A few pointers:
- Feel, feel, feel! You can here to experience the gamut of emotions- what it is to be human and of this world. It's ok to feel bad, sad and mad. Just feel it, acknowledge it then do your best to move past it when you're ready!
- Get rid of 'shoulds' and other people's opinions of how they think you should be living your life. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks or says or does. All that matters is that you are in alignment with you. Do things your way at your pace and extract everyone from your chatter!
- Do more self appreciation. When you can tune into you and see the magnificence of who you are and what you bring to the world, now we're talking! Self love is the most fundamental thing to well being but also the hardest. Stop being your own worst critic, be you best friend.
