A massive thanks and much love to all the wonderful beings who came along to join us for the last session of the year! It was a fantastic evening full of love, wisdom and most importantly- unconditional accepting!

A few pointers:

- It’s easy to love and harmonise with those who think the same as you, but the true work is to be able to see the best in those who don’t have similar viewpoints.

- Day by day- take it slow and easy, especially if times are rough. You’ve got to be kind to yourself and trust that the rough patches will even themselves out in the long term. Just keep going!

- Make the most of your story. It doesn’t matter if you’ve had the most horrific or nicest upbringing, what matters most is what you do with it now! That’s where your point of power is.
