A lovely end to the year!!! Make the most of your crack and write that best seller!!! Rock out 2015 and rock in 2016!!! Xxx

What a pleasant end to the year thus far! (And a lesson that I should really accept my good and not wait for the 'other shoe to drop!'). I bumped into my fave cousin, had a nice visit with family and friends and my snack bill at Whole Foods came to £7.77- what wonderful alignment.

I shall end the year with some lovely things I saw today...

I read a parable thing that in essence tells the story of a man walking to collect water. He had two pots on either side, one of which was cracked. After a while the pot said to him (which pots are so wont to do!), 'I'm so sorry for my crack, you lose so much water on the way back home.' To which he replied 'No, do not be sorry, I knew of the crack, so I planted seeds along the path that we walked. You watered them and now we have beautiful plants along that side of the road!'

So there you have it, however big your crack (oh la la!), whatever you perceive to be your fault, can be made the best out of. No need to use it as an excuse to feel bad, instead make the best of it.

What an amazing year it has been and boy has the time flown! I can't believe it's a New Year already. It has been the greatest year and whilst I'm not sure how 2016 can top this, I'm sure it somehow will!

Join us tomorrow- I'll be starting my 31 day process blog. Each day of January I'll be blogging about a different feel good process. Do join in, it'll be so wonderful for your vibration!

I'll end with a quote from Brad Paisley

Tomorrow is the first page of a 366 book... Make yours a best seller!!!

Thank you for accompanying me on this journey thus far.

Let's make it a good one!!!

Happy New Year-ing!!!

My 2015 in review... The greatest year yet!!! Xxx

I always encourage my group members to do a review of their achievements this year, in fact, I ask you all to do that. It's really easy to overlook all the amazingness that one achieves and there is a lot of good stuff done that is really easy to overlook. So sit down and do a quick review of this year, pat yourself on the back and congratulate you!

One (and the only one I can remember) of my New Years resolutions was to try new and different things. Nice and general but I have met this in a variety of ways all the way throughout the year.

For me, some of the highlights have been:

- All my UK groups which are still going from strength to strength
- Teaching in Scotland (Glasgow, Edinburgh) and Newcastle for the first time
- Visiting Asia, Australia and New Zealand for the first time and teaching in: Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne and Auckland
- Trying a new cake from my fave Patisserie Valerie almost every month (very delicious!)
- The launch and maintenance of this site www.nickfon.com
- The articles, 7 day courses, rampages and meditations on this site
- Maintaining, writing and having a blog ever day this year (except I forgot to do 3rd Jan!)
- Over 3.2 million video views and 6,500 subscribers to my YouTube channel www.youtube.com/abenicks
- Tried various sports
- Learning about finance, stocks and shares
- Various trips, adventures, social tings and family bits!!! And so much more...

Thank you so much for being part of this year. It has been truly phenomenal and I look forward to an even more rocking 2016!!!

All is well!!!

Happy 2015-ing!!!

Lots of love, Nick Xxx

If you can focus on the one bad review, then surely you can focus on the good??? It's all about the focus!!! Xxx

A lot of celebrities will not Google themselves, read reviews or anything like because of the sheer horror of what others say about them. This is actually quite wise in some respects but as with all things, it depends on your mental constitution. I'm sure there are those out there who use criticism to their advantage and develop and learn from it. Personally, that doesn't work for me!

As one of the celebs said- when she's doing comedy, everyone could be laughing except one person but all she can focus on is that individual who's not responding!

And that can be true for a lot of us, we could get 100 glowing reviews but one horrible comment can send us into a head spin. Especially nowadays with Facebook, YouTube etc, it's never been easier to be negative (or positive) to someone you've never met.

But, it stands to reason, that if someone can get stuck focusing on the sole negative thing being said, then surely it's possible to focus on the positive. That may take a lot of effort and practise but it is surely worth it, if just for the peace of mind that comes with it!

You have the power to live deliberately, not by default. So instead of reacting to that negative criticism and being sucked into it, turn your attention to something more positive or see the best in it. It really is that simple- in theory at least...

All is well!!!

Happy review-ing!!!

