NAME OF PROCESS: Meditation
WHAT:
1 minute – Can do this anytime. Just slow down the mind and breathe wherever you are.
5 minutes – Can do during a lunch break or before you leave home for work. With music or in silence, just focus on your breathing and quiet the mind
15 minutes – Great for the beginning or the end of the day. Sit quietly and using a visualization, guided meditation, music or silence, meditate for 15 minutes.
WHY: Whilst we’d rather see you in appreciation and love (as these are the highest vibrational frequencies), this isn’t always possible. Reaching for no thought can be much better than negative thought. It’s also a nice way to reset the mind and body, slowing down the breath and letting the mind’s chitter chatter go. Your natural state is the highest of well being, but your vibration gets blocked and bogged down by negativity. If you can stop doing that, then your frequency will naturally rise. Abe gives the example of a cork floating in water- when you stop holding it down, it floats to the top. Meditation is a great daily technique you can implement if you haven’t already.
