and make the best of it!

And how far we've come as a planet. It has never been easier to be interconnected with our loved ones across the globe. At our fingertips we have most everything we need to live a powerful, easy life. You don't even need to leave home for most things.

The trick is to filter and focus upon things which you enjoy, which support the best of who you are and what you love. Because you could go through the rest of your life lamenting that it isn't like the 'good old days' or you can revel in the tremendous diversity that surrounds you!

All is well and will continue to be!!!

Happy technology-ing!!!

It involves work to be great, but then, it ain't work!!! Xxx

As I look out into the world and see the people at the top of their field, I notice that they work it. There ain't no two ways about it! NB I say work, but not effort. Life should be easy and fun especially within this school of thought, but it usually isn't without some sort of inspired action (inspired being the pivotal word!).

The musician who creates their music, the businesswoman and her projects and so on. They may spend endless hours doing what they do without a break but it is a labour of love.

I think what I'm getting at, is to live a good, focused life, then it would serve you to be conscious and 'work' on your vibration as much as you can. There are a plethora of techniques, books and processes that you can do- even distraction tools, such as dancing, music and movies- when used consciously can be incredibly effective for lifting you to new levels.

We are wanting you to be able to decide how you feel then look out into the world. Not look out to the world and then letting that dictate how you feel. A tremendous difference there!

A lot of people have come to my groups for years and I am so appreciative! And big props to them. I always feel so refreshed and topped up after a class and it inspires me to do more. I just love it so much!

So, find somethings that you just love!!! And do that more. Follow your soul's calling!

All is so well!

Happy work-ing!!!

The Post Office at war!!! Who's right??? They all are!! Xxx

24/8/2015

On Iplayer, they have a show following the changeover of the Post Offices. A community institution, it really seems to inspire great emotion within people!

As it stands, with the Internet, emails and general change about, the good old postie business is not doing at all well. So head office are going round basically saying, you have to modernise or move on!

Especially for the small villages, their local is an institution within their community. The staff know the regulars and vice versa like family.

But in this day and age, it looks impossible to be able to sustain things as they are. They are given a choice between modernising and incorporating an extra convenience-esque shop or being paid off and retiring from that branch.

So, you have both sides pulling back and forth, quite aggressively!!! The Post Office company are trying to keep it alive and going and the local workers are trying to keep their branch as they know and love it!

Both sides of the story are both right, but the other think the other is wrong.

In your own life of dilemmas, you have to follow your gut and take the path of least resistance. So, make the most of it and do your best to adapt to the situation. Or move on with as little resentment as possible and know something greater is out there.

But the more you fuss and fight and try to get everyone to agree that you are being wronged (even though you may very well be!), the more you lock off your vibration and block all that is waiting for you in your vibrational escrow.

Let it go! Let it go!!!

All is flowing to you, just allow it!!!

Happy Post Office-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

But isn't all this stuff selective recognition???!!! Well, indeed it is!!! Xxx

23/8/2015

Some doubters of Law Of Attraction might say it is just selective focus, sifting and choosing whatever it is to prove to ourselves that what we believe to be true is true!

And we say 'Yup! Sure is!' Because that's what life is at the end of the day. What do you choose to be true for you? It is all self fulfilling prophecy.

Richard Wiseman studied luck and he found the only difference between those who were 'lucky' and 'unlucky' were how they considered themselves to be so. They were all presented with the same situations, opportunities and tasks. The 'lucky' ones spotted the winning bits and the 'unlucky' ones completely skipped past it. The ones who found their great relationships were those who went to parties and made a lot of friends, not those who were desperately searching and ruling out anyone who wasn't relationship material.

So you see dear ones, we want you to be selective sitfters. We want you to remember and activate the times when things worked out for you, we want you to keep an eye out and an ear to the ground for all the wonderful aspects of any situation you're in.

Then the line will blur between what you are creating, attracting and what is being delivered to you. Because it will all be good- because you can perceive it so.

Enjoy it all and lighten, at the end of the day, who really gives a poop?! All is well!

Happy recognition-ing!!!

