A few points from the leading edge :
- Gratitude and appreciation is always a good thing to practise. Keep on tuning into the well being that surrounds you and that is you. It really does help!
- Focus for 17 and 68 seconds. Keep it going - that wonderful train of thought, purely for the good feelings and pleasure it brings you. As you do this it brings the energy into powerful alignment and well being! The equivalent action hours you save are immense!
- Be kind and send out good vibes. It doesn't matter if someone's angry at you, just send them love and kindness! It'll do wonders for you!
