Apparently Vincent Van Gogh was in a mental institution because he said his painting would sell for $85,000,000 which it did!!! Xxx

I was watching an interview with the film legend William Friedkin and he was telling the story of how a Van Gogh painting sold for $85million. Apparently, a lesser known story is that Van Gogh was put in a mental institution for saying one of his pictures would sell for that much!

I haven't fact checked this but it's an interesting story nonetheless. Galileo was arrested for heliocentrism, so it's not completely out of the bounds of reality.

Anyhoo, the point is that so many visionaries have been ridiculed, ignored, arrested, imprisoned and all sorts for knowing their truth. They could see beyond what most could and dreamed a bigger dream and went far past what the others would.

So dream your dream, sell your paintings for tens of millions of dollars and let everyone live their limited vision of lives.
