I don't like to tell peoples what to do with their lives (well, usually!). But after having seen the benefits of having a daily practise, I cannot recommend it enough.
When I first started this work, many moons ago, I committed to doing 30 consecutive days of processes. For me, this meant: waking up, doing 10 mins ish of breathing/meditation, a couple of focus wheels, reading a rampage (uplifting passage from a book/something I wrote) and a short list of positive aspects.
That was some 8 odd years ago and I've done my processes ever since. It's just a nice touch base with self and reminder to be conscious about where I'm vibrating. And I figure ten or so mins a day, multiplied by 365 days a year, multiplied by 'x' number of years, must amount to a lot of time spent in positivity- which can only be a good thing!
The other side effects have been quite good and surprising. I wouldn't have described myself as disciplined (even to this day not so much!), but it really helped instil in me a good habit. It has inspired me keep up a daily blog, keep on top of the FT and City AM and deal with other bits and pieces which I wouldn't have done with as much ease as before.
Abraham was saying that when Esther first started receiving them, she wasn't nearly up to speed. But Esther started meditating on a daily basis and it was 9 months until she started getting into a higher frequency which put her in alignment to express what Abraham was communicating to her.
So, whatever your goal is, if you can start doing something on a daily basis, it can really help. That's the '30 day challenge'- pick some processes or whatever you wish to do and try it for 30 consecutive days. Hopefully you'll be so inspired by the time you've completed the month, that you'll want to do more!
If you forget to do a day, just continue the next day as normal. Or if you're really hard on yourself then you can start again from day 1 lol. But the goal isn't to punish yourself. Ideally, it'll be so fun you wanna do more from wherever you are.
Have fun with it, try to keep your commitment and see what happens!
Happy daily-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx

It was lovely yesterday at the group. One of the gents introduced himself saying he was always the oldest in the groups or wherever he goes. That didn't really phase us as he said it, but when he proclaimed he was 90 years old- our heads exploded lol. He had so much wonderful energy, brilliance and greatness. He appeared wayyyy younger. He listens to The Secret everyday and just loves this stuff! What we want for you is to enjoy life, have fun more, relax more, exhilarate more. As you do so, you'll be more in alignment and you'll draw more and more good to you! Be nicer to yourself, you are always doing the best you can and that's good enough. There is no overlord keeping score (or at least I don't think so!), there is just expansion between self and self. You'll realise it now or when you transition, we just prefer it for you sooner rather than later. For no other reason that because you can do it now! So ask yourself what you enjoy and would like to do- and do it! Life is to be enjoyed! Happy age-ing!!! Lots of love, Nick Xxx Thanking you Huddersfield!!! OMG what a lovely group of people!!! Rocking it up in here!!! Xxx29/8/2015 First of all a big round of applause to Gunita for launching her BWEC group today (inspired by yours truly!). It was a beautifully warm circle of ladies who came and supported each other and took life to new heights!!! And a huge wonderful thank you to the amazing, beautiful, fabulous people who came along to our first HYL/LOA group. As always, a really wonderful, warm, supportive fab bunch of people. We had a wonderful mix of people- a business lady, card designer, a 90 year old, the list goes on! A most brilliant afternoon. We did my fave money and cheque game. These are magical fun cheques that you can download from 'The Secret' website. Write a huge amount and then think of all the wonderful ways you can distribute it- Spend/Save/Invest/Donate. Feel that wonderful feeling of abundance and prosperity flowing to you and through you. You begin to realise your priorities- maybe you like sharing and nurturing, perhaps you don't need much at all to make you happy or even, that it's about high time you treat yourself and take care of you! All this helps you do is free up your thinking and expand your consciousness. We then looked at things which help relax you and things which you enjoy. It's so important to spend time doing what you enjoy. Things that you love, which feed your soul and relax you. As we grow older and get caught up with children, mortgages, jobs etc it can be really easy to be sucked in and lose yourself. But as a wonderful nutritionist once said so me 'You matter too!' So first, work out what you enjoy and second, carve out some time to do it! As you do more good feeling things, you'll feel brighter and more vibrant, as you feel better, you'll draw more good stuff to you. And the cycle continues! Thank you all so much, keep up the amazing work, the connections and friendships which are now in place. Go forth and have fun!!! Happy Huddersfield-ing!!! All my love, Nick Xxx The author of E2- Pam Grout was being interviewed by the hysterical Jessica Ortner for her podcast and they were talking about the field of energy. So let me