NAME OF PROCESS: Diarising in the past
WHAT: This is a written process. You are writing about an event that has happened- remembering, activating and reliving the vibration of this. Do your best to generate the feelings of it, how good did it feel? Write it like a diary entry.
1 minute – you can bullet point it or make notes about it
5 minutes – write a page reliving the event that you enjoyed the most
15 minutes – write in as much detail about as many memories as you can
WHY: For some people, it’s hard to work in the future, to believe in what hasn’t happened. So reaching back into your memory banks and re experiencing something you have lived raises your vibration. It should feel good and as you feel that deliciousness you’ll be attracting more things which match this.
