An amazing thanks to all the great people who came along to kick off 2019 with some wonderful positivity! I just love the diversity in life experience and backgrounds of those who join together. Phenomenal!
Here's a few points from the evening:
- Spirituality isn't sitting on top of a mountain meditating. It's about finding your joy, what makes you happy and following that path. Feeling good about yourself and who you are is so pivotal.
- You have to put yourself first! You are no benefit to anyone else if you are bereft! Take care of yourself and make sure you are rested, positive and well beinged then go forth into the world.
- It's ok to not be ok! If you're feeling rough then sit and feel it. Don't force yourself to feel good if you're nowhere near it. Just be you and allow yourself to be, when you're stabilised then you can reach for better feelings!
