DAY 31 My Most Perfect Life

Welcome to the 31 day processes course- one blog for each day of January. Where possible, I’ve given three versions – 1 minute (for beginners or for those with not much time), 5 minutes (for the more advanced), 15 minutes (for the people who want to work it!). It’s a wonderful start and you can take it to the next level from there. The point is to just start doing something positive on a daily basis. For me, a process is a tool you can use deliberately to get into a good feeling space- whether it’s putting pen to paper to write, using your imagination or just deliberately doing some fun things like dancing or listening to music. You’re welcome to join us and do each new process every day, you can dip in and out, do only that which resonates with you, or just pick your faves. Whatever you decide, just keep it easy and fun, do what speaks to you and do your best to feel good. I know that daily practice is one of the most important components in changing your life. Enjoy! Well done! You made it through the 31 days!!! Hopefully you’ve had fun, learned a lot and raised your vibration tremendously. You can review and pick your favourite processes and do them daily, you can work through all of them again in February or just pick one and do it as often as you can. If you can do some daily techniques then I really recommend it. I’ve given you a huge variety of things to work through so hopefully at least one has hit the spot. Just keep going, keep being conscious and watch how life changes for you! Love you lots, Nick Xxx
 
NAME OF PROCESS: My Most Perfect Life
 
WHAT: This is a nice exercise to wrap it all up. Here, you write about your ideal life. You can write it in the past, present or future tense- whatever works best for you. Keep it fun, focused on what you do want and go as big or as small as you’d like. Enjoy it and feel those good feelings flow through you as you see your ideal life. As usual, I suggest the four areas (abundance/money, relationships, career, health) but you can do whatever resonates with you most.
 
EXAMPLE: Money- I am a billionaire and I get to enjoy the most luxurious things this planet has to offer. I invest, save and donate in equal measure to things which are closest to my heart. I see the world in first class and appreciate all the good that surrounds me.
 
Career- I am involved in so many wonderful projects, I get to express myself creatively, I connect with so many fantastic people, changing lives and having so much fun in the process. I get to travel first class and am treated with love and respect by everyone I meet.
 
Health- I am healthy, I feel energized and vibrant. I sleep incredibly well and feel refreshed and powerful. I eat delicious, nutritious foods and my body processes them with ease and grace. I love to dance often and exercise well. I have the most gorgeous, clear skin and feel confident about my body.
 
Relationships- my family and friends love me and I love them. I am so blessed to be surrounded with good, loving, supportive people. I have a partner who I love and who loves me so much, we have the best time together. Most importantly, I love myself first and foremost. All is well in my world. I breathe easy and relax.
 
WHY: You are putting your energy on what you do want in life. As you set the thoughts, feelings and energy in motion, so you will draw to you more things which are a match to this. Also, it’s a fun exercise to do and gets you thinking about what you would like from life. You are the creator of your own reality!

NAME OF PROCESS: Your One Step Towards It
 
WHAT: This process is to help you get on the ladder to bring you closer to a goal. Make a list of the things you’d like to achieve and then simply write your first, easy step towards it. That’s all you need to do, take the smallest step in the direction of it.
 
EXAMPLE: Find a new satisfying job – browse jobs online.
Eat healthier – buy and eat one green vegetable
Find a partner – visualize for 1 minute what my dream date would be like
Win the lottery – buy a ticket! (Fun!)
Be kinder to my workmates – thank one person for one thing at work today
 
WHY: Sometimes we have all these dreams and goals but either we’re scared or just don’t know how to get there. This process is to help you take a little baby step towards what you are wanting. And hopefully, as you do it, you’ll want to do more. It’s to help move past the procrastination- sometimes we make such a big deal of things in our minds that we just are put off it altogether, so we don’t bother at all. This just helps make things more real if you are finding it difficult to get started towards something you’d like. Keep the first step easy and do able, this way you’re more likely to carry it forward. Just say to yourself ‘I’ll just do this thing and that’s it. If I do more great, if not then that’s fine to.’ Keep encouraging yourself and have fun!