Illness, wellness, goodness, badness... It's all just an indicator!!! Pay attention to the signs!!! Xxx

28/12/2015

Whilst you be may going through something wildly unwanted (or wanted), try your best to not get too caught up in the manifestational aspect of it. If you can just step back from it all and know that whatever it is that is going on is simply an indicator, a sign of something, then you can begin to pay attention and guide yourself to even higher highs and lesser lows.

Especially when it comes to illness and the like. It is simply your body's way of telling you something is not quite right, and you're doing, or not doing things which are beneficial for it. Your natural state is health, abundance and well being. Any diversion from that is just our blocking of it and the introduction of resistance. I know, that when I get ill, it's just my body's way of telling me to ease up and slow down, as usually getting ill is one of the only ways that I will take things easier and shut down away from it all.

If it's a manifestation of something else unwanted, then use it to show you where you're vibrating. There are really two ways to know how you're doing. First and foremost is by how you are feeling, this is what we recommend you tune into primarily. The second way is post manifestationally- by what's happening in your life. So use it all to show you what's going on and learn from it. If things are consistently not working for you, then change something. If you like how things are turning out, then focus on that and see how you can ameliorate it. This really is what power is at the end of the day. Being conscious of where you are and moving to where you want to be.

So try it and see! Be more aware. Be more deliberate. And be more easy on yourself, everyone is doing the best they can with who they are and what they know at any point in time. It is all for the experience!

All is well!!!

Happy indicator-ing!!!

Is it really worth that amount of money??? Only you can decide!!! Xxx

Watching the spending programme was such an eye opener. It showed me the relativity of it all- £242,000 for some jewellery is a huge amount for some people but for millionaires and billionaires then it can be a 'bargain!' (The word used by the female entrepreneur buying them!).

What you want is to feel more of a sense of 'good for them!' As opposed to 'they are mad! What a waste of money!' Because that is in the vibration of resistance. You want to work the kinks out of judgement in relation to anything you are viewing.

I don't drink alcohol, so I can't quite get my head round paying £5k for a sip of cognac, but I do my best to appreciate how much went into storing and creating it!

Is a first first first class flight in Etihad's 'The Residence' (complete with butler, bed, dining area and shower!) worth $40,000 one way?! Maybe yes, maybe no, but I can't help but be blown away by the sheer work and luxuriousness that went into creating it. And I definitely would love that in my experience at some point (please Universe!).

How wonderful! Everyone has their own comfort zone and way of living. Just make sure you're in alignment and agreement with your choices and things will flow far easier! Work out what you deem worthy of your time, money and attention and act accordingly.

All is well!!!

Happy shop-ing!!!

Tis the time of season... For New Year's Resolutions!!! Go general perhaps, it may work out better for you!!! Xxx

Amazing how time flies! 2015 is almost up and I hope it was a good year for you. As usual and as I like to affirm, this has been the best year yet- I always wonder how the next is going to top the last one but it do!. As Bentinho was asked in his lecture- what was the most exhilarating moment of connection- he replied the latest one was, because it's always an expansive, connected experience in your now.

Anyhoo, even if it was a bit sheet for you, it's time to dust it down, shake it off and plan for an amazing 2016!

I'm quite a fan of New Year's resolutions and intentions. It just helps give me that little bit of focus for the year and lends to expansion and commitment. I think it's also quite important to be true and authentic to you. So, if you say you're going to do something, you do and vice versa. It's when your energy is split that things tend to go funky.

To be honest, I can't even remember many of my resolutions from the beginning of this year. But I am proud to say that I have pretty much kept to my main one, which was 'try new/different things.' Going general has helped me keep committed to it than probably something more specific that I was likely to give up on because it wasn't do able.

Under the banner of 'new/different' I completed it in many different ways- from trying sports- hockey, volleyball, badminton, to exploring new areas of the world- Asia and Australia, to a new, delicious cake from Patisserie Valerie almost every month!

It has been incredibly fun, enjoyable and expansive. Somethings I will carry forward and repeat, others I needn't visit again and can check off my list.

I believe that this life is purely for the experience. So ultimately it doesn't matter what you or don't do, all is truly well. But, why not give it your best shot and do all you can to extract the most from it?

So try it if you so desire. Pick a couple of general and specific intentions and see which you ones you resonate more with e.g. I'm going to live healthier vs doing more exercise vs I'm going to visit the gym at least once a week. See at what level you work best and are most comfortable. I found that just keeping that generality to my goal, I've managed to see it through til the year end- it was only a few days ago I visited a Bhangra club, definitely different but good fun! See how you get on. Maybe write them on a post it and place where you will regularly see it to act as a reminder. Follow the fun and see where it leads you.

