WHAT: This is a great tool for dealing with a difficult situation but also can be great if you simply want to milk a positive one. All you do is pick one aspect, one quality, one thing you really purely appreciate about this subject and really milk it. Write, think, visualize in as much detail about this one positive quality about it. Keep it pure and if you find yourself going negative, just refocus on the positive.
EXAMPLE: One thing I appreciate about my workmate: they are funny. I remember those times at work, we used to laugh so much on shift we cried. They really had the same wacky sense of humour as me and we used to get up to all types of mischief, pranking our co workers. They were always trying to lift me up when I felt down and I helped support them too. When we used to go to the pub for drinks, I felt so comfortable having them there and when we went travelling that was so much fun etc…
WHY: Sometimes, when someone or a situation is really irritating us it can be hard to shift our vibration about it. By focusing on the one thing that we love about it, we shift our focus and keep our vibration as pure as we can. And we start to look out for this and expect this. When we have this as our dominant vibration, the Universe will only bring us things that match this. It feels good to focus on what we love.
