WHAT: Writing something you would like to happen in the future tense. This is similar to a movie script or diary entry, pre paving how you would like things to occur.
EXAMPLE: My ideal partner- we would go on lots of dates to fancy restaurants, they are incredibly wealthy and are generous, we would be mentally and physically compatible with tons of chemistry. They enjoy spirituality and we have the most leading edge conversations, travel the world and have the most fun. We would get on harmoniously and have a beautiful house together etc…
WHY: This is setting your energy on how you would like things to be. When we have something coming up, we can worry so much and focus on what we don’t want that we neither feel good nor are putting our energy to wellness!
