My interest was renewed in the personality studies of Myers Briggs. It's a really quite powerful tool for understanding yourself and why you are the way you are. It's not all defining and any system is fallible. However, I'd say use whatever you can to gain a deeper understanding of who you are and the way the world works.

This life experience is designed for you to develop a stronger relationship with yourself. The more you are comfortable with yourself, the better things get and the less you need to rely on circumstances, people or substances to fulfil you.

Maybe it's my age showing but I don't feel music is as moving these days as back in the day when I was growing up. There was a real richness to the good old rnb tunes of Timbaland and all his artists. It moves me so deeply. There are obviously great songs out these days but they don't hit the spot so much for me.

I love to feel that resonance with something- be it a person, art, music, film etc. It's that feeling that it grabs you deep in the gut of your beingness. Find things which really are wonderful for you. Whether it's work, hobbies, well being, whatever floats your boat. Your emotional system will let you know!

There's a lot of things which go into finding the 'truth and facts' of the matter. However, the real playout of things may be completely different! Whether it's a life threatening illness, a personality survey or romance, theory can only account for so much.

You never know how things are going to play out in real life. We all have free will, there's the power of the mind and vibration. There's another person's reactions, how things are feeling in any particular moment in time.

You can't know! And if someone else's prognosis doesn't resonate with you, then ignore it and create your own diagnosis.

I like to be open and to learn when I'm DJing and oftentimes the requests I get turn out to be little gems, either because the crowd loves it or I do. I don't understand why some DJs get so prissy and don't listen to requests. Obviously it has to be time slot appropriate but it doesn't hurt to investigate!

It's fun, it's sharing, it's caring to be open to what other people have to say whatever profession you're doing. Other people's perspectives can be totally valid and it doesn't hurt to see how someone else's viewpoint differs. Doesn't mean you have to follow it, just learn!

I'm not a fan of drama so do my best to keep a nice clear vibration and ease of life experience. At work, there's a fair amount of drama going on but thankfully I'm only there a little bit each week so I am unaffected by it!

But it's really easy to get dragged in, especially if you're not aware. You listen to people complain, you join in and before you know it, you're manifesting all sorts of horrible stuff. We want you to create by deliberate focus, not by default. Decide how you want to feel and be strict with yourself that you're not going to let it dip for unnecessary nonsense!

I was watching one of those vlogger kids videos and she was really interesting! I was watching a video of hers when she got really ill, her throat started closing up and she was filming herself! That's probably the age we live in but I'm thinking it's probably more important to get herself to the hospital, which she did in the end and it only turned out to be tonsilitis thankfully. But still!

Self care sorta should override anything as it's your life! There's no need to document everything if it could endanger you, get yourself to wellness first!

I was watching one of those reality couple-y things and the poor dude fell hard for what his perfect lady although it had only been a week! According to the game, they were not each other's match so they kinda had to move on and see who else was. But he refused to let go and you guessed it- the more clingy he got, the further she pushed and then he got a little bit crazy.

Sometimes in life, you just have to breathe and reboot and let go. This isn't always easy but the tighter you grip the more it slips away from you. Take a step back from a situation that's too much, breathe and then let it go.

When you look back at the pivotal moments in your life where things changed, whilst it may seem like singular particular events. It's far more than that, it's a culmination of things which got you to that tipping point.

It's really important to acknowledge all that got you to where you are- both the good and the so called bad. We need the contrast, the expansion, the fun times and the heartbreak because it all goes into making us who we are.

I do love inner peace and calm! That state where things are pretty with most everything in life (or at least my perspective is such!). Be sure to make the most and really milk those states of being, especially before life comes and mixes things up- which life is so wont to do!

And if things get wonky, then reach for goodness as much as possible. This may be just taking a few deep breaths and letting life have its way with you. All you need to do is chill and be kind to yourself. And know that it'll pass.

A new friend I was chatting to described some of his life experiences and they didn't sound very nice! I was trying to play connect the vibrational dots, wondering why things played out in the way they did. It was only after getting to know him a little deeper that I found out he was assaulted when he was younger. So now it made much more sense.

I really do believe this work is important because we are training ourselves to go beyond what we don't want and to enhance more of what we do want.

You don't have to stay stuck with your old experiences, it may take time but you have free will and with enough persistence and consciousness you can bring anything into your life that you so desire. All it takes is focus.

I'm sure some are more psychically tuned in than others but you have to take all that someone else says with a pinch of salt! No one can know for you, some may be better at interpreting energy than others and therefore more accurate, but part of the psychicness is that they are bridging a gap.