NAME OF PROCESS: Rampage Of Appreciation
 
WHAT: This is a stream of consciousness of positivity, love and appreciation- the highest of vibrational frequencies. You can write this about a particular area you’d like to work on, or you can do this generally about your life and surroundings. Starting your sentences with the phrase ‘I love’ is a great way to run with this exercise. It should build in energy, so by the end of it, you’ll feel buzzing. You can write a new one daily, or just repeatedly read one you’ve written.
 
EXAMPLE: I am so blessed to live the life I have. I am surrounded by so much wellbeing. I love my flat, I love my family, I love my job, I love the water and electricity which helps me live an easier life. I love the wonderful technology that assists me in accessing all I need at my fingertips, I love my body, I love my skin, I love the amazing foods I get to eat, I love my ability to perceive this time space reality, I love knowing what I know and realizing I am the creator of my own experience. I love my life and most of all I love me!!!
 
WHY: This is a really great process to rev up your energy and sustain it in the highest frequency. To spend a continuous period in pure appreciation and love is the best thing you can do to improve your point of attraction and draw more goodness to you. A powerful way to raise your energy and get you living a more positive life. You do have to be feeling quite high on the emotional guidance scale so if you’re in depression or anger you might not find it very easy to do.

DAY 28 A Day Of Self Care

NAME OF PROCESS: A Day Of Self Care
 
WHAT: Taking some time to take care of yourself. Whether it’s today, tomorrow or even in a few weeks, diarise some time where you will take care of your mind, body or spirit by doing something which feels good to you. This could be having a nice meal on your own, a long bath, watching a movie, going on a holiday, dancing around the house to your favourite songs, attending a new group or anything that feeds your well being that you might not normally have the time to do. Try to make it a day but obviously any time for self care is better than nothing!
 
EXAMPLE: Next Sat 6-10pm- I’ll give the kids to my partner or hire a babysitter for the evening and I will go to my favourite patisserie, order a nice piece of cake and coffee, bring along my ipad and maybe read a few chapters of my favourite spiritual book and then I will buy a ticket to the theatre and have a wonderful relaxing, fun time with myself.
 
WHY: It’s vitally important to carve out some time as regularly as you can to take care of yourself. The more well, abundant, happy you are, the more you can offer to those around you. You are your most important resource. When you’re able to put yourself first and make sure your wellbeing is at its maximum, then you’ll be truly able to assist anyone in anyway.

NAME OF PROCESS: WWW (What Do I Want, Why Do I Want It, What Do I Have That Matches It)
 
WHAT: This is a great process to help hit as many points around a desire as possible. Pick one thing you wish to improve your vibration on and then work through the questions- give at least one answer to each. ‘What do I want?’ ‘Why do I want it?’ and ‘What do I have in my life that matches it?’
 
EXAMPLE: Increase the money I earn.
 
What do I want? I want to increase the money I receive at work and my career in general.
 
Why do I want it? I want it because I believe I am worth it. I’d like to have more disposable income. I wish to feel good about abundance. I would like to increase my consciousness. I am ever expanding and worthy of it. I am a truly great employee and creator. I would like to receive more and more in my life.
 
What do I have that matches it? I currently earn a great salary, I really do have much abundance, I can travel, I am well looked after. I have a roof over my head, food to eat, clothes to wear. I am appreciated and loved in my job and career. I have a lot of money to support me now. I can feel free and abundant now. I have so much in my life and abundance in all forms.
 
WHY: This is a wonderful, deeper process to help raise your vibration on whatever subject you choose to work on. The ‘What do you want?’ identifies your desire, plain and clear- it focuses you. The ‘Why do you want it?’ softens the desire- by focusing on what you want and why you want it, it eases up the vibration around the subject. By knowing the why you can get to the essence of what you want and then it can open up your consciousness. The ‘What do you have that matches it?’ helps you appreciate the now, what you have in your life that contains the essence of what you want. Yes, you may not have the million pounds but you have a good amount to live on a day to day basis or you have an abundance of oxygen, which is unlimited. This assists you in loving your now and as you do that, you’ll draw more goodness in your life and the vibration around your desire will soften.

