It's subtle but quite poignant. The words we use are a reflection of how we are feeling but we can use words to positively (or negatively) influence a situation.
It's a case of being aware of what's going on internally and externally. How we are feeling, what we are thinking, the words we are using and all of that.
One technique is to record yourself in conversation with a friend. Play it back and see what phrases you're using- what are your common criticisms or compliments?
If it's positive, continue it! If not, change it!
All is well!!!
Happy language-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