The degree to which you believe in their power, combined with the activation of vibration and powerful expectation, it can bring about manifestations far quicker than one might know.

However, you don't need anyone else to bridge your belief. All of this is between you and you. Set into motion powerful expectations and see what happens.

I was reading a financial interview with Karren Brady about her life and money and one of the questions was 'Have you ever been paid silly money.' Meaning was she paid a vast amount of money for no good reason. To which she replied 'No. I never look at what I have earned in an hour or think of my time like that... If I feel I want to do it, or if I would enjoy it, that is when I say yes.'

A very powerful answer from a very powerful woman! That really speaks to the consciousness she has about her and consequently her success.

Rich, successful speak in a certain way. Some part of their beingness expects it- either through their sheer grafting, consciousness or seeking of fun and expansion. Work your vibration to that of power and wealth and see what happens!

Legendary investor Warren Buffet- reportedly worth just under $90billion was quoted saying that he's having so much fun! And that's what it's all about. He is arguably one​ of the world's most successful investors but he speaks about fun. He says that he can't buy time or love but why he does what he does is because he loves what he does and the people around him.

And I would imagine that speaks true for most of the crazy successful people. Does Beyonce need another hit single, does Branson need another business, does Bezos need another Amazon? I think not, but they do it as it's their passion and the rest follows.

Focus on the journey and the fun and not the end result and see what happens!

Seeing the behind the scenes pre show stuff is really interesting. Whilst the world renowned performers may come off as the most ease, grace and confident people, they are usually terrified wrecks before! With some reported to have wanted to run out the building through the toilet windows, to physically being sick!

It just goes to show that we're all human and even though we are scared, it shouldn't stop us from doing that which we want to. The goal is just to work through it, go through it and learn. We all make mistakes, we all get scared but it's part of being on this planet. Just be easy about it.

I was watching 'What we started' and it documented the DJ scene and how things have come since the early days of disco. What a fascinating journey- from Paradise Garage to the burning of Disco music to the EDM impact on our radio charts.

It shows the huge impact of these huge music festivals. And the DJs talked about how powerful it was for people to just escape their daily troubles and just be distracted and dance! The power of distraction should not be underestimated!

To let go, forget and surrender should be used as a deliberate tool to release your negative attention from a situation. Go dancing, dinner, cinema or whatever feels good to you, in a conscious way to lift your vibration.

The story you tell yourself about any situation will dictate your experience in this life. It's whether you carry the baggage from the past to your current situations (which we all do to some extent). But sometimes what we tell ourselves is nothing to do with the reality of the situations.

For example someone might be really tired or having a hard time at home, but when you ask them to do you a small favour, they may react in an exasperated way. You may take this personally and tell yourself that you should never ask anyone for favours because it's never worked out previously, but it was just that the other was having a rough time. If you released the old baggage, then even though they react badly, it doesn't affect you and you may be inspired to ask them what's wrong, therefore taking life in a whole different direction!

I’m absolutely astounded by what’s going on with the release of the new Avengers movie. The queues coming out of the cinemas are truly amazing. It just goes to show when the inspiration and motivation are there, anything is possible.
 
Cinemas across the world are opening at all hours of the day and night in order to accommodate the appetite of the masses. The drive to see it is unlike anything before. That’s the power of inspiring others.
 
It’ll be interesting to see how long it all lasts!

Our Universe and our lives are constantly expanding, we are always going above and beyond, records continue to be broken at a faster rate. It really is quite phenomenal.
 
The new Avengers film is really killing it at the box office- it’s absolutely mind blowing that cinemas are staying open as 4am screenings sell out. Who knows if it’ll surpass Avatar as the highest grossing film in history!
 
We cannot escape expansion, it is the very nature of being alive. We just have to do our best and focus on what’s ahead of us.

Following the news breaking of Adele's recent divorce, I was a little shocked albeit amused how a lot of people responded with something along the lines that - here comes a great album. She must be nursing a broken heart. But when she clears it, it may very well give rise to a powerful set of songs.

The value of contrast is that it pushes us to new levels of life. The expansion that comes about due to knowing more clearly what you don't want can be powerful. The trick is to somehow turn your attention to what you want. You may need to allow and get into a better feeling space and then move towards it but that's the goal.

 You can drive yourself crazy overanalysing why people are the way they are, their responses and their motivations but it can be too much. Everyone's got their own stuff, their own situations and mental process of which you don't have full access to.

You can't always know what's going on in someone else's life so you just have to focus on your own story that you're telling yourself about your life and your reactions. That's all you have control over! Your work is to align with you and you, factor everyone else out because that's all out of your sphere of control. That's the goal of the game