NAME OF PROCESS: List Your Priority 2018 Goals
 
WHAT: Simply list your goals for 2018. You can do a priority list- those which are most important. You can keep it in plain view or fold it away and revisit it later in your life. It may help to write them up the main headings of: Abundance/Money, Job, Health, Relationships. You can make them ‘realistic’ or go big!
 
EXAMPLE:
 
Relationships: Go on 5 dates and meet my soulmate, improve my relationship with my parents, feel better about my boss, be a bit more social, attend a monthly meetup group.
 
Health: Reduce the amount of my sugar in my diet. Eat more greens, take a cooking course. Increase the amount of steamed foods I eat. Appreciate my body. Do more walking. Stretch more at work.
 
Abundance: Increase my income x2. Win the lottery. Appreciate the money in my bank. Save more. Invest in more shares. Treat myself more. Give more to charity. Read my rampage for money daily.
 
Job: Appreciate my job. Work smarter. Affirm: ‘The less I do, the more I achieve.’ Spend more time doing more things I enjoy. Start my new business. Teach around the world.
 
WHY: Making a list of things you want to achieve can really help focus you. It doesn’t have to be something you address every day, but is so great to set the intention into motion, vibrationally, consciously and physically. See what happens. This is a great technique to do each year.

NAME OF PROCESS: What’s In My Vortex
 
WHAT: Ever since you took your first breath in this physical body you have been sending out vibrational requests for what you want in life- the contrast. Through your life- every time you’ve been broke, broken up with, rejected, seen those fancy shoes that you’ve not been able to afford- you’ve added to your escrow or Vortex- the vibrational holding place for all your desires. So with this exercise the idea is to briefly review your life and note what’s in your Vortex- go big on this, your Vortex is huge- enough for 20-30 lifetimes, so it’s not millions, it’s probably billions! Write at least 5 things you know/believe to be in your Vortex from the contrast you’ve lived.
 
EXAMPLE: In my Vortex: £100 billion, my most perfect soulmate, 4 children, I am a worldwide successful pop star, one of the best dancers on the planet. International businesses round the planet. My own private jet. A loving family etc…
 
WHY: You’ve lived through so much and the worse it’s been in your life, the bigger and brighter it is on the other side. It is worth doing a review of your life and claiming your greatness, your experience and all that is due to you. What’s in your Vortex is yours and yours alone! It is time to claim it!

DAY 24 Keep Or Change One Belief

NAME OF PROCESS: Keep Or Change One Belief
 
WHAT: Pick a subject that you wish to work on, or just list at least one belief that you hold about anything. Once you’ve done this, review and ask yourself ‘Do I like this belief, does it serve me, would I like this belief to create my life?’ If the predominant reponse is ‘No, this isn’t a good feeling belief’ then rewrite it. Writing the opposite/pivoting is usually quite good if you’re struggling to generate your own.
 
EXAMPLE: Money:
 
- Money doesn’t grow on trees (not good feeling). Updated: Abundance is easy to access.
- I always have great amounts money (yes, good feeling).
- I could never afford that (not good feeling). Updated: I can afford whatever I desire.
- Insurance companies are crooks (defo not good feeling). Updated: There are a number of great companies out there and I easily draw them to me.
- I can take care of myself financially (yes, good feeling).
 
1 minute – pick an easy belief to analyse
 
5 minutes – make a list of beliefs and see if you want to keep or change them
 
15 minutes – pick some negative deep rooted beliefs and search and note down evidence that it’s possible to believe something more positive
 
WHY: Your beliefs create your life. What you believe you will live, so it is important to know what is rolling around your head! The first step is to identify what you are thinking and believing, if you like the script in your brain, great, keep it going. If not, then change it. Keep repeating your new selected beliefs, affirming it and plant the seeds of well being in your consciousness.

NAME OF PROCESS: Shopping List Of Qualities
 
WHAT: Pick something you’d like and then like a bullet point shopping list, write the list of at least 5 qualities you’d like it to have in that desire. Keep it short, fun and good feeling and be sure to list the things you do want and not what you don’t want.
 
EXAMPLE: My ideal flat- 1 bedroom. A large 4x hob kitchen. A large bathroom. A feeling of spaciousness. Expensive, well made fixtures and appliances.
 