All is so well!!!

Happy resolute-ing!!!

The alternative Christmas message!!! All is well... Xxx

25/12/2015

Whilst I'm not completely au fait with the Queen's Xmas message, I'm fairly sure she doesn't cover the following... Though ya never know! Whilst this may not be completely new to you, it's always nice to be reminded...

- This Xmas, Source gave you its heart...

Source, The Universe, your higher self, your inner being... Whatever you want to call it, loves you and sees your perfection at all time. And don't you ever forget it! You are worthy and loved and perfect because you exist- because you exist!!! You would not be here and now if you or Source didn't want you to be. You are an extension of all that is.

- Things are ALWAYS working out for you. In your bestest of best times, in your darkest of dark times, you must trust that things are always working out for you. It's all contributing to the greatness that is you. It's likely that you wouldn't be in this powerful place of asking if it hadn't been for all the crap that you've gone through. Tis all adding to the experience of that which is you.

- Life is for the experience. You and your sprit are here just to see what's going on. It doesn't matter if you're king of the world or a one celled thingy, it's just for the experience. And when you're done, you'll simply move onto the next adventure, gaining a new and different perspective. So don't hold yourself to impossible standards, because there are none (standards, nor impossible things!).

Take it easy, enjoy this time with self/family/work. Breathe deep, know your goodness and all is well-ness. Chill!

All is well!!!

Happy Xmas-ing!!!

Merry Christmas dear ones!!! May you enjoy this blessed day for you and you!!! Xxx

Merry Xmas Eve! This time of year can be very tricky for some because of the familial and societal pressures. The family can drive you up the wall, or if you're on your own, then you may feel the lack of people and might be lonely (nonsense by the way!).

I don't know what the stats are nowadays, but I believe it was the case that suicide rates were highest about this time of year, probably because the loneliness feelings are exacerbated?!

Anyhoo, here's some advice...

- If you're with your family/loved ones/with self and you're loving it, then brava! Enjoy it, appreciate it, feel the love and all that goodness. It's nice to have that special time!

- If you're at work or somewhere or with family or loved ones (who aren't that loved), and who drive you round the bend, then do your best to appreciate as much as you can. Pick one instance or quality you love about them and focus, focus, focus, definitely not easy I know, but it could make the difference between a shout down Xmas and a calmer one! To be honest, I've never really understood the whole- be nice to someone for the one day/season! Why not just try to be more generous and kinder all year round but anyways...

- If you're on your own and are feeling lonesome, then shake it off. Enjoy this wonderful time where you can enjoy yourself and indulge in whatever relaxing or not so relaxing, fun things you like to do, that you may not have time to do usually. Or reach out and assist. Homeless charities such as Crisis run shelters over Xmas and it is a wonderful time to volunteer and support those who may need it. I did this for about 6-7 years and it is quite rewarding, and as always, you'll be learning more and more. Nowadays, I'm more content to do some self catch up, relax and have a bit (like only a bit!) of family time.

I think that's most scenarios catered for. I know back in the day I felt some pressure to be out at some New Year's party or what not but hell no, to that nowadays! I'm far more content to take it easy! Eat well, love well and most of all, have fun!

All is well!!!

Happy Xmas-ing!!!

At the heart of everything is the desire to feel better!!! Even, or rather especially, plastic surgery!!! Xxx

23/12/2015

I was watching an interview with someone who had spent £210,000 on plastic surgery, to rearrange his face, pecks and pretty much everything else that he felt he needed to fix!

Whilst you and I may feel that is quite an excessive amount to spend, when he spoke about why he did it, it was because as a youngster he was teased. He had a large nose and was quite overweight etc...

So at the heart of it, all he wanted to do was feel better about himself. Now you and I may not agree with how he went about it (self love and all that crap can be just as effective! Lol) but still, he was just reaching for whatever he could to help him be more confident within self.

And that dear friends, is at the heart of your desires- to feel good, to feel better. It really is! But we want you to make it an inside job if possible and make it your priority, as opposed to trying to fix what's outside. Because that can be a bit of a never ending task, because there'll always be something or someone you'd like to change to feel better but it isn't possible!

