Some exercises we did:
- Write a big and small vibrational cheque! With the small one, think of all the day to day things you could buy for yourself as you go about your routine. With the large amount- write all the ways you could spend it! Have fun doing whatever you want!
- If you can, find someone who you can share your excited idea with- something you'd like to achieve but now sure how. Get the positive energy going, the excitement flowing. It's all about the good people!
- Write some goals for 2019 and one thing you can do to achieve it. Keep it small and do able. As you get it done, it becomes more manageable, more fun and achievable!
