I love my me time but does seem to be an innate need for human connection. It's why we came to this time-space reality. There are so many tools at our disposal- Whatsapp, Zoom, Houseparty, Facebook live etc. Use them diligently and to connect with positive people!

Connect, connect, connect with good people. Use this opportunity to strengthen and/or create stronger bonds with good people. We have amazing free/cheap tech which can connect us with friends across the planet and with all this spare time we can enjoy each others company more. Seek out good people who won't complain too much or terrorise you. This has highlighted to me the strong desire for human contact and interaction, a good support network is really helpful!
