Choose to react differently… It’s that simple!!! Xxx

As part of my growth and maturity (boring or what ha!), I really do try to be conscious of how I react. It’s your thought process, reaction to the events in and around you that dictate how life will unfold for you. Be aware and conscious of your default reactions. If they serve you well and there’s no issues, then don’t change a thing. But if you they aren’t great feeling nor elicit a wanted response from life, then try changing it.

You are not bound to your childhood or the way you were raised. Just because you reacted in whatever way you did when you were growing up, does not mean you have to do the same now. It’s all about choice and being aware of how you would like to react.

Reach for more calm, zen and inner peace if you can. That is so much more powerful.
