Djokovic and Federer history in the making and a mental mind game!!! Xxx

Watching the Wimbledon mens final was mind blowing. I believe it was history in the making on multiple counts- it was the longest final in Wimbledon history and the first time they implemented the limit on the final set- it went to a tie breaker.

It was clear why these are some of the greatest players in history! It was neck and neck until the final point. What struck me was the mental strength on clear display. When one lost a point, disagreed with the umpire or something negative, they brushed it off immediately and not let it affect their game. They just kept on powering through.

It was as much a mental game as a physical one- truly inspiring! It's all about the power of the mind and that's what we teach. Don't be pulled off by negative events or when things don't go your way, keep on marching on stronger than before!