Thank you HYLE-ers!!! What an amazing afternoon we all had together!!! Love you all!!! Xxx

Thank you HYLE-ers!!! What an amazing afternoon we all had together! Leading edge techniques, tools and discussions to take our consciousness and beingness to new levels!!!

Today, Nina covered Mindfulness:

She opened with a demo of her wonderful juggling skills- which represented the train of thought that we can get stuck in. And highlighting the fact that you can change it. Jump on a different train and change it to a positive thought.

Mindfulness has different layers- being aware, observing and noticing your feeling. Be in the third person, looking in as you make the changes from this new viewpoint.

She then led a most delicious chocolate meditation. We had a Malteser in our mouth and just held it there. It helped us be aware of our bodily sensations and draw us into the moment.

We then covered neuroplasticity- which is the creation of neuron pathways which make our beliefs. For example when learning a language, the more you practise the easier it gets because of the mental pathways.

Once you observe what you're doing, this is when you can change the story of your life and what you're creating. So just get out there and do it now! No time like the present.

Kristina then led her session on values and beliefs.

- Identify your values. A value is what is important to you. It's a good idea to know what yours are as they are part of your motivations. It's also very helpful to try and work out what others' are- this provides you with a 'map' of their world and can provide great empathy if they are acting out or being a big old beat-ch!

List your top 10 values. Then your main five then whittle it down to your most important.

When you reflect on this, look at how it fits in with your goals as this will align with your action. Or notice if there is misalignment in your values and actions. This will show you what's flowing and what's not.

Beliefs- as noted by Anthony Robbins- the most important belief you will ever hold is about yourself.

Beliefs lead to feelings which lead to behaviours. Changing your beliefs can change your life. Write down some positive and negative beliefs you have about yourself.

Then carry out a review. What evidence do you have about your positive beliefs about yourself? Look for as many things to support this view.

Now look at the negative beliefs. What is it costing you on a daily basis? If you believe this world is unsafe, then you'll go round guarded, not willing to interact with all the wonderful people who could cross your path. And how wonderful would life be if you can change it?

She asked us to write down our beliefs in relation to a variety of subjects. Then to go through each one and ask if we'd like to change it. Does it serve us?

Maria covered some of Louise Hay key points of philosophy.

- What you send you out you get back. Key tenet of all things here. Life will reflect to you what is going on inside of you.

- Our thoughts create. A thought is like a drop of water. The more drops of water, the bigger it become until before you know it, it becomes a river!

- The morning is one of the most powerful points of the day. Maria makes sure she is grateful and happy before she even gets out of bed.

- We are worthy of love. And self approval and acceptance are key to positive change.

- An affirmation is a thought, which creates a feeling, which is sent out to the Universe. Which is subsequently brought into our lives by experiences.

- Forgiveness opens the door to love. When we don't forgive we take on the victim role, but this is powerless. But now you can move to a more empowered state. No one can make you feel anything unless you give them the power to.

- Love is the most powerful energy in the Universe.

- Do it now! Don't wait until you've lost the weight, got the job etc. And if it's too soon and too difficult, then just preface it with 'I am willing...' When you do this with an open heart. The Universe will support you wholeheartedly!

Thank you for a most fabulous, loving, uplifting afternoon. We look forward to working with you again!!!

All is well!!!

Happy HYLE-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Procrastination- friend or foe??? You decide... Xxx

21/8/2015

Procrastination can be an issue for many. There are a few ways to look at it and more than a few ways to deal with it.

Abe's explanation is simply that the energy is not lined up. Either things aren't in quite the right space for optimum functioning and/or you're just not lined up with it- don't act before you're ready. They tell the story of Esther having to book many flights in one go but despite prodding from Jerry, she just didn't want to for some unknown reason. Then one night she got a internal push to call the agent up and boom! She booked a load of flights in no time- the booking person kept saying 'I do not believe this! Minutes ago, those seats weren't available!'

So whatever happens, you want to work from a place of as good feeling as you can. This could mean waiting til the time is right (although in some cases, you may feel the time is never right and put it off indefinitely!), or just working it into a better space and then jumping into it!

I know that after a group, a trip and doing other fun things, I'm in a more inspired place and can whizz through things and get tons done quickly.