1 minute – pick a few qualities you’d like in something
 
5 minutes – make a detailed list of qualities of what you’d like
 
15 minutes – write, draw, feel, think in great detail what you’d like in one or more of your desires
 
WHY: This can be a nice, quick process focusing on what you’d like to attract. You can keep this list and stick it in somewhere in plain sight or you can fold it up and put it away and revisit it in a few months or years time. It’s placing your energy on what you’d like to create and is very powerful in attracting what you’d like into your life.

NAME OF PROCESS: Self Appreciation
 
WHAT: Write at least 5 things you love about yourself. Loving yourself is one of the most important things you can reach for, so the more you do this, the more in alignment you’ll be with your Source. You could also list your achievements if that’s easier.
 
EXAMPLE: I love and appreciate my intelligence. I like how thoughtful I am. I am generous. I am a great parent. I am a powerful creator. I am determined.
 
1 minute – pick a few things you like about yourself
 
5 minutes – write a page of appreciate for self
 
15 minutes – visualize, feel, think, write about all your amazing qualities
 
WHY: When you are loving anything you are at your highest frequency. If you can love yourself, this is the best thing you can do for your well being. Louise Hay used to get people to work on their relationships, their money, their job but she found that if she could just get themselves to love themselves, the issues just sorted themselves out. You are doing your best in this life and it’s important to recognize this.

NAME OF PROCESS: Spend A Million
 
WHAT: This is a spending game where you mentally spend a large sum of money (one million is just an example) and list all the things you would do with it. Keep it fun and exciting!
 
EXAMPLE: £1,000,000 - £100,000- shares, investments. £250,000- in the bank for savings. £150,000- first class world tour. £350,000- a new flat. £150,000- a Rolls Royce.
 
WHY: As with all spending games, they are there to expand your consciousness, to get you think in larger sums. As you are able to work in bigger amounts you begin to raise your consciousness and expectation. It’s getting you to think larger than you may be used to and to have fun!

NAME OF PROCESS: One Thing I Purely Appreciate
 
WHAT: This is a great tool for dealing with a difficult situation but also can be great if you simply want to milk a positive one. All you do is pick one aspect, one quality, one thing you really purely appreciate about this subject and really milk it. Write, think, visualize in as much detail about this one positive quality about it. Keep it pure and if you find yourself going negative, just refocus on the positive.
 
EXAMPLE: One thing I appreciate about my workmate: they are funny. I remember those times at work, we used to laugh so much on shift we cried. They really had the same wacky sense of humour as me and we used to get up to all types of mischief, pranking our co workers. They were always trying to lift me up when I felt down and I helped support them too. When we used to go to the pub for drinks, I felt so comfortable having them there and when we went travelling that was so much fun etc…
 
1 minute – pick the aspect and lightly contemplate it
 
5 minutes – select something you purely appreciate it and really meditate upon this, activate the thoughts and feelings
 
15 minutes – really milk this aspect and activate all the times they were like this. See them being like this more and make it your dominant vibration
 
WHY: Sometimes, when someone or a situation is really irritating us it can be hard to shift our vibration about it. By focusing on the one thing that we love about it, we shift our focus and keep our vibration as pure as we can. And we start to look out for this and expect this. When we have this as our dominant vibration, the Universe will only bring us things that match this. It feels good to focus on what we love.

NAME OF PROCESS: Debt Or Weight Release
 
WHAT: Abraham recommends this process as great for when you wish to take action towards a goal. It doesn’t have to be only for releasing debt or weight, you can do this with any task that requires a number of gradual stages. List all the steps you would like to complete, then arrange them from easiest to hardest. You can make this into a large chart or table that you can stick on the wall. As you complete each step, you give yourself a smiley face, a tick, a star- something positive that congratulates yourself that you’ve done it and which encourages you to do more.
 
EXAMPLE: Releasing monthly and overdraft debt. List of monthly payments: £800 mortgage. £20 phone bill. £75 gas bill. £100 food bill. £50 paying off laptop. £19 cinema subscription. £150 overdraft.
 
