I love cruise sleep- there's nothing quite like it! The room is perfectly dark, the smooth rocking of the ship, the peace of mind. It all makes for a wonderful night's rest. Being free from stress and pressure and deliberately allowing your vibration to rise.
It's great for the mind and body, something so simple but so effective. It's really easy to get a disrupted night what with noises, phones and all sorts but if you can prioritise it, then it will contribute to a more centred beingness.
Try it- make your sleepy time one of the most important parts of your day and treat it with the utmost respect!
