Wow!!! A truly magnificent evening! Thank you Birmingham for all the love, support, wisdom, kindness and greatness of each and every one of you- you're all truly amazing!
A few points from the evening:
- What colour of the emotional spectrum do you want to be? Choose how you to wish to feel, then consciously work towards it. That's the power of being conscious. You get to live the life that you want to live by choosing where you focus and your well being.
-It's ok to be vulnerable. Be open and if you need help don't be afraid to ask for it- just make sure you're asking the right people, i.e. those who are kind and will support you. If you don't know any of those go hunting for them!
- Where you stand is the perfect place to be! You can never get it wrong and you never get it done. No matter what you've been through, what's happened to you, you're in the perfect place, because you cannot be otherwise! Take a breath and work from where you are. It's all going to be ok!
- It's never too late. No matter how young or how old you are, it's never too late to make a positive change. Louise Hay was well along in life before she even wrote the world changing You Can Heal Your Life and then went into start Hay House. You can do it! Just give it a go.