Other times, especially back in the day when I hated revising and doing homework, it helps just to get a little bit done and just get a start on it. By doing this, you'll usually be inspired to do more. It isn't the thing itself that put you off, but the thought of doing it that was worse!

And release the need for perfection. Sometimes I just go the opposite and think 'Oh screw it, even if it's crap, I'll get it done and out the way!' By not holding yourself to such high standards, you give yourself permission to just get on with it. And chances are you'll be thinking 'What was all that fuss about?'

You'll hopefully then want to whizz through more stuff! I know that since I started teaching in a variety of cities, I just want to do more and more and more! Who cares how it all goes- it's just for the fun and experience of it all!

So see how you get on. Be easy about but give it a go!!!

All is well!!!

Happy procrastinate-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Kiss your reflection, remember that pure spirit you were and are!!! Xxx

I am just having the most fun time seeing, (from a comfortable distance) my gorgeous one year old nephew grow and develop! BTW props to the parents out there, OMG, it really is a 24/7 job!!! Wow!!!

Anyhoo, he's still exploring the world with endless curiosity- his fave toys being electronica! And he is just the cleanest, purest slate. He loves going to the mirror and kissing himself. He just is happy to run around is his birthday suit. He looks at us with excitement and love. He is just happy to be alive!

It really struck me, how there is no judgement, no one's told him he's too fat/thin/tall/short etc. So why not love how he looks in the mirror?! We should all do that a bit more!

What we want for you and a big part of the work that I encourage, is to look inwards and see what serves you. What do you choose to believe (and it is a choice!), despite how ingrained it may feel.

Does it serve you/feel good to think any of the following:

Money doesn't grow on trees
You are too fat/thin/unattractive
This world isn't safe etc

NO?! Didn't think so!!! Lol.

So just start to increase your awareness. And then do your best to train yourself to feel better! That really is the work.

Have fun with this. Love your reflection.

Happy self kiss-ing!!!

Love ya lots, Nick Xxx

Wow!!! There is so much diversity in this world- it still blows my mind!!! Xxx

I was at the Wellcome trust in Euston with the family and what an amazing place. They have all sorts of sciencey bits (even a display of sexology, oh la la!).

In one area, they have seats and blank cards for you to write on. One side is filled with a series of words e.g. Free, pill, medicine etc and on the blank side, you just pick one word and write or draw your interpretation of it.

There is then a wall with empty panels where you can place your freshly decorated creations for all to see. As I scanned through them, it really struck me just the sheer diversity of it all. Some did colouring, some did heavy imagery, others were more political. It really highlighted to me how everyone's perspective is so different.

Isn't that the most amazing thing? Of all the billions who exist and who have been before, there is not one is who could ever be exactly the same as you. That is something to take pride and excitement in. Shine forth for the world to see! You are the hope beyond the wall (Insurgent much?! Lol).

So enjoy the uniqueness that is you. No one can see the world in the way that you do. No one can teach the way you can. No one can create what you will. So revel in it. Enjoy the wondrousness that is yo'self!

Happy unique-ing!!!

Thank you Birmingham!!! OMG so powerful!!! I just loved the diversity and brilliance!!! Love it!!! Xxx

Wow!!! What an amazing, powerful group of brilliant people who came together tonight. I am just blown away by the greatness and wonderfulness of you all! So goodness!

We had such a range of wonderful stories: healing from terminal illness, perfect (and not so perfect) partners lol, abundance, jobs, working with and inspiring children. Wow! OMG, what a fabulous, eloquent group of people. LOVE YA!!!!

Some of the myriad of key points...

- General or specific? That is the question! Well, it all depends on where you are. My biggest piece of advice is to try as many techniques to work on the subject of your choice. If you wish to work on attracting your perfect relationship, then try visualising your perfect date, write about the qualities you'd like about them. If you're feeling doubtful or lack, then it's your system showing you you're not in the highest place about it. Then try surrendering it and forgetting about it for a while. If that doesn't work, then try making peace with where you. There's so many ways to work on these things but you and only you can see how you feel about it.

- It's all an indication, what you do about it is what matters. If something good or something bad happens, how do you react? It's ok if something goes 'badly', what is pivotal is how you react. Do you fall apart and blame yourself or do you take it on the chin and know you'll do better for the next time. You can't control anyone else but you can control what goes on within you- and that my dears is worth everything!