Organised list:
£19 cinema subscription
£20 phone bill
£50 paying off laptop
£75 gas bill
£100 food bill
£150 overdraft
£800 mortgage
 
WHY: This is a great technique that focuses on action in a positive way. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by all that you need to get done and having it feel like a mental cloud, you have it clearly in front of you, in a do able order. And the smiley face each time you complete it, helps you feel proud and excited that you’ve done it. The vibrational stance is completely different and as you do some, you’ll do more and more. Wanting to tick off as much as you can, thus helping you complete it infinitely faster.

NAME OF PROCESS: Placemat
 
WHAT: Pick 5 of your most important things to do today that you will definitely do. Then pick 5 things you would like to surrender to the Universe to do.
 
EXAMPLE:
 
What I will definitely do today: Call Joan to schedule the meeting. Go and get the shopping for the weekend. Book a dentist appointment. Write Mark’s birthday card. Have fun.
 
What the Universe will do: Speed up my credit card application. Get someone to help with my new project. Line up some job interviews. Provide me with an easy day. Bring me something to laugh at.
 
WHY: As you make lists of things to do, everything usually seems more manageable. As you check things off your list you’ll want to do more. Also, the relief you feel in mentally delegating things off will help you release that feeling of resistance and free up your vibration to feel good- the best state to have things flow.

NAME OF PROCESS: List As Many Ways It Could Happen
 
WHAT: Pick one situation that you’d like to happen and list at least 5 ways you can think of it happening. Try to be imaginative, fun and open up your consciousness to what’s possible.
 
EXAMPLE: Clear my skin- I could have a spontaneous healing. My digestive system could fix itself. They could invent an organic, natural chocolate product which is delicious, and great for the skin. I could be paid £100,000 to try a new, safe cream. A science company pays me to fly abroad to see if the warm weather can help clear my skin.
 
1 minute – write a handful of ways it could happen
 
5 minutes – write a long list of ways your wishes could happen
 
15 minutes – write pages of how a variety of your wishes could come true
 
WHY: Sometimes we get locked in our thinking and can only see one possible way it would come (e.g. receiving great abundance through the lottery). As we open our mind to all the different ways the Universe can satisfy our desires, we open our beliefs, consciousness and expectations to what could be. We can therefore be inspired with the least amount of effort to get what we want in life.

NAME OF PROCESS: Segment Intending
 
WHAT: As you go about your day, it is naturally broken up into various segments. What you are doing here is stating an intention as to how you would like that experience to unfold. Before you enter into at least one situation you simply energetically set into motion about how you would like it to be.
 
EXAMPLE: 10am Meeting with team. I would like this meeting to go quickly and easily. I want to speak confidently and powerfully. I want to leave feeling inspired. I would like to find a comfortable seat and arrive calm and collected etc.
 
1 minute – before you go into something, briefly intend how you would like it to go
 
5 minutes – midway through the day, intend how you would like the next few hours to go
 
15 minutes – first thing in the morning, intend how you would like the day or even week to go. You can also do this before you go to sleep
 
WHY: As we whizz around our day, it’s easy to get sucked into the busyness of it all. We rush into a situation that ends up not going well and then we try to fix it midway, by which time it’s already taken too much effort and energy to try to turn it around. With this tool you are simply telling the Universe – ‘I’d like this next experience to unfold in this way, this way and like this please!’

NAME OF PROCESS: Helping Spending Game
 
WHAT: This is a spending game where you write down how much you would vibrationally spend on something and you list who you would be helping by spending this money. Pick one expensive thing and 5 people it would help buy making your purchase
 
EXAMPLE: £10,000 on a first class flight and holiday to Australia. This would help: the flight attendants. The airplane designers. The pilots. The government with the taxes I’m paying. The people in economy class.
 
WHY: People sometimes have a hard time justifying and spending larger amounts of money, especially on what are deemed as ‘frivolous’ things. But by participating in the economy and being willing to spend your money in a multitude of ways, you are helping and contributing to so much more than what you just see in front of you in that shop. It is not a bad thing to spend your money in the world and this game helps you realize that you are assisting those across the world. It can also help you open up your consciousness and feel better towards spending.

