It's my body's way of saying I need to rest, to take it easy, take a break and I'm trying! Although this isn't always possible given my busy schedule. However, it's good to take into account these small but powerful indications that something is slightly off.
The quicker you can rectify it, the easy it is to clear up. Then you can try and catch it before it becomes something more debilitating! Be more self aware and it can save you a lot of trouble in the long term!