- If you always do what you've always done. You'll always get what you've always got. If you continue to take the same actions, thoughts and beliefs, then how can you expect a radically different outcome to what you've been receiving? Try something new. It might change your life, it might just help you become more focused about what you don't want. Either way, you'll be more clear minded and you'll have mixed it up a bit- and that's what life is about!

All is so very well with you!!! Life is good!

Happy mix-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

O.M.ACCA.G!!! Thank you London baby!!! Y'all is rocking this house!!! Love it so much!!! Xxx

O.M.ACCA.G!!! (Pitch Perfect anyone?! Lol!). What an amazing evening! I just love it! We could have talked all night, we could have talked all night and still have talked for more... (My Fair Lady anyone?! Lol!). We finally left over an hour after official finishing time, just chatting and listening to everyone's thoughts and life experience. WOW! So much diversity- I just love hearing other people's life experience- the law, art, property, homelessness, celebrity body guarding! Love it!!! Things I would never come across in my day to day life.

As always what a freaking powerful group! Oh wow, I just love this huge collection of leading edge co creators! I can't verbalise what an amazing feeling it is to be in such a wise, powerful energy with so many brilliant people. As always, give yourself a huge pat on the back with what you know, have shared and will take forward. All is so very well!

Some points o' wisdom:

- This shizzle works! If you're feeling good, then you're on the right path. If you keep on at it, you'll be given so many signs of alignment, just keep an eye out for it and keep up the good work!

- Just do what you can, when you can!!! You don't need to sit down and do some long ting processes all the time. If you feel poo, then change it! Do your best to just allow and let go. Try some mindful appreciation- what can you appreciate in the moment right now! There is always something to appreciate. It might just take a wee bit o' practise. All is well.

- Everyone has their path to feeling good, you may not agree with it but your life is your own to live. Let them live their life. Just see them in wellness and know everyone is doing their best. Your goal is stay in alignment with you.

- Acknowledge how well you're doing. Just by virtue of being here, you're conscious and brilliant. So chill the fook out!

All is so very well!

Happy chill-ing!!!

Love ya lots and lots, Nick!!! Xxx

I was at a baptism the other day. And whilst always a sweet event of welcoming a newborn into the world, it can be a bit laden with sin-this and sin-that (it was a Catholic one!).

Bracing myself for the inevitable, I was very pleasantly surprised when the priest gave a short spiel which was to the effect of 'Teach him to be afraid of nothing' and 'He was born out of love.' It was a lovely talk. It even had us commenting on it long after the ceremony was over.

It highlighted to me that within most schools of thought is positivity and life-affirmingness. I was raised Catholic so know all too well about the extollsion of virtues of being in this world of 'temptation.'

But at the core of all things, is the need to feel better. Whether that's the more extreme versions of beliefs (which seek to keep intact the way things were), or the more liberal schools of thought which focus on the wonder of how things could be.

So, sift and sort, sift and sort! Take from each system that which you do like. And if you're really not onboard with any of that, then use it to clarify what you don't want. And there's great value in that too!

Have fun with this!!!

Happy sort-ing!!!

This week was a lovely week, I had my Manchester group then my Liverpool group within the space of a couple of days. Although it had only been maybe just over a week since my last group, I was missing it!

As always I had a wonderful time with some really lovely people. Whilst obviously I hope my group members enjoy it all, personally I have such a great time, even to this day I still gain so much from it!

One of the processes I taught was the debt/weight release. You basically list all the things you could do to help towards you goal. Then write them in order from easiest to hardest and each time you complete a task, you give yourself a tick, a star, something which is encouraging. And so, the idea is, the more you do, the more you want to do. It's gaining that positive momentum. It's basically a checklist which helps focus you.

So I had been checking out this holiday but the price had gone up a bit so I let it go. When I got home after my group, BOOM, it had dipped! Woo! Love it when that happens.

A few days ago, I made a list of things I wanted to pay off. Then today, I received an unexpected cheque and BOOM! In one fell swoop I received more than enough to pay all of it off! How truly amazing!