We want you to change your thoughts and feelings and be in control, so you can feel better first and foremost. This really is the key to a life well lived. Things will flow, turn out easier and you'll be dancing through life with greater greatness! Take our word for it.

Make that your minute by minute goal and see how your surroundings change (or at least your perception of it). Now we're talking!

All is so very well!!!

Happy better-ing!!!

Lessons from the greatest teacher ever... A baby!!! Xxx

Watching my little nephew just be is such a wonderful lesson in how to live. The children are perfect embodiments of Source energy and we have so much to learn from them. Some things which they do which we could do more of:

Live it and release it

The children just live in the moment. If something works for them, they do more of it, if not then they move on. They don't sit there worry about what they did yesterday, or what's coming tomorrow, they are just content to play in the moment.

Forgive instantly

I don't see any grudges being held, they love unconditionally and are happy to play along with whoever they feel the desire to.

Explore the world

My nephew is always exploring the world around him. Trying new things, unafraid of what may happen. If he is interested in what's in front of him, then he'll delve into it whole heartedly, if it's boring, then he'll drop it and move on. He doesn't force himself to do anything he doesn't want to because of what society or the people around him say.

Living the emotion and experiencing it now

If he's upset he'll cry, if he's happy he'll laugh and smile. He doesn't ignore his emotions or try to cover them up to please anyone else. In all fairness, if all us adults cried every time we didn't get our way, things would be a little crazy but still!

Follow your passion

You can see when he enjoys something and he will seek out and do more of it. It is strikingly clear that he loves technologica! He seems to gravitate to real TVs, tablets, machines far more than colourful fake toys. If we followed our passion more then we would all be better off.

Love yourself and your reflection and your body

He is so happy to just be alive. He is fascinated by his own reflection and loves to kiss himself in the mirror- now how many of us can say that?! He loves being physical and seeing what things he can do.

Be more vulnerable and earnest

If he wants a hug or to be spun round, he will make it evidently clear. He is not afraid of rejection or being judged. He will just love what he loves and makes it abundantly clear that he wants more of it.

What a blessing the children are! We have much to learn from them.

All is well!!!

Happy baby-ing!!!

Extreme abundance expansion from the comfort of your own living room!!! Xxx

I love, love living vicariously through TV on demand. There is a series with Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford on Channel 5 called 'How the other half lives.' Each episode they follow different millionaires and billionaires to see how they live, what drives them and how they spend their money.

And it is mind blowingly incredible! I love it! They have everything from jewellery, to horses, to houses, to cars and anything in between costing a few thousand, to tens of millions! It has totally blown open my consciousness as to what is possible- I didn't know half of this stuff even existed!

I love the expansion of expectation as a result of watching the show. My game has been upped as a result!

That's we want for you, to get out and explore the world. That is the value of contrast. When we refer to contrast, we usually mean it to be something unwanted but it just means the difference between things. When you go to a delicious food buffet, it's all varying contrast, if you don't like the look or sound of a dish you simply walk past it. You don't sit there ignoring all the other delicious dishes and focus on the one dish which sounds horrible. You just filter, sort and sift, tasting what you like and going back for more, or not.

So mix it up in your world, try new things, follow your heart and gut and see what calls you. It could end up with you making billions!

All is abundant!!!

Happy billionaire-ing!!!

Your hairdresser can tell your fortune... Ok maybe not but it sure leaks out like vibration!!! Xxx

19/12/2015

I was listening to a hairdresser chat to one of his clients and it was fascinating how hair is a reflection of one's self!

He commented on how after a lady has given birth, her hair thins out. Similarly with stress and other life factors. He also noted that in times of crisis e.g. relationship break ups and other impacting events, some people want to change their hairstyle, presumably in an attempt to shake it off and move on with their life.

It really struck me how much he could read into someone's life just by the way their hair is. But when you think about it, it makes sense. Your hair is a reflection of health, if you're well being is compromised (e.g. stress or poor nutrition etc) then your hair will reflect this.

I believe this is what happens with all the physical and psychical modes of reading someone (e.g. iridology, tea leaf reading, phrenology, tarot etc etc etc). They are all a reflection of that which is within.

