A few key points from tonight:
- Change the reaction. At any point in time you can change how you see and therefore react to a situation. You can switch your viewpoint and allow the new in. By changing your focus you can alter the outcome of a situation!
- Change the communication. Try using different phrases when talking to difficult people- instead of accusing them or activating a defensiveness with them, speak to them lovingly!
- Snap happy- try wearing some sort of wristband and gently pinging it when you are going to negative default patterns. It's a nice to reminder to switch it up and look at things differently.
- The power of the subconscious mind. You've got a myriad of automatic ways of being in life situations. Be sure to not let old default patterns take over but to reprogram and see the good!