Coincidence, self selective bias, alignment, vibration raising??? Who gives a sheet- I love it, whatever it is!!!

It still stuns me, the divine timing of it all. For me, it was just the correlation of speaking about the process, having done it myself, having that post group alignment and seeing it work so quickly. I just love that extra vibrational boost and confirmation of alignment.

Just keep the faith dear ones. Keep working and somehow, somewhere it will shift! It must, it is law!!!

Happy faith-ing!!!

Love you lots, Nick Xxx

It's all about the good vibes and mindset!!! Even the bookies and gamblers know this!!! Xxx

I was watching a BBC programme following around the bookies and gamblers. It was really interesting. Betting seems to have become a part of their blood. It is actually a lot less to do with the money than the thrills and spills and adrenaline rush.

Anyways, they were filming the manager of a successful branch who was transferred to the branch literally down the road which was performing well under what it should. As he went round cleaning and tidying, he said it was all about creating the 'good vibes' and the atmosphere. Because consciously or unconsciously, you become sensitive to your surroundings and you'll want to go to a place for the fun vibes- the friendly staff, the other great customers. If you're feeling unsafe, on edge and generally uneasy, then you're not going to want to visit that branch. Especially if there is another one just a few steps away! As it happens, he pulled in a ton of money for the struggling branch once he'd worked his magic.

The other chap they followed was a serious gambler- he wrote a column and provided betting tips for people to follow. He had been quite successful, winning several tens of thousands of pounds in a matter of days (though who knows if he was up in the longer term!). Anyhoo, he was showing the camera crew round his flat and he had his posters of his fave sports players all over the place. He said it was how he kept inspired and in a positive mind frame.

So isn't that interesting! You can find the same thread of being through all disciplines (and un-disciplines)!

You came for the thrills, the rush of being alive.

Have fun with this!

Happy vibe-ing!!!

Thank you all so much!!! I just love it all! A really leading edge, warm, friendly, supportive and fun group of people. I am always so touched and impressed by the loving support and greatness towards each of our attendees. This is truly the leading and loving edge!

Thank you for sharing yourselves, it takes immense courage and eloquence to open up to the group. I always feel like Oprah when people express their emotionality! Love it!

Some points from tonight:

- Line the energy up first and foremost. This doesn't mean sitting on your bootay all day, waiting for what you want to come into your lap (necessarily!). Nor does this mean you have to go out and wrestle it to the ground! It means do your best to get yourself into as inspired place as you can and then... As always, I've just finished a group and I feel like I can take on the world!

- Daily practise- it really helps to keep you focused and inspired. You don't have to, nor will you always feel like it but if you can it really helps. Meditation and a few lists of appreciation can go a long way to setting up your day. For me, I've been doing my daily processes for years. The unforeseen offshoot of that is it has helped me train myself to write this daily blog and other bits and pieces.

- Follow your passion- life is relatively short in the grand span of things. Or at least short enough for you not to be doing what you don't want to be doing 24/7. Even if you've got a job you 'need' to do but don't like, accept it's serving you for now. But carve out some time to do what you love- writing, art, cookery, sport, finance. Whatever speaks to your soul!

- Give yourself permission to be who you truly are!!! For so many years, or maybe even your entire life, you've had to listen to your parents, family, society, children etc, now it's time to listen to you and give yourself permission to be who you are. Whatever that is. Express yourself don't repress yourself peoples!!!

Enjoy the time you have on this wonderful physical plane. Enjoy the physicality of it all!

Happy rock-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

Put yourself out there, be vulnerable and you never know what wonderfulness will come about!!! Xxx

Good videos to watch are the TED talks by Brene Brown and Amanda Palmer (can be found on my resources page).

In this day and age where anyone can (unknowingly) be out there for anyone else to peruse, it seems that the desire and reception of authenticity is held in high regard.

We are all human and whilst we love stories of achievement and inspirationally good things happening, who doesn't just love a bit Schadenfreude (delight in another's misfortune). Ok, so that's a bit cruel. But it can be reassuring to know that everyone is human and can make mistakes, 'fails' on some level and has issues.