NAME OF PROCESS: Pivoting
 
WHAT: Pick three things that you are feeling negative about and write down the opposite of it. By knowing what you don’t want, you can work out what you do want. When you’re in a bit of a rut, feeling a bit negative or just listing in your mind how you don’t want things to turn out, you can flip it immediately and usually just state the opposite.
 
EXAMPLE: I don’t want to be late today – I would like to be early for work. I feel sick – I want to feel well. I feel nervous – I want to feel more confident. I am so stupid – I am actually very intelligent. I am poor – I want to be rich.
 
1 minute – write a few sentences of what you don’t want and pivot to what you do want
 
5 minutes – write about one subject you’re having difficulty with. Write what you don’t like about it and then write a paragraph about how you would it to be
 
15 minutes – pick several subjects which you would like to change. Write down the unwanted, then write as  much as you can about what you want
 
WHY: We can get so focused on the negative and give so much energy to what we don’t want, we end up putting all our focus there. Thus feeling bad and drawing more of that to you. Some say that they don’t know what they want in life, in this case it can be quite easy to work out- it’s the opposite of what you don’t want. As you start stating how you would like things to go, then you’re changing your energetic state.

NAME OF PROCESS: Wouldn’t It Be Nice
 
WHAT: Write some  things you would like to happen today and begin each one with ‘Wouldn’t it be nice…’
 
EXAMPLE: Wouldn’t it be nice if there was seat on the bus for me on my way to work? Wouldn’t it be nice if won the lottery tonight? Wouldn’t it be nice if my meeting with my boss today finished early? Wouldn’t it be nice if I won a free cruise? Wouldn’t it be nice if my favourite meal was being served in the restaurant?
 
1 minute – write a few sentences
 
5 minutes – write a paragraph of ‘wouldn’t it be nice’
 
15 minutes – write as much as you can about as many subjects as you can with ‘wouldn’t it be nice’
 
WHY: Instead of focusing on the rigid way things must be, or thinking about what we don’t want, this offers some nice and light statements in an attempt to work some ease into your consciousness. It gently raises your vibration allowing you to enjoy it all a bit more.

NAME OF PROCESS: Scripting The Future
 
WHAT: Write something you would like to happen in the future tense. This is similar to a movie script or diary entry, pre paving how you would like things to occur.
 
EXAMPLE: My ideal partner- we would go on lots of dates to fancy restaurants, they are incredibly wealthy and are generous, we would be mentally and physically compatible with tons of chemistry. They enjoy spirituality and we have the most leading edge conversations, travel the world and have the most fun. We would get on harmoniously and have a beautiful house together etc…
 
1 minute – write a short paragraph pre paving an event relating to your ideal life
 
5 minutes – write a page detailing an event coming up in the future
 
15 minutes – write about as many subjects in your future in as much detail as you can
 
WHY: This is setting your energy on how you would like things to be. When we have something coming up, we can worry so much and focus on what we don’t want that we neither feel good nor are putting our energy to wellness!

NAME OF PROCESS: Hobbies
 
WHAT: Simply list, visualize, do, imagine some hobbies you really love to do or would love to do. If you had all the infinite resources in the Universe, then what would you do to fill your days?
 
EXAMPLE: I would love to go dancing a few times a week, to have a few friends I can go out clubbing with, our favourite music blasting and us just letting loose. I would love to travel around the world, seeing all the different countries and cultures, observing and absorbing all that the world has to offer etc…
 
WHY: As we grow up, it’s easy to forget what is our passion and what we enjoy. We don’t make enough time to do what we love in life as our responsibilities take precedent. But as you do more good feeling things, you’ll attract more things and the Universe will support your heart’s desires.

NAME OF PROCESS: Reading A Rampage
 
WHAT: This is simply reading an uplifting stream of consciousness. In this case I’ve written something that requires little effort more than to read and feel. Hunt around online if you want more. Abraham’s books have loads of these scattered about too. Simple!
 
EXAMPLE: I am so appreciative of where I am in life. Things are always working out for me no matter what. I love being a conscious being, I love knowing that I create my own reality and that feeling good is my work. I am so appreciative of the roof over my head, the food on my plate, the electricity that powers my house and my wonderful devices. I love the music blasting on my speakers, I love my body which moves and feels good. I appreciate this planet which spins in perfection, the sun which heats us, the vast oceans and the infinite supply of oxygen. I really love my life, who I am now, where I’ve been and where I’m going!
 
