Part of it, is running negative tapes round and round and getting stuck in things you can't control- what someone else is doing, how them over there are living and so on.
It's really important to develop a strong sense of mind. No one is in control of what you think and how you feel except you! Be your own best friend, be kind to yourself and do your best to be appreciative of all that is. It'll do wonders for your mental health.
