I was on the train the other day and I heard a father speaking really quite abruptly to his young child, it was a little bit sad! But kids- the resilient beings they are, didn't seem too fazed by it all.
It then occurred to me, how must have the father been raised? And his father's father and so on. Louise Hay's parents weren't particularly loving towards her, but it was only when she researched their past that it dawned on her that how could they offer love if they had never been loved?
So, the chain of pain continues, until a conscious one such as yourself decides to investigate further and reach for a better feeling, more loving and kinder way of living.
And if you've been part of a chain of pain, don't lament but thank. If it wasn't for that, you wouldn't be in a strong place of wanting to know how to live better.
A huge component of Oprah's success is her ability to empathise and offer love. The root of this is because she was told she was never wanted as a child. She was able to turn this round and use this as a strength and as a multi billionaire, she's done pretty well out of it all!
So break, break, break it! You are the culmination of all that has gone before and you are magnificent. A powerful, loving focal point of Source who is truly great!
