I was enjoying this latest series of The Apprentice and as usual, you get the various characters vying for Sir Alan's investment and partnership.
He had the final set of interviews and was down to the final between the two remaining contestants. Both of them were very credible and Alan was having the hardest time deciding whom to partner up with.
To which Karren Brady leans over to him and says 'Alan, your gut tells you everything.'
Ta da, whilst Sir Alan would probably not describe himself as spiritual but that is spirituality 101! To trust your gut, to tune into your intuition and to know that you know what's best for you.
You've given birth to your desires and the Universe has them covered. Your intuition, gut instinct, your inner ding- whatever you want to call that higher part of you who knows, is so important. Listen to you!
