DAY 22 List The Qualities

NAME OF PROCESS: List The Qualities
 
WHAT: Pick something you’d like and then almost like a shopping list, write the list of qualities you’d like it to have. Keep it short, fun and good feeling and be sure to list the things you do want and not what you don’t want.
 
EXAMPLE: My ideal flat- 2 en suite bedrooms, 1 entertainment room, 1 living room, 1 large storage cupboard. A spacious kitchen with room for a large fridge, freezer, microwave, steamer, 4 hobs. Wonderfully comfortable beds, cream sofas. Large HD TVs with integrated sound system controllable from my Iphone. Well insulated and easy to heat.
 
WHY: This can be a nice, quick process focusing on what you’d like to attract. You can keep this list and stick it in somewhere in plain sight or you can fold it up and put it away and revisit it in a few months or years time. It’s placing your energy on what you’d like to create and is very powerful in attracting what you’d like into your life.
