Heartbreak, breakdown, depression aren’t very pleasant to experience but the exponential growth that comes about as a result can be the most powerful thing ever. Adele, Ariana, Rihanna and all the other artists out there have expressed their pain through their music and have done incredibly well. In fact, it’s produced some of their best work.

The value of contrast is that it causes us to expand but we then use that to hold us back from going with that expansion, instead we lament, rerun the past in our heads or worry that the future will hold the same.

It’s all ok, just take a break from it all and know that when it clears, things will be bigger and brighter than ever.
