What you can take comfort in, is that whilst you're in the uncomfortableness of things not going your way, is that you're vibrationally asking for more goodness. And once you've cleared the contrast then you can start to allow your goodies in.
Just let the momentum ride out and reach for calm as soon as you can. That's what's most important. Don't try to fix everything in the middle of the rubbish, it's probably going to be too much.
Meditation, affirmations, groups, friends, anything positive can help alleviate the stress. Have as many tools as you can!
