NAME OF PROCESS: Visualisation
WHAT: This technique uses your mental imagery. You are using your mind’s eye to see how you would like a situation to be, putting your focus on what you do want and away from what you don’t want. You can also use this to enjoy something you have already experienced. If you find visualizing difficult then not to worry, some people don’t feel they have a good imagination. However- can you describe your room at home? If you can, then you’re using your imagination and can visualise!
1 minute – lightly contemplate something you would like to happen. Make it simple and easy
5 minutes – pick one subject and go into detail about how you would like it to turn out
15 minutes – go into a deep meditation, visualizing one or more areas of your life and how you would like them to go
WHY: If you are a visual person, then this technique is great for making your desires feel real. And as you believe, so you shall receive. You’re raising your expectation, the reality and your point of attraction. By focusing on what you do want, you’ll be drawing more of that to you. Visualise your most perfect day, business sales people, athletes and all sorts of people do this. It’s great fun!