The same can be said of vibration. You have your core sense, your dominant emotional beingness- depression/anger/joy/love, wherever it is you spend most of your time thinking and vibrating. And this makes itself known to you with how you feel and manifestationally. So although you may not be thinking directly of a circumstance, it occurs because at the vibrational core that's where you are focusing. I.e. If you're thinking thoughts of lack, then things which are match the essence of it, will happen.

So it serves you not to put a happy face sticker on any negative feelings but instead, to acknowledge where you are and then try to focus in a better feeling direction. Because sooner or later, how you are really feeling will make itself blatantly known to you, for that is the law!

Bottom line- be real, feel where you are and move in a better direction when ready.

All is well!!!

Happy hairdress-ing!!!

Don't protect... Correct!!! Let them make their 'mistakes', you too!!! Xxx

There isn't a day or so that goes by without my adorable 18 month year old nephew falling over, trapping a body part somewhere or just getting up to general mischief. He is constantly exploring the world around him and it is natural that he do so!

Whilst it is wildly tempting to protect him from all the things that could go 'wrong', this is nigh impossible as you'd have to keep an eye on him 24/7 and lock him in a box! And you ultimately wouldn't want to. This is because he has to learn for himself, what works for him and how the world functions around him. It is the experience of growing up and being in these physical bodies, which is why you came here in the first place.

This is the same with any loved ones, friends, family, workmates etc, it can be really tempting to help and sacrifice yourself in order to 'save' someone else but you couldn't save everyone, every time. This would be draining! Instead, just be in hand to help them correct their situation (and only if they ask for it!).

It also goes for you, you cannot protect yourself from every single negative thing that might happen, try as you might. Instead work from wherever you stand and then point yourself in the direction of where you want to be.

You all came to this Earth to experience all it had to offer. The good, the bad and the ugly. Know that you can never make a wrong decision and you can correct anything from any place, and you'll live a much more fun and free life!

Happy correct-ing!!!

If the traffic lights are not changing, then beat the crowd!!! Press the flipping button!!! Xxx

18/12/2015

My friend was telling me this funny story about why did the lady cross the road lol. Basically, she joined a large group of people standing at an intersection, they waited and waited... And waited. She then hit the button to change the traffic lights then boom, it changed!

It shows the classic psychological phenomenon of 'The Bystander Effect.' This is when there's a group of people and you think someone else will do it, and because you think someone else does it, you don't do, but the other persons think that someone else will do it. Which basically ends up in no one doing whatever needs to be done.

The thing is, we want you to step up in life and ignore the crowds to some extent. Instead of letting life pass you by expecting everyone else to do for you, do for yourself.

Be the unique, powerful individual you can be, question it all, get out into the world and mix it up, don't rely on other people to feather your nest. Create the life that you want! Don't let life (or the cars) pass you by, you can literally stop traffic!

Don't be a bystander, be an up stander- a fun, free, sharp creator who is willing to step out of the group and do whatever it takes to get across the road!

All is well!!!

Happy button-ing!!!

Dyslexia and all of that can work in your favour!!! Just trust your instincts!!! Xxx

16/12/2015

Thankfully in this day and age, things are a little more understanding and schools and what not are (hopefully!) more prepared to support those with different ways of learning. As one of my dear friends with dyslexia told us, back in the day, you were just labelled 'stupid.'

I was watching a billionaire being interviewed and he said that he had that condition, and he had to rely on his instincts for business, which seems to have served him incredibly well!

And I think that Richard Branson was along the same lines. He doesn't consider himself overly excellent in that department. In one of his books, he also states that he cuts through the crap when he deals with contracts and stuff because he can't process it like 'normal' people.

A huge number of entrepreneurs and 'successful' people have come at life differently. By not fitting the norms they have to process it all in a more efficient way that works for them. They really have to get to the heart of the matter and trust their gut and intuition, which is what we encourage, always!

It may be uncomfortable not conforming but use your 'challenges', whatever they are, to your advantage. Find ways of moving through life that work best for you, that only you can do. And when you're in alignment, the Universe will yield the billions and billions which are waiting for you in your Vortex of well being!

All is well!!!

Happy challenge-ing!!!

You are worthy, because you exist!!! Because you exist!!! Xxx

15/12/2015

At Bentinho's seminar, a lady asked how can she feel more love flow to her. His answer was amazing- he went on to say that by the very nature of our existence, we are worthy, we are loved and we are perfect. If you believe in some bigger source of creation then the fact that you are here means you are loved.

