NAME OF PROCESS: Diarising in the past
WHAT: This is a written process. You are writing about an event that has happened- remembering, activating and reliving the vibration of this. Do your best to generate the feelings of it, how good did it feel? Write it like a diary entry.
EXAMPLE: 14th February 2010 – I had the most romantic dinner with my partner. They collected me in a luxury chauffeur, they offered me chocolates and flowers, we had the most delicious dinner at The Ritz and stayed the night at the Shangri La in The Shard. The staff were so kind and friendly etc…
WHY: For some people, it’s hard to work in the future, to believe in what hasn’t happened. So reaching back into your memory banks and re experiencing something you have lived raises your vibration. It should feel good andas you feel that deliciousness you’ll be attracting more things which match this.