In this day and age, it can be tempting to put on a brave face and be the strong person that you think your loved one and/or society need you to be. But on the other hand, it's ok to ask for help! If you find a supportive teacher or friend then make the most of it. The more you can be you, the more people will love it.

Oprah, Louise and many others are open about their tough childhoods and it has endeared them to millions.

The thing is to just be open. There's a difference between complaining and working towards a solution. The vibration is completely different. One will keep you in it, one will help lift you out.

Strong introvert that I am (and you may be), I prefer to keep myself to myself in life but when it comes to this stuff, I'm an open book and I like to think people can connect with that.

If you're a freelancer, then being open, out there, honest and visible can help take you to new levels.

Try it and see. You are always loved and protected by all that is, so just let go of anyone else's response to you.

Happy vulnerable-ing!!!

Apologies for the slight tardiness!!! I know you're just waiting on the edge of your seat for my daily dose haha, but I just had the most crazy, fun train journey ever!!! No doubt I'll be blogging about it!!! Xxx

Wow!!! Another powerful group this evening. A wonderful mix of leading edge, A listers and eager, brave newbies!!!

What struck me and continues to strike me is how loving and kind and supportive everyone is. Rallying round with advice and support, inspiration and ideas for those who needed it. Powerful, powerful, powerful!!!

Some of the myriad of points covered:

- How do you know how you're doing unless you go through it again? As Louise Hay says, how do you know you've got that issue licked unless you deal with it again?! See how you react when something comes up again. If it floors you, then it's make a better plan for next time! If you're over it, then yay! Above all- be easy about it. Sometimes you're on top of the world, other times you're on knees with the best of them- as Oprah once declared to her audience. Be kind and loving to yourself!

- Perception and focus. You get to perceive and focus wherever you are. You can see the world and your immediate surroundings as flawed and wrong. Or you can see what is going right and your blessedness. You get to choose and you get to create your reality. What life do you want to live?

- Procrastination either means it's not the right time or you're not in the right space. When you feel inspired then act on it. For me, I can get a bit sluggish at times but usually after a group, class or something uplifting, I get a rush to do more and more. Vibe off this energy!

- Thank yourself, for being brave and committed for coming along. It takes a lot of courage and focus to come along and share your stories and the best of who you are.

You are all truly brilliant and great!!!

Thank you again for such an amazing evening! I love y'all!!!

Happy support-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

It can kinda be simplified into 'Are you having fun???' Xxx

10/8/2015

So I'm reading my stock market book and OMG, it's rather complicated- sell short, sell long, marketable limit order, stop loss order... What do it all mean???!!!

I was wondering is this how newbies to the Law Of Attraction feel?

I was thinking what was the simplest thing to get this Law Of Attraction stuff across to such a beginner. And it really does come down to- 'Are you having fun?' Or at least, like The Sound Of Music sings 'It's a very good place to start!'

The whole push behind this work, is to tune into how you're feeling. Because this is your guidance system. When you think about a subject, your emotions are letting you know where you are vibrating. And where you are vibrating is what you're ultimately attracting and what is occurring in your life.

So, for a complete beginner it really is worth asking yourself the question 'Am I having fun?' As much as you can.

With that information you can either change the situation, or more importantly, how you are viewing the situation.

So, you're enjoying an evening with your partner (real or imaginary!)... 'Am I having fun?'

You're sitting there terrified about your bank balance... 'Am I having fun?'

You're hating on your parents... 'Am I having fun?'

When you have your answer then you can do the work.

If the answer is 'Yes' then good! Keep doing that. If the answer is 'No' then do your best to shift your focus. In the example above of hating your parents. Then forget about them and focus on something good feeling. OR better yet, try to offer some love, some understanding or forgiveness.

If you could check in with how you're feeling and do your best to have more fun, to feel better, to feel good, then you'd be living an excellent life and would be well on your way to attracting what you are wanting.

See how you get on!!!

All is well no matter what!

Happy simplify-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

You take you wherever you go!!! That's a good thing... And sometimes a bad things!!! Xxx

So, as you may have realised, you take you wherever you go! This works in your favour (although sometimes it may not feel that way), because you can only operate from the point of self.

