NAME OF PROCESS: A Short List Of 10 Positive Aspects
WHAT: With this technique all you need to do is write, think and feel about a list of qualities that you love about a subject- it can be about your life in general or about an area of your life. Make sure you really believe and feel these qualities. If you’re a beginner, do this on something you find easy to love. If you’re more advanced or want a challenge, do this on something you find challenging. You could also do this about your life in general.
1 minute – Write a short list of bullet points about a subject you like
5 minutes – Write a list of paragraph about how what you appreciate about a subject or subjects
15 minutes – Write as much as you can about what you love about as many subjects as you can. Really feel better about it all
WHY: It feels good to focus on things you love and as you do, by the Law Of Attraction, you will draw more of this to you. You can use the list of positive aspects to extract and milk even more goodness from that subject or if it’s something you’re finding challenging, you can use this technique to shift the relationship, (NB: you don’t do this technique to change another person/thing, you do it because it feels good. And because your vibration is at a high frequency, the Universe can only bring you that which is a match to this). This is another great daily process to start and end your day.