preface this by raving about the Netflix series Sense8. It is done by the Wachowski siblings (of Matrix fame) and a whole team of fab people. Anyhoo, it is basically about a group of individuals based around the planet who are joined psychically. They are unaware that they are all connected, all they get is various flashes of sounds, images and sensations from the other people to whom they are linked. The series follows these people in their various cities. It really is quite amazing! The other morning I was putting some Abe on YouTube to uplift me spirits! And it was quite interesting. This lady was commenting to Abraham how technology was going at such a rapid pace and if memory serves me, she wasn't all that comfortable with how fast it was all unfolding. As I look out into the world and see the people at the top of their field, I notice that they work it. There ain't no two ways about it! NB I say work, but not effort. Life should be easy and fun especially within this school of thought, but it usually isn't without some sort of inspired action (inspired being the pivotal word!). On Iplayer, they have a show following the changeover of the Post Offices. A community institution, it really seems to inspire great emotion within people! Some doubters of Law Of Attraction might say it is just selective focus, sifting and choosing whatever it is to prove to ourselves that what we believe to be true is true! Thank you HYLE-ers!!! What an amazing afternoon we all had together!!! Love you all!!! Xxx22/8/2015 Thank you HYLE-ers!!! What an amazing afternoon we all had together! Leading edge techniques, tools and discussions to take our consciousness and beingness to new levels!!! Procrastination can be an issue for many. There are a few ways to look at it and more than a few ways to deal with it. I am just having the most fun time seeing, (from a comfortable distance) my gorgeous one year old nephew grow and develop! BTW props to the parents out there, OMG, it really is a 24/7 job!!! Wow!!! I was at the Wellcome trust in Euston with the family and what an amazing place. They have all sorts of sciencey bits (even a display of sexology, oh la la!). Wow!!! What an amazing, powerful group of brilliant people who came together tonight. I am just blown away by the greatness and wonderfulness of you all! So goodness! O.M.ACCA.G!!! Thank you London baby!!! Y'all is rocking this house!!! Love it so much!!! Xxx17/8/2015 O.M.ACCA.G!!! (Pitch Perfect anyone?! Lol!). What an amazing evening! I just love it! We could have talked all night, we could have talked all night and still have talked for more... (My Fair Lady anyone?! Lol!). We finally left over an hour after official finishing time, just chatting and listening to everyone's thoughts and life experience. WOW! So much diversity- I just love hearing other people's life experience- the law, art, property, homelessness, celebrity body guarding! Love it!!! Things I would never come across in my day to day life. I was at a baptism the other day. And whilst always a sweet event of welcoming a newborn into the world, it can be a bit laden with sin-this and sin-that (it was a Catholic one!). This week was a lovely week, I had my Manchester group then my Liverpool group within the space of a couple of days. Although it had only been maybe just over a week since my last group, I was missing it! It's all about the good vibes and mindset!!! Even the bookies and gamblers know this!!! Xxx14/8/2015 I was watching a BBC programme following around the bookies and gamblers. It was really interesting. Betting seems to have become a part of their blood. It is actually a lot less to do with the money than the thrills and spills and adrenaline rush. Thank you all so much!!! I just love it all! A really leading edge, warm, friendly, supportive and fun group of people. I am always so touched and impressed by the loving support and greatness towards each of our attendees. This is truly the leading and loving edge! Put yourself out there, be vulnerable and you never know what wonderfulness will come about!!! Xxx12/8/2015 Good videos to watch are the TED talks by Brene Brown and Amanda Palmer (can be found on my resources page). Apologies for the slight tardiness!!! I know you're just waiting on the edge of your seat for my daily dose haha, but I just had the most crazy, fun train journey ever!!! No doubt I'll be blogging about it!!! Xxx Wow!!! Another powerful group this evening. A wonderful mix of leading edge, A listers and eager, brave newbies!!! So I'm reading my stock market book and OMG, it's rather complicated- sell short, sell long, marketable limit order, stop loss order... What do it all mean???!!! So, as you may have realised, you take you wherever you go! This works in your favour (although sometimes it may not feel that way), because you can only operate from the point of self. Did you catch my reference to the BBC comedy- 'Goodness Gracious Me'? Lol! Movie stars, show runners, studio directors... Ultimately, everyone's doing their best!!! Xxx7/8/2015 I just LOVE watching the Hollywood Reporter Roundtables on YouTube (a selection of these can be found under my Resources pages). These get all the people under a particular umbrella (e.g. 2015 Male Oscar nominees or heads of the major film studios) and get them to chat about topics that the interviewers have prepared. |
