A few highlights from the evening:
- The power of daily morning goodness. From the miracle morning book, SAVERS is the one- it stands for the following exercises- Silence Affirmations Visualise Exercise Reading Scribe. So in an ideal world- spend 10 minutes (or even 1 minute) doing each of the exercises. The more you do it, the more amazing it feels- obviously!
- Be real, be you! What I love most about the space is being with other like minded, powerful leading edge co creators who allow you to be exactly as you- and that dear friends is worth a lot! Being real to how you're feeling, with a mind to feel better is the most powerful thing you can do for yourself! Trust me!
- Patience is an amazing, if somewhat tough quality to have! You have to trust that everything is unfolding in the perfect time space sequence (and really, what are the other options?! Feeling awful and impatient?!). Know that what is yours will be brought to you in good time. Relax and enjoy the ride!
- The power of the gratitude diary! Make a short list of things you are grateful for that day. Fill your heart and soul with that feeling of well being and joy and love for the good experiences you've had!
