It's the little by little that adds up! And that goes for anything. Instead of having this huge goal, just break into it the small daily things you can do which can contribute to it.
What can you do on a day to day basis, that's manageable but can contribute to you positive life?
If it's a few mins of meditation, a short list of appreciation. It doesn't matter, just keep doing things which add up and the scales will tip. Not only will you be feeling better, you'll get the manifestations eventually!
Just keep going, you can do it!
