Masterchef is back on and as always it sorts the gluten wheat from the chaff!
One can only imagine the stress and tension of the kitchen in the contest! One of the competitors who works as a flight attendant was saying she's fine dealing with a plane full of people but to cook for a handful of judges is a nightmare!
It's all relative isn't it? It's what you're used to- vibrationally, physically and mentally. Everyone has their own comfort zone and what's one person's pleasure is another person's terror.
I think one part of expansion is to go beyond what you think is possible. If just for the comparison and for you to realise how accomplished you are! There have been times where I've thought- how on earth did I manage that when I reflected on majorly busy times, but you just do!
