Be deliberate about it!!! If you're going to be negative, then do it, then cut it!!! Old habits die hard... Xxx

We want you to be deliberate about it, which means making a choice, then acting upon it. Meaning if you're feeling negative about something, then be with it and do what it takes to clear it but moving in a positive direction.

For me, I had an issue with Three mobile- they have really been exquisite overall and their free international roaming has been a life saver. Anyhoo, I had a problem with  something and part of me wanted to let it go and write it off, but I just couldn't haha! Old habits die hard! Back in the day, I used to complain quite a bit to companies- and I got a decent amount of free stuff lol! But that feels quite upstream nowadays...

But I couldn't let it go! So I decided to write my letter of complaint, limit myself to 10-15 minutes of composing it, then sent it off and then let it go, to not let it drag my vibration down. So no matter what the outcome it doesn't matter and I've let it go...

Though we shall see what happens if they tell they ain't gonna do anything about my problem!!! Haha!

But yes, be deliberate about what you do. When you stand from a place of conscious decision making it makes a huge vibrational difference!
