Welcome to the 31 day processes course- one blog for each day of January. I’ve tried to make them quick and snappy so you can do them in 1-5 minutes! Obviously, please feel free to spend more time but even if you only spend 60 seconds being positively focused each day, it’s a wonderful start and you can take it to the next level from there. The point is to just start doing something positive on a daily basis. For me, a process is a tool you can use deliberately to get into a good feeling space- whether it’s putting pen to paper to write, using your imagination or just deliberately doing some fun things like dancing or listening to music. You’re welcome to join us and do each new process every day, you can dip in and out, do only that which resonates with you, or just pick your faves. Whatever you decide, just keep it easy and fun, do what speaks to you and do your best to feel good. I know that daily practice is one of the most important components in changing your life. Enjoy! NAME OF PROCESS: Debt Or Weight Release
WHAT: Abraham recommends this process as great for when you wish to take action towards a goal. It doesn’t have to be only for releasing debt or weight, you can do this with any task that requires a number of gradual stages. List all the steps you would like to complete, then arrange them from easiest to hardest. You can make this into a large chart or table that you can stick on the wall. As you complete each step, you give yourself a smiley face, a tick, a star- something positive that congratulates yourself that you’ve done it and which encourages you to do more.
EXAMPLE: Releasing monthly and overdraft debt. List of monthly payments: £800 mortgage. £20 phone bill. £75 gas bill. £100 food bill. £50 paying off laptop. £19 cinema subscription. £150 overdraft.

WHY: This is a great technique that focuses on action in a positive way. Instead of feeling overwhelmed by all that you need to get done and having it feel like a mental cloud, you have it clearly in front of you, in a do able order. And the smiley face each time you complete it, helps you feel proud and excited that you’ve done it. The vibrational stance is completely different and as you do some, you’ll do more and more. Wanting to tick off as much as you can, thus helping you complete it infinitely faster.