Somewhere along the lines of our life, we are taught that we must somehow strive to become worthy. That we must work all hours under the sun, find a successful career, make 'x' amount of money to be consider of any value to our peers, family, society and such which. But that is all bull! Because you exist you are automatically great. There is no goal to attain, there is no overlord who will punish you if you do not 'achieve', there is just a source of pure love, focusing upon you in the highest appreciation. And the negative emotion you are feeling is not the negative attention being placed on you. It is in fact your guidance system saying that you are focused upon yourself (or anything) in a way that is opposite to how your inner being/Source sees it.

So breathe easy dear one, you are always seen as perfection by all that is. You are brilliance because you breathe, you are adored because you are. It is time to shake it off and realise it! And no one can do it for you. It's just something that you will do in time, and if not at least now, then when you cross over- we just don't want you to have to wait that long!

All is well with you!!!

Happy exist-ing!!!

You don't wanna see their poker hand (or face... Mah mah mah mah!!!) Xxx

14/12/2015

I was fortunate enough to see Bentinho Massaro speak in his last minute London event and it was amazing! Very funny, sharp and uplifting. Relax into your wellbeing, you are perfect as you are because you exist! The Universe created you and by the very nature of that, you are loved and adored by all that is, just turn your attention towards that and let it flow.

He gave a cool analogy of playing poker with people. If everyone showed their hands to everyone in the game, there would be no point in playing! How boring and uneventful that would be.

And the truth is that is the same with life. If you knew how everything was going to turn out (in a more specific form than 'things are always working out for you' which they are by the way), then what would be the point of being here? You came for the adventure, the unknown, the expansion of all that you are. You came to interact with those who are easy to love and you came for the growth that those who 'challenge' you would offer- not least of all because it's really got nothing to do with them out there but more about what it reflects to us about us (now there's some food for thought!).

You wanted the challenge of 'playing' those who would extract from you more than you thought you would be able to give. The professional sports person doesn't want to play a child or adult whom they'll beat every time, how dull! Instead they want to play with those who will give them a run for their money. Aren't the most thrilling matches against two equally skilled opponents where every point matters? What fun!

So chillout and relax, have fun in the ease as much as the bumps.

All is truly well!!!

Make your bed properly!!! You are laying the foundations for ease and flow for later down the line!!! Xxx

As one of the things I took my time over doing when I had my few days off, I spent a good amount of time making my bed! Really making sure the sheets were tucked in nicely and all that stuff, instead of usually half heartedly and whizzingly, piece it together.

And I have to say that that has put it in good stead for future sleeps! I find that instead of having to half remake it every morning, everything is staying put, so it just takes a couple of shakes of my duvet and bam, I'm good to go!

It highlighted to me that is how it should be with our vibration. If we can spend some time at some point in our day (usually the beginning is best), to set out intentions, mood, desires, goals and all of that shizzle, then it serves us in the long run. We are laying our vibrational foundations and from that stability it's easier to deal with stuff which might crop up, than to try and keep readjusting from an unstable footing.

So all it could take is 5-10 minutes in the morning just to see your day how you want it to be. To invest some effort in seeing your ideal life, will set you up for greatness far more than most things. And it can also be a lot of fun!

All is well!!!

Happy bed-ing!!!

A couple of weeks ago, I did something which I haven't done in years and years! And that was, having some days off with nothing planned! I love the living of life, so between work, groups, socialness and others bits, I don't really have a day free. After being wiped out from trip to Oz, I figured it would be good to take some time to relax. And it was lovely! I got to spend some time with my family, go to the movies, cook, eat and do my housey bits, all without having to whizz round with something to do so straight afterwards.

I've heard and sometimes felt that to be spiritual and well beinged that it is necessary to be in the moment, slow, zen and all that carp. And yes, whilst that is a good way of living, after having done that I can't say that it is wildly amazingness, more than that, it is just a different way of being! An experience.

Now, I did enjoy it and take much from it, and I'm now considering making one of my 2016 resolutions to take at least one a month off just for nowt. But at the end of the day, it really don't matter!

There are so many things and people out there telling us to be different than who we are. Sometimes it may benefit, sometimes it won't, but who cares?! Just be you, live your life in the best way that you can ('best' meaning most fun and joyous) and let everyone be who they are.