This is why generally, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. When you strike upon success, both vibrationally and consequentially in an action mode, you can usually apply and reapply your knowledge in the same field. Replicating the goodness over and over again. Why do you think Branson, Jobs, Trump, Sugar etc all have done so well in their numerous projects? They've applied their (due) diligence, time and time again. Though they have their 'failures' for sure, but it's all gone to help them learn more and more.

It can also seem to work against you, because if you're in a funk and can't get out of a rut, then it will just continue to spiral unless you somehow manage to break the spell! Which is why we recommend having a plethora of tools at your disposal for when things get bumpy!

This can be deliberate tools such as: lists of positive aspects, pre paving, vision boards etc... Or it could be distracting tools e.g. music, dancing, movies etc

Whilst you may feel like leaving your job/dumping your partner etc it can be the case that changing the situation will only provide some temporary relief.
And odds are, you'll recreate that same situation/feeling of dissatisfaction again. Not always, not all the time. But you see where we're going with this.

It is far better to try to reach a better feeling place in your mind first. And if you can train yourself in this, it will serve you far better than anything else.

Be happy with who you are. Be your own best friend. Love and support yourself. And then watch your good self flourish!

Happy you be-ing!!!

The Proms does Ibiza... Why do it, when you can make it at home for nothing??? Xxx

Did you catch my reference to the BBC comedy- 'Goodness Gracious Me'? Lol!

So, I was browsing BBC Iplayer and I saw the Proms Does Ibiza. That caught my attention. I kept an open mind as I thought I'd either love it or hate it!

As it turns out I absolutely LOVED it! It did one of my fave things ever- classical-dance fusion. Not to everyone's taste that's for sure, but I really enjoyed it.

I was telling one of my friends about it and they were not impressed! They basically said 'What's the point of having all that orchestra when you can make that music with very little equipment?!'

Which is kinda true! However, that begs the question 'Why do anything at all?!' Pretty much everything can and has been done before!

But you see, we are all ever expanding. You are always standing in a new vantage point, growing and learning. You came here to experience and have fun.

Does the world need yet another book, film, piece of art or music? Not so much! And yet it does! Your perspective is unique, never before has the Universe seen someone quite the same as you. Therefore, only you can offer something, in the way that you can offer it.

So forget about the ultimate utility of what you're doing- the end result. Instead focus on the exhilaration, the life flowing through you. Forget about what it will achieve, other than the feeling good in the doing of it. And that will yield results far greater than you would ever have thought possible!'

Happy Prom-ming!!!

Movie stars, show runners, studio directors... Ultimately, everyone's doing their best!!! Xxx

I just LOVE watching the Hollywood Reporter Roundtables on YouTube (a selection of these can be found under my Resources pages). These get all the people under a particular umbrella (e.g. 2015 Male Oscar nominees or heads of the major film studios) and get them to chat about topics that the interviewers have prepared.

Now, I have no real career link to the film industry or anything like that, but I love the movies and the consciousnesses that are involved in the huge multi-million dollar projects that go on! I love learning about how a variety of things work, so I watch everything from the actresses, to the music composers to the show runners- there's always something to learn!

Even the most famous, 'successful' actors have their foibles. Julia Roberts, at the start of her career was screamed at by one of the directors, being told in the middle of filming that 'If she had any talent, now was about time to use it!' Imagine- if she had given up because of that one mean person, she wouldn't have made it as one of the highest paid, adored actresses of all time!

Anyhoo, I digress. What's interesting is that the different sides are all trying their best, albeit to the annoyance of the others involved.

For example, the film directors don't like to be pressured by the studio bosses (although the studio bosses need to produce a profit so they are kept in business). Actors don't like to be hounded by the directors nor about their viewer ratings (although, the directors are just trying to get the best out of their stars to make a successful film). And so on...

So you've got all these different points of view going on, with everyone just trying to do their best to keep themselves in a job!

So, the take home message is that whilst you may not agree with how everyone is living their life or what they're doing. You have to realise that all are just doing their best to live their lives! If you could see it from their point of view, you would usually understand why it is the way it is. I say, if you could see how the meanest person was raised and their experiences through childhood, you'd understand why they are so mean.

Just offer some compassion and empathy!

All is well with you.

Happy Hollywood Report-ing!!!