1 minute – read a paragraph of positivity
 
5 minutes – read a rampage from a positive book
 
15 minutes – read some pages of positivity
 
WHY: Sometimes it’s hard to generate positivity, so reading a positive passage can lift your energy and vibration. Quite easy! Do your best to feel the goodness.

NAME OF PROCESS: Distraction
 
WHAT: This is a fun, simple technique by deliberately using distraction to get your mind off an issue which is troubling you. Choose something you really enjoy, that you can get sucked into and give your full attention to. Take your mind off the subject that is getting your negative attention and allow your vibration to rise by placing it elsewhere.
 
EXAMPLE: Pick your favourite song, album, movie, book, meal- anything that you enjoy and get sucked into. Carve out some undisturbed time to allow yourself to become fully immersed in it. Let your vibration naturally rise.
 
1 minute – transfer your attention to something else right in front of you
 
5 minutes – let you mind wander and contemplate something pleasing
 
15 minutes+ – immerse yourself in dancing, a positive YouTube clip, a movie or television show
 
WHY: Sometimes life can be too much and trying to reach for something positive is nigh impossible. This removes your attention from what is not working and places it on something you find enjoyable. Your vibration rises and you can allow your wellness in. Feel as good as you can whilst doing this.

NAME OF PROCESS: Spend £100 Repeatedly
 
WHAT: This is a spending game where you mentally spend up to 100 of your currency repeatedly. Go round your day (you can keep the actual money in your pocket if it feels more fun) and just think to yourself, ‘I will spend £100 on this and this, in that shop and in that restaurant’. If you do this 100 times a day, you’ve mentally spent £10,000.
 
EXAMPLE: In my local convenience store: £20 on a bottle of wine, £10 on cake, £30 meats, £10 on potato crisps. At the Chinese takeout: £60 for a meal for 2 people. At the Apple store: £30 for a HDMI cable, £25 for a new pair of headphones. And so on…
 
1 minute – spend £100 mentally in a shop
 
5 minutes – spend £100 mentally in a variety of your favourite shops
 
15 minutes – write down many ways you can vibrationally spend £100 and in as many shops as you can
 
WHY: You are expanding your consciousness. Spending smaller amounts repeatedly is easier for some. As we go about our day, it’s very easy to think ‘I can’t afford that, I have to sacrifice this to be able to buy that.’ Instead this gives you the mentality of ‘If I wanted to, I could…’ A whole different vibration and this will raise your vibration to receive more.

NAME OF PROCESS: Working The Emotional Guidance Scale- One Thought And One Step Up
 
WHAT: Your emotions are your guidance through life. Abraham gives us an emotional scale ranging from the lower feelings (depression, anger) to the highest (love, appreciation). This is quite an advanced technique so see how it goes. You’re offering self talk or writing things that takes a situation that you don’t feel great about and working it into a higher state. In the spirit of keeping this as short as 1-5 minutes long, try to pick one thought which is up the scale from a negative place.
 
EXAMPLE: This is a summarized scale (see Ask And It Is Given by Abraham Hicks for the full whack): Depression/Powerless-Anger-Frustration-Hope-Love/Appreciation
 
My boss who mildly irritates me, he’s unreliable and a bit mean to his staff.
 
I am in Frustration.
 
Some Hopeful thoughts: Knowing what I know I can try to see the best in him. We are doing our best. I am in control of my life experience. He has no power over me etc. Keep trying until you find one thought which feels better, then milk and focus on it.
 
1 minute – seek to find at least one thought which moves you up the scale
 
5 minutes – do your best to move up at least 2 emotions up the scale
 
15 minutes – work a subject in great detail or work on multiple subjects, seeking to feel and think better about them
 
WHY: This is a powerful process if you can take the time to do the work. It is quite an advanced technique as you have to be self aware and identify where you are on the scale and then coax yourself up to the next stages. You may wish to enlist a supportive friend to help you. However, if you can truly release resistance and feel that emotion of relief, it can be staggering what manifests in addition to you feeling good!