If we could all just mind our own business and get on with it, things would flow a lot easier and more peacefully (something a lot of the world could do with at the moment!).

Just do it for the experience- for that is what it's all about!

Happy experience-ing!!!

I was watching the trailer for 'The Danish Girl', it looks beautifully shot (another Oscar for Mr Redmayne?!), based on the true story of a gender transition, it looks fascinating. And the funny thing is- it's all on the quest to simply be oneself! Ain't that crazy?! Something as innate as gender, or colour, or sexuality or whatever can be used as a reason to try to make someone feel bad about themselves.

Why? I'm not sure, perhaps fear, religion, ignorance? Oh well, I wouldn't try to spend too much time why those out there are against you...

What I would advise you, is to spend your time appreciating yourself and knowing yourself. That is the greatest gift and empowerment thingy that you can do for yourself. It's really easy to look to others (friends, family, partners etc) for some sort of approval or acceptance but that's looking for love in all the wrong places! Because them out there ain't always going to be in alignment, so if they're in a bad mood and end up taking it out on you, or they simply just do not understand the brilliance that is you, you're in for a very painful ride.

You want alignment between self and self! You want to know to that you are loved and connected to infinite power and that you can be or do or have anything you desire because you exist.

Embrace all your qualities and quirks and seek out that which supports the best of who you are. I am loving the whole introvert thing thanks to Susan Cain, I can relate tremendously and it wasn't too long ago that the term 'introvert' was undesirable, but now there is far more positive connotation attached to it.

You are marvellous and there isn't anyone else quite like you out there!

All is well!!!

Happy accept-ing!!!

Deal with root of the problem, the gut of it all!!! It can clear up tons for you... Xxx

So, for the past couple of years I've cleaned up my nutrition tremendously. More greens, green smoothies, cutting down/out/back on the gluten/dairy/sugar whenever possible, (although I still do love, love the cake!).

And I have to say that I'm quite surprised at the positive effects both directly and indirectly. My skin has improved, I feel fresher and more energised and have a more stable mood all round. All of which lend themselves to a good feeling life. I don't get nauseous nearly as often, and I don't really get travel sick (or at least not as much). Although I didn't get bad travel sickness before, I definitely don't feel as bleugh since eating better. (I'm guessing my tummy doesn't travel well with dairy/gluten floating about in it!).

Anyhoo, it highlighted to me how dealing with the base of an issue can solve a lot of superficial, surface issues.

Vibrationally speaking, sometimes we have stuff going on and we try to fix the outside action but more often than not, it's a reflection of something going on deeper. That is why it is usually nigh impossible to fix another's problems for them. E.g. If someone needs money and you give it to them, it rarely gives them a long term solution. It's like putting a band aid over a crack in a dam, it'll just get worse and worse and boom the walls cave in. Rather you (or they) try to fix the underlying issue. Louise Hay states that it's usually an issue of unworthiness, resentment, guilt, anger etc. Now this is some proper advanced level shizzle and these things can take a while to clear but that is the work dear friends!

Sometimes it takes a good friend, a supportive teacher or group to help uncover these things, especially as we can be so entrenched in our stuff. So seek and ye shall find your answers, ask and tis given!

So get out there, live it up and trying digging a little deeper. It could clear up a whole load of stuff!

P.S. If you are making huge changes nutritionally or psychologically then it may be worth seeking professional help- they can make the journey so much easier than wading through it on our own. Co creation at its best dear one!

All is well!

Happy dig-ing!!!

An Adele in alignment is more powerful than millions who are not!!! Xxx

It blows my mind at how crazy successful the mighty Adele is and continues to be! Defying records on both side of the Atlantic, selling more than ever in history. It continues to get better and better for her!

It really does. Her sales are through the roof, especially at a time when the album is dying and paid for music is something of a concern to the industry.

But a force unto herself, she is defying what the vast majority of people are believing and experiencing with regards to sales figures.

As Abe says, one in alignment is more powerful than millions who aren't. And that's what we what for you! To not care what them out there are telling you about what is or isn't possible. We want you to be able to dictate the goings on in your life by the dream you have dreamed. Because if this Universe has inspired the desire within you, then it can deliver it! It's just a matter of you aligning with it. And whilst it would and will take a powerful one to surpass these incredible numbers and records the songstress is creating, it is all the more possible because other artists out there are seeing that it can be done. So it may not be too long before we see new highs. Everything is up for grabs!

