It is always sad 'losing' a loved one but we must remind you, everyone is going to die at some point and it is definitely not the end. Just the beginning of your eternalness.
As one of my brilliant group members reminded me, as Abe said 'Seek them where they are and not where they were.' In other words, when you're ready, instead of focusing on the loss that was them, look now to where they are- which is that eternal, bright, unresisted being of pure light. They are now in their highest vibration and you have access to them at all times, it's just a matter of where you put your attention. It definitely isn't easy when a beloved one transitions, and give yourself time to emotionally process it, but know that they are there always- seeing you in your joy, calling you to your inner being. And that's why sad feels sad, it's your guidance system saying you're focused on the situation in a way that is not who you really are.
Thanks to the wonderful church for hosting and everyone involved, it is nice to have the closure of the ceremony- surrounded by all the family, remembering the life of the beloved one.
The feeling of separation is definitely not an easy one to cope with, be easy about it, be gentle with yourself. Time is definitely a healer.
All is well!
Happy seek-ing!!!
Lots of love, Nick Xxx