If you convince yourself you can do it, you can. And vice versa! Believe people, believe. You can do it!

All is well!!!

Happy Adele-ing!!!

Take some time to appreciate wherever you are, how well you've done and how far you've come!!! Xxx

Appreciation is so good. The higher of vibrational frequencies and definitely a wonderful state to be in!

It's really easy to get caught up and stuck in day to day life that we sometimes forget how brilliant we are. As we are we, and you can only see from your perspective, all you know is you and your experience, so it usually takes some concerted effort to step back and out and appreciate the wonder that is you.

For example, many of you are parents, and so it is just that way, it's accepted and a given. But blow me down! It was only after seeing the work, lack of sleep and constant care involved in raising a child that I really really appreciate what goes into parenting! My goodness, props to my parents lol! And single parents- how did/do you do it? You are all simply incredible!

When things don't go our way, it can be very upsetting, especially if we've pinned our hopes and dreams on it. But it is vitally important not to get too bogged down and focused on the loss. Congratulate yourself on how far you've come and how well you're doing. For me, it usually takes contrast to see how great things usually are for me and I don't mean necessarily bad contrast, just seeing how things can operate differently for others. I'm very much the type of person to tick something off my list and then push onto the next thing.

It only takes the threat of having no water/electricity/wifi for me to realise how vital these things are! It was not too long ago that you had to listen to songs on a cassette and rewind and fast forward it! Now it's literally instant!

Look around you and see the magnificence that surrounds. Check in with the wonderfulness that is you, how well you're doing and continue to do, no matter how good or how bad things may be. This too shall pass.

All is so good!!!

Happy appreciate-ing!!!

Thank you all so much Liverpool! What a most phenomenal, brilliant, fun, light and bright ending to the year. A most perfect perfection to close it off!

A wonderful, friendly, social, supportive group! Some points covered:

- Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude! There is so much to appreciate in life, from the electricity, to the water, to the roof over your head. Not only does this feel good, it will in turn draw more of this to you. Ta da!

- It's all about the feelings, bout the feelings! It's one thing to think positively but to feel more positive, that is taking it to the next level! Let your feelings be your guide.

- Lovely quote 'Thoughts are electric, feelings are magnetic!'

- Let go, let go. Things don't need to be in exactly the way you need them to be to feel happy. You can be happy anywhere in anyway, and as you accept this, then things will actually be the way you want to be!

What a freaking perfect end to the year!!!

All is well!!! Love you guys!!!

Oh what a delicious year of cake New Year's resolution!!! Xxx

6/12/2015

So... How have your New Years resolutions been going?! 'What were they again?' I hear you cry? Lol. One of my main ones was try new/different things. One involved trying a new cake each month from my most favourite Patisserie Valerie (like I said, resolutions don't need to be painful!). Although, we do encourage more life affirming, expansion filled resolutions but still, it doesn't all need to be 'no pain, no gain!'

I believe, more importantly is that it's keeping your word and commitment that's what's most vital. Simply, being in alignment. Nothing will trip you up more than crossed energy. That is- if you say you'll do something but don't, or vice versa and do something that you believe you 'shouldn't.'

You have to sync up your thoughts, words and actions. When all of these are in alignment, then there's no stopping you for sure! It's honouring who you are. So if you don't feel like going out with a friend, then don't, or at least give yourself time to decide, by telling them you'll check your diary and not having to make an on the spot decision that you'll later regret.

You needn't push yourself way out of whack to have some sort of benefit. We encourage the gently, gently approach. Susan Cain (introvert queen), recommends carving out 'restorative niches.' These involve doing things which you may not be completely comfortable with, but you believe will be good for you, and then being sure to be able to return to your comfortable state when possible. For example, if you don't like networking events but you believe it would help with your business or project etc, then go along and intend to make one or two solid contacts or people you connect with. Or set a time limit- after 1 hour you'll see how it goes, if you're having fun, carry on, it not, then leave for the comfort of your own home.

Be sure to tend to your needs first and foremost- then you will be of greatest assistance to yourself and those around you. And then you can have your cake and eat it!

All is well!!!

Happy cake-ing!!!
